Need to speak with corporate about urgent COVID VIOLATIONS being done at a local Baptist Health! I have hundreds more that management seems to care nothing about. Edit: 5/12/2021 MORE PICS!!

Every since Baptist has weaseled their way into Hardin county they have all but destroyed any trace of caring, urgency or respect towards their patients! I don't blame the nurses or doctors as much as the corporate yahoos that think making decisions from a cozy office is a great idea. We used to be able to talk to the offices around here and now we have to deal with people that do not know or care what the local offices schedules are. What would only take me a week or even a few days to get seen now takes a month or longer because of the extreme disorganization... To say this is because of COVID-19 is a disgrace, this is due to horrid management!

Friendly environment, this hospital and practice does seem to fall short in regards to medical knowledge and is too robotic in regards to professionality.

Absolutely inept. Customer service and communication by administration and corporate are non-existent. I could write a scathing diatribe about my conversations with administration representatives if only they would either answer their telephones or return my calls. According to the robotic call service, even the corporate office was closed at 10:05 am today (Friday). With that being said, I have nothing but praise for our doctor and his immediate staff. It is truly sad that they are stuck with such poor management and support systems.

I didn't feel this place deserved a 2 star rating over-all, so I'm gonna give it a 4. Im nice like that. (Unlike Jaime Lynn)

I literally was in the hospital 2days ago in there er department to have stitches put in my back from a lumbar drain I had taken out that Monday. They decided to have a learning session while stitching my back up an never asked to do that teaching session. An even when I asked for them to numb my back before stitching it up. They told me that I’ve been threw worse I can handle the pain.. they never had gloves on, mask on there face, an never washed there hands before touching my back. And they know that i’m AUSTIC

I've worked in 3 of the locations and I can say that the culture is one of support and positivity rarely seen in the workplace. There are many career opportunities right now. I highly recommend applying.

I am a 100% disabled veteran and Dr Ansert in Elizabethtown Ky has been taking care of me for years. He always make you feel like your health come first, at the same time explaining every little detail. He has been a blessing in my life. I just wanted say thank you Dr.Ansert.

Xferred here with little info. Operator made me feel stupid bc I was having troubles getting my meds filled. This is why I quit going all together, just too afraid to bother with anyone else either. Being a basket case is the most worthless feeling in the world, esp when it comes to obtaining proper care.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTMENT THAT YOU WON'T RESIGN WITH HUMANA. EVERYONE I'VE TALKED TO IN THE BAPTIST GROUPS SAYS "ITS A HUMANA PROBLEM". NO IT'S A BAPTIST HEALTH PROBLEM, BECAUSE YOU ALL ARE WANTING MORE MONEY THAN THEY ARE WILLING TO PAY. CUT YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE SALARIES AND ACCEPT WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING, YOU MAKE ENOUGH MONEY AS IT IS. EVERYONE OF MY MOMS DOCTORS ARE AT BHC. NOW WE HAVE TO CHANGE TO ST JOE IN LONDON BECAUSE OF YOUR GREED. SHE USES YOUR PRIMARY CARE, ONCOLOGY, NEUROLOGY, UROLOGY, ENDOCRINOLOGY. THIS IS PATHETIC. I'M TOLD ITS ONLY THE DOCTORS GROUP. DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT IF PATIENTS HAVE TO TRANSFER TO ST JOSEPH DOCTORS THAT THEY WILL WANT THEIR PATIENTS TO USE YOUR FACILITY. ALSO, PERSONALLY, IF SHE CAN'T USE YOUR DOCTORS, THEN I DON'T THINK I WANT YOU ALL TO MAKE A PENNY FROM HER AND USE YOUR FACILITY FOR ALL THE TESTING AND ADMISSION SHE HAS. YOU SAY PATIENT CARE! ABSOLUTELY NOT! ADMIN KEEPS INCREASING THEIR SALARIES, AND THATS THE WHOLE ISSUE. YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT DAY AND I HOPE YOUR HAPPY THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE AFFECTED. I JUST PRAY THAT YOU REAP WHAT YOU SEW AND SOME DAY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP YOUR DOCTORS AND HAVE TO CHANGE TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT YOUR CARE. SHAME ON YOU ALL !!!!!!
