First of all, the red light therapy absolutely works. Secondly, I was not expecting to sit down with such a down-to-Earth human being after my session when I met with Dr. Baird. He was kind, empathetic, full of knowledge and advice, and a believer in a more holistic healing approach than most. If you are considering doing something to change your body, I would recommend meeting with Dr. Baird first. You won't regret it.
