Specialized clinic

😠 This is, by far, the worst doctor's office I've ever been to in my life. I have to go here twice a year for bloodwork and not only does it take them forever to get my needed medication filled, but the staff is often rude and has even injected me painfully in the wrong area. This office is so terribl... People often mention doctor, time, doctors, appointment,

I do agree with some of the previous posts about the staff at the front desk ..some of them are extremely RUDE but some of them are amazing! I go there to see Heather M. Stone, Nurse Practitioner . I'd rather see her than anyone else . She is incredible and truly listens when I am speaking.

This office is so terrible, I actually feel afraid whenever I come because I know they're going to mess something up badly. My primary physician refers me here because this is the only specialist in the area. But if I have to drive several miles away to another specialist just to avoid coming here, I will from now on. Anywhere but here.

I have always been treated with respect. Dr. Isles is beyond wonderful. And one of her nurses went out of her way to call me by my preferred name every time I came in even though Social Security required my first name. Since then I've had my name legally changed but I have nothing but good to say thus far about the people working here. The only thing I don't like is Covid making it harder on everyone. Be kind to doctors, nurses and all assistants. Sometimes a kind word can change their mood, too. They deal with it all day, but we are only there an hour or so.

Been going here for the last two years or so. Everyone is nice but this is a terrible place do use as your primary care. Build $190 for a flu test and almost 200 for the accompanying visit, including a mental health screen that nobody actually performed. You will not be seen within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. You are unlikely to ever see the same physician twice because residents are rotating through so often. Because of the ever-changing door of residence, I could not get a refill of my Pepcid prescription without scheduling an appointment with a new provider. An OTC drug That would have ended up costing me whatever ridiculous amount they billed for an appointment. Do yourself a favor and get a primary physician from a private practice

I've gone to this clinic over the past 5 years. There have been several great doctors I've seen in this time period. However, seeing a different doctor every 1-2 years isn't ideal. You constantly have to get to know different doctors if you go here. The call attendants do not follow the same protocol; one tells you one thing, another tells you something entirely different. And, the doctor I saw today was downright rigid and defensive at some points during my visit. This visit, with that doctor, was the straw that broke the camel's back so-to-say. -I'll be looking for a new clinic, even though that's an aggravation with and in itself. Also worth noting, typically when I take time out of my day to write a review, it's a positive one. It's unfortunate I felt strongly enough about this doctor and visit to have to sit down and write a less-than-positive review. Best, Jessica

I arrived at the office to be seen by dr. Donna M Roberts MD. She asked me what I was being seen for of course we had a discussion. But on her mind the entire time was why I was there in her office instead of upstairs on the second level. My response to me was I need it first available I want to be seen. During this entire visit I felt like she did not want any part of treating me. Very nice lady very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend her for any treatment especially if you're looking for a doctor. I also failed to mention the staff in the front office was extremely rude. Well at least one of them was. Definitely would not recommend.

The doctor listened to every bit I had to say and made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff are lovely and the nurse Marty was nice and did an amazing job.

I'd give this place no stars if I could. Nothing but dissatisfaction from this place. Always the longest wait to even get in to your appointment. I had one for my daughter at 8:20 am. We arrived at 8:00am in hopes to get in early, seeing as we were the first patients there, and the next patient did not arrive until 8:30. We weren't even brought back to the exam room until 9:20. The patient whose appt was at 9am was brought back before us! Several patients were called back before us!!!What's the point of opening your doors at 8:00 if your doctor's can't even show up on time themselves? There is even at least 5 or 6 doctors that work here, surely someone can be here at a reasonable time. The reason I got an early appointment was to be able to make it to work on time, but now I have to take lost wages AND pay for the doctor's consultation. I don't appreciate those who think their time is more important than my own. Unless you want to waste your day HOPING a doctor will see you, then by all means, this place will serve you well. But if not, I highly recommend you stay away from here.

Service desk is rude and incredibly unhelpful. I went in to get checked out for an upper respiratory infection and was told I'd be prescribed predenazone. The next day I call and they say the doctor is out but they will send him a message. Two days later I call back and they say that the doctor is still out and they have no record of me calling the previous day. They refuse to let me speak to another doctor and tell me to call urgent care. So I've paid them for a service which they did not provide and now they suggest I go pay five times that somewhere at urgent care? Disgusting level of service.

The doctors that I've been seen by were great. The receptionist that I've had to deal with though, are very very rude. I've always been nice to them. Never gave them a reason to be nasty. They cut me off while speaking and seem very angry for no reason.

I like the doctors here, but waiting 1-2 hours after your appointment to be seen? No thanks.
