    This place is awful and unprofessional. I have had multiple issues with this doctor's office. Their phones are never working... the employees always say they are having phone issues, but haven't been working for the pass 2 months. The nurse , Mary Pollen, being my worse experience. After waiting 3 hours after my appointment time to discuss getting an increase on my anxiety medicine and refilling my adderall prescription, I had the most unfortunate pleasure of meeting Mary Pollen. I have been on the same dose for almost 2 years. She immediately came into the room doing everything from trying to belittling me, accusing me of not talking my medication, yelling at me and calling me 'girl'. I could barely explain my change in insurance and that causing me not purchase my medication like 8 months ago, causing me to test negative, but she was so sure I was lying. She keep yelling that she had been a nurse for 40 years, not that this had anything to do with my current issue. She did nothing to try to help me, and did even less to listen to me. Finally, She stood outside the room I was assigned, screaming at me to get out. Do yourself a favor, dont go to doctor Amin and if you do... be prepared to encounter the most unprofessional staff in louisville, Ky. I am in the processing of searching for a new doctor.

    The front of the office staff is the worst. They are rude nasty and disrespectful. They act like everyone that comes to their office is a bother to them. They all need to be fired, mainly the office manager I think it is that sits at a back desk upfront with glasses. She is the worst and maybe that's why the others act the way they do is because of her.

    Went 9/21/23, saw a new practitioner and I'm still waiting for my prescriptions after I was told she would send them over to the pharmacy. When I called the office Shelia wouldn't let me finish my question before she interrupted me. Everytime I would start talking she would talk over me. Very disrespectful

    If I could put a ZERO I would!! The office staff is horrible!!!! Sheila that works in referrals is extremely rude and does not do her job!! She makes the patients do all of her work!! I have been waiting for her to JUST SCHEDULE an appointment with a specialist for 3 weeks. I call her and she says she needs other doctor notes... Ummmm.... that is her job not mine!!! You will wait at least 4 hours to be seen!! The Doctors and Nurse Practitioner are awesome!! I do not recommend this practice at all!! They treat their patients like Cattle!! Get as many patients in to get paid!! While patients wait for hours!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

    I wrote a small review last year that wasn't very nice. I said things that hurt some feelings. I didn't realize that the pharmacy was now supposed to send electronic refill requests. So I was still thinking that they were supposed to send faxes for refills. So I was wrong and I was irritated. So I want to say that I am very sorry for what I said. Yes it takes time to get through the phone lines. BUT so many people are trying to make appointments just like I am. Lisa is one hard working office staff. I couldn't do her job!!! She deserves a raise!!!! And I still think Dr Desai is a wonderful Dr. and is very nice to his patients. So I do love there offfice.

    I am a former patient of his. I have had his office as my PCP with several insurance. My mom was one of his patients also. When she became ill and died a couple years ago they took great care of her. They not only cared about her but her family as well. Doctor Amin and his staff are terrific.

    Had a good experience with The business/office. Staff was good. Wait time was 35 mins. Doctor was awesome. Dr. CAYSHA STILES think I spelled it wrong. But she was very understanding and first time since I've been trying to find one that I feel good about in past 2 years she nailed it. Totally happy with her overall professional but heartfelt listening and politeness. #finally100%treatment

    Ugh I just want to scream my doctors office is really pissing me off I went TUESDAY to get my medical clearance for surgery and was told I pretty much am cleared just waiting for the doctor to sign off and fax it to my surgery department. I just called and talked to the office manager and she was quite rude to me the paper has been sitting on her desk since Tuesday afternoon and apparently the doctor hasn't been in yet like damn I need this!!!!!

    A nurse practitioner by the name of Toni, she is the rudest, nastiest, immature, and unprofessional person I've ever encountered in a doctor's office period. The front staff is terrible. Jessica is the best. Been here a hour and ten minutes, still haven't been seen. It's so unorganized.

    Dr Amin and his staff are great at their jobs! They take excellent care and exercise professionalism which often means dealing with some of the most pushy and expectant clients in Louisville! Great work considering what they do for nasty people!

    I love Dr Amin he's an amazing doctor he has helped me through so much as far as his nurse practitioners that work with him I can say there are some that I'd rather not ever see again but doctor amin himself is amazing

    I guess I am not saying anything new based on previous comments. Thee worst front desk receptionist I have ever had to deal with. The most unprofessional receptionist and some staff I have ever had to deal with. The clinic is better than going to this place. It's so unorganized and unprofessional. If it wasn't for the doctor being so good I would have left. I am still waiting on a referral 2 months now still no appt. For an endo dr.

    Annoyed that all of my issues weren’t discussed in same visit before being shuffled off as well as still waiting on my Rxs which should have been taken by me today! I agree with the last comment regarding Sheila. She is extremely overworked but could take more time on the phone and stop cutting you off. The office needs to stop taking patients and get caught up with their existing ones. No excuse for people to wait on their meds either! You’re messing with people’s lives.

    He was my pcp for a while quite a few years ago. He and his staff were my mom pcp for about ten years also. They took great care of both us. When my mom was in the hospital the last couple months she was alive they took great care of her. SHe had so many drs. than I was having a hard time keeping track of who was who, but I knew Dr, Amins staff when they came in. They not only took great care of her while she was in the hospital they took the time to explain everything to us. When it was time for us to make a difficult decision Dr. AMins son in law talked to me about the decision we had to make. What he would do if it was his mom in the hospital bed not mine. They not only care about their patients they care about their families.

    I wanted to be seen by Dr Amin but I was seen by a nurse practitioner. She was supposed to refills but of course did not. They not only didn't refill anything she misinterpreted my whole medication list & why I was taking them. I felt feel so misunderstood.

    I’ve been calling two weeks straight to get my form completed. I kept getting the run around. No help what so ever. Mind you, I’m off work & can’t return unless I’ve my form completed. It’s horrible. Never again.

    The worst front of the house staff nasty and uncooperative . I have had trouble getting my non narcotics tic prescriptions refilled They dont notify you and tell you that you need to make an appointment they just cut your prescriptions and leave you hanging. I was out of state at my daughter's funeral and they cut my antidepressants and allergy medications understand they dont care because they dont make cash unless u make appointment Uncaring money grubber. But on a better note back of the house doctors and nurses aye wonderful. I understand the extremely low ratings now. I will report back if this us resolved. If it isnt I will be notifying the Bettet Business. Bureau. So utterly unpleasant, unprofessional and uncaring. Such a shame.
