Worst hospital I have ever been to. No communication none with doctors and I at all. Didn't care how much you hurt at all. I had a 9 migraine for 28 hours here and got no sleep or relief for 3 days. Will never return or take another family member there. This is sad and sadistic.

If I could give no stars I would the room was disgusting blood still all over the walls and floor not a single trash can was changed! When I said something about it the doctor(white male) mocked me saying “ oh the girl in the “pizza hat”(I am a black woman and he was referring to my bonnet) comes in to check on hospital rooms for blood!” Which I found very offensive considering I was being serious it was blood which is so hazardous idk wth the next person got going on for me to be exposed to their blood! Terrible experience this hospital should be shutdown

I will not be coming back to this er ever and will not recommend this er other than a glorified expensive urgent care. I went to the er with extreme pain last Sunday morning around 8/9 ish and was treated like I was drug seeking. The front desk receptionist was very sweet. However, There was an intake personnel that followed up on the first registration personnel ( very sweet) that was rude and demanded to know where I worked even though I told her I was a a full time student and didn't work enough at my other jobs to have insurance through them so I didn't understand why she needed to know if my insurance wasn't through them, rudely cut me off saying. " I don't need to know your financial situation just where you work". The nurse I had was very sweet and easy to talk too. The ct/ radiology tech was very kind and caring. The dr misdiagnosed me in the er or simply didn't read the radiology report. I went in with possibly a kidney stone (have had one before and was having the same exact pain but on the opposite side this time) the er doctor ordered a ct w/o contrast, said I didn't have a kidney stone after the ct scan and I was still in high amounts of pain, " go home take some Tylenol and rest it's flank pain possibly a pulled muscle." I was already doing this prior to my er trip and it did not help, which is why I was there. Also they gave me some medication in the er and it just took the edge off pain wise but was not very effective. They never came back to see how the pain medication was helping after administering it until I was being discharged. Then three days later I see in MyChart that it was reviewed by an actual radiologist that same day (before I was discharged)where I do in fact have a kidney stone and have been suffering in extreme pain for the last several days due to the misdiagnosis/ error ( I did follow up with my pcp as recommended and she actually helped). I never received a call back from the hospital to check up After I left. They seemed like they were just ready for me to leave and didn't care that I was still in a lot of pain, I will be going to Norton's or Baptist from now on.

I went and got a shot and staroid pills 💊 and wrapping around my knee and sent home.. at first, I was just treated like an addict, they were laughing, playing, Cussing. I don't know what's gotten in to people anymore, very unprofessional.

The Dr. And Staff were rude and treated me like Trash. Was in for a Shattered Shouldered. Never will I be Disrespected by this Hospital again. My Insurance Company should of refused to pay. Staff is horrible. They seem as if they have no impathy or compassion for a injured human being. Sad really. Ive been in the Nurseing field. Never ever Thank God could I have treated patients as they did.

Walked in with my daughter roughly about 8:45-8:56 this morning...wasn't registered at desk until 10:29... she wasn't called until about 11:15ish for vitals. Doctor came in at about 1:30pm for less than 5mins seemed very rushed, muttered about a CT and walked out. Nurse came in with timid instructions got all prep done contrast given my daughter wasn't taken back for CT until 3:35... 5:15 Doctor came back in and in true feeling of rushedness, "she's all good just a little constipated"...walks back out....really?? Seriously this is the 2nd and absolute final time I'm ever coming here. Seriously we would've been out faster at Norton suburban or any corsair/Norton facility downtown...

After taking my son to the emergency room,my son was taken care of professionally.Thank you so much for your help

I went here because i been in pain and havent been eating or drinking fluids they stuck me 6 times my arms are tore up they gave me medicine i had a Horrible reaction to and was crying and they acted like i was annoying them pushing the call button but i was freaking out i should have never been giving that medicine or at least be Monitored closely since ive never had it before but they didnt care im never ever going back here i dont care how sick i am

My daughter was treated horrendous after a car accident Dr Olson would not look at face or jaw told her to leave her mask on also saw accident on news and aaked her why she was even there she didn't take the brunt of it... Absolutely the worst care...makes St Marys look good. Never would I return or recommend health care at this hospital.

Experience was very bad they come in there with a release papers asked if we had any questions and the doctor hadn’t even come in there with are diagnosis The nurse dropped my Covid test and tainted it so had to do it again my 14-year-old daughter had been sick for four days they were not telling me what was wrong with her did a Covid test hadn’t heard back did a strep test they wouldn’t tell me if it was positive or negative worst place ever would not recommend anybody to go there it is very sad

Even though the doctor and the nurse was very sweet but the intake lady is horrible. I left feeling just as horrible as I did when I first came it was really no point of going.

Worst hospital I ever been to! Room was dirty sheets on bed had something on them, didn’t even clean the room before I entered. I gave these ppl 2 chances, I took my daughter & they was rude & not listening to her & when we left she got sicker. Got into a wreck & they told me to just go see my primary care dr. I didn’t ask for pain meds or anything!! They were extremely rude & nasty about a work note. DO NOT CARE ABOUT PTS AT ALL!!

The doctor was not professional. We took are daughter in because her head hurt. He said it was a ear infection, my wife tried to tell him that it wasn't .He had security take her out. He didn't even give her time to explain.

Go to this place this is the best hospital around quick service very nice doctors and nurses From the minute I walked in until I left it only took me 30 minutes To go home they was very nice to me I will recommend anybody to go there It was very clean It's better than going anywhere else and waiting 5 hours just to see the doctor I will give them a 5 star rating thank you all for concern about your patience very nice treatment So if you ever wanna go somewhere where they are very nice and very good go Here

My doctor just moved into this location. The building itself is spacious and well-appointed. The staff (at least on the day I went) is slow, and their service is lukewarm at best. I was there over 90 minutes for a total of 5-10 minutes with the doctor and x-ray technician. The location is convenient for me, and the doctor is knowledgeable, so I will continue to go there. However, I always recommend him with the note "expect to wait a long time." I feel these are things that could be fixed.

Why won't this hospital take patients that need to be Admitted?

I've gone here my whole life but took my son on the 18 I thought his leg was burised from where he put some wood in his leg. But just pulled a big piece of wood out of it.

They were very fast and mostly very friendly but...my grandma had to come in there because she fell and hurt her arm so bad she couldn't even lift it well a doctor by the name of Dr. Kuhn came in and started grabbing her arm hard and jerking it pressing on it very rough and my grandma was crying very badly the whole time and he didn't ease up at all then he jerked her head around and squeezed it even tho we said she did not hit her head...bottom line is that his bedside manner was awful and she will never come back there and see him again. The nurse and the assistant were both very kind and easy with her so you all need to talk to Dr. Kuhn because he is awful with the elderly.

I went in at 6:50 this morning 10 minutes alone at the entrance before a employee appeared Tolitha the nurse should be FIRED DONT GO TO THIS EMERGENCY ROOM !!! I was told to leave after asking to speak with TOLITHAS BOSS!!! To discuss her attitude hand waving and disrespect! Tolitha Informed me I didn't have chest pain WITHOUT ME BEING SEEN REFUSED TO ALLOW ME CHECK IN REFUSED TO GET ANYONE EVEN A DOCTOR after telling me if I wanted to be seen so bad I should go to a hospital because they are not one! I left drove to Norton Immediate care on dixie. I was greeted professionally and seen immediately where my chest pain was CONFIRMED, Treated and sent on my way.

I was in the waiting room maybe an hour and was discharged within 4 hours of signing in prompt testing and reading tests staff was friendly and listened to me would give 5 stars but they did not take vitals until you get back to your room otherwise a great ER

Went to have MRI tests done and the whole experience was lovely. Didn't have to wait long, administration was very nice and my tech, Chris was so sweet, calming and made me super comfortable.

For starter we arrive with my son in emergency room that can’t breath and a guy named Eithen Schneider comes out to check his oxygen very rude and unprofessional instead of worrying about treating my son he’s mad because we was at a different hospital pryior to that so eithen Schneider walks back to back we’re doors open and you have all these nurses and doctors standing and sitting around a desk laughing and heehawing around while you have a person in ER waiting room that can’t breath the guy that’s checks you in had to go back and tell them three times that they needed someone out there and when we finally do get back there he’s just laying in bed still gasping for air and two ambulance drivers were standing out side the room one happen to look in the room and saw my son and walked to the nurse desk/station to tell them someone needs to help the person in That room right away it was just an all out bad experience and for Eithen I dint know if his parents cut his allowance off at home or what drives a person that’s suppose to help people that’s in need of emergency assistance to act like that but he was very unprofessional and hope I don’t have to experience someone like him in a hospital again

This is the place to come! I got straight to a room , heck I’ve seen 4 nurses already in 20 minutes! These people really care about their patients. I actually feel safe here! It means a lot when staff are helpful and really love their job. Samantha was great and so were the others but I can’t recall their name! You know how you feel so sick you just want a hug from mom or dad? Well that’s how sick I feel and I feel right at home and safe here. I recommend this emergency room if you are looking for genuine care.

I had a really good experience here. Everyone I met was very nice, and helpful, and made sure I felt safe. Miss Karen helped me get registered and helped me calm down. The doctor who drew my blood was very nice as well. She talked and helped keep me distracted while drawing my blood. I didn’t get her name, sadly. Miss Rhonda, who did my EKG, helped give me some comfort and listened to the issues I had been having. I will definitely return here if I need medical help!

From the time I walked in to the time I left was treated with kindness and patience. Everyone listened to all my concerns. Very good experience.
