In
the
past
the
level
of
professionalism
was
superb.
However
my
experience
today
was
horrible.
Once
taking
back
to
the
ER
room
I
was
asked
questions
by
a
tech.
I
waiting
for
the
ultrasound
for
my
leg.
During
that
wait
not
one
nurse
or
doctor
came
in.
No
vitals
taking.
So
I
finally
went
to
the
nurses
station
to
inquire
about
my
ultrasound,
to
ask
for
a
Tylenol
and
blanket.
Since
no
one
came
in
the
room.
Never
received
it
even
after
that.
Thankfully
the
tech
that
took
over
was
surprised
to
hear
no
one
had
been
in.
She
was
so
quick
to
react.
I
am
so
thankful
for
her
actions
with
getting
me
a
blanket
and
getting
the
doctor
on
duty
to
come
in.
Her
services
were
greatly
appreciated.
Once
giving
the
discharge
paperwork
the
diagnosis
the
doctor
spoke
with
me
about
doesn’t
match
the
paperwork
given
to
me.
Also
the
first
tech
never
checked
my
vitals
when
I
first
came
in.
When
it
was
time
to
be
discharged,
the
second
did
and
noticed
my
blood
pressure
was
up.
I
stated
I
figured
it
would
be
considering
my
leg
ached
badly.
I
told
her
I
still
never
received
the
Tylenol
I
asked
for.
Once
discharged
the
pharmacy
that
I
told
the
tech
in
Middletown
is
not
the
pharmacy
they
sent
the
prescriptions
to.
Hours
sitting
and
watching
patients
leaving
after
extremely
long
wait,
having
to
hear
the
nurses
loud
conversations.
Which
was
a
total
disrespect
to
the
patients
as
well
as
themselves.The
name
change
makes
me
wonder
if
it
did
something
to
the
level
of
professionalism.
