I
can
say
the
OB
and
post-partum
departments
are
wonderful.
After
being
discharged
from
post-partum
my
wife
developed
a
fever
and
had
to
go
to
the
ERIC.
The
waiting
room
was
nearly
empty
and
she
went
to
triage
fairly
quickly
but,
was
then
dumped
back
in
the
waiting
room.
Several
hours
later
my
wife's
fever
started
to
increase.
With
my
wife
having
MS
a
high
fever
means
she
develops
optic
neuritis
and
her
vision
gets
blurry,
which
had
begun.
I
asked
if
someone
could
come
take
her
temp
so
she
could
take
ibuprofen
to
drop
her
fever
but,
was
told
she
was
next
and
to
wait.
It
was
45
minutes
later
before
she
was
brought
back
to
a
room,
where
we
are
now,
7
hours
after
we
arrived.
While
we
are
in
a
room
now,
we
have
not
seen
the
doctor
or
a
nurse
yet
and
are
becoming
increasingly
concerned.
When
we
were
in
the
waiting
room
we
were
told
there
are
not
enough
rooms
here.
After
coming
back
we
a
lot
of
empty
rooms.
When
we
asked
about
them
we
were
told
that
they
have
not
yet
been
cleaned.
I
can
honestly
say
that
the
OB
and
post-partum
wards
here
are
great
however,
the
er
department
is
lacking
care
and
the
resources
it
desperately
needs.
It
has
been
over
7
hours
since
we
arrived,
have
been
in
a
room
for
over
30
minutes,
going
on
45,
and
still
have
not
seen
a
doctor
yet.
To
make
things
even
better,
my
wife
has
had
to
pump
now
twice
since
being
here,
as
our
infant
was
left
with
a
relative,
the
only
place
they
said
my
wife
could
pump
was
in
the
bathroom,
not
the
cleanest
of
places,
nor
that
private.
Edit:
Our
nurse
and
doctor
were
absolutely
wonderful.
It
just
took
a
long
time
to
get
in.
I
will
say
absolutely
everyone
working
looked
exhausted.
I
think
it
is
an
upper
management
issue
not
getting
the
resources
needed
for
the
patients
they
receive.
I
imagine
that
if
they
had
more
staff
serving
the
er
that
patients
would
be
moved
through
a
lot
quicker.
