I
purchased
tonight
has
a
large
crack
and
hole
in
the
bottom
corner.
When
it
was
on
display,
it
was
holding
a
10
gallon
tank
inside,
so
couldn't
see
the
bottom.
As
I
also
purchased
two
ten
gallon
Aqueon
tanks
in
the
same
purchase,
the
staff
just
kept
the
10
gallon
inside
and
we
never
looked
at
the
bottom.
The
man
who
checked
my
purchase
was
very
helpful
and
helped
me
load
the
tanks
into
my
car.
I
had
no
issues
on
way
home,
and
two
people
carefully
brought
into
house.
That's
when
we
saw
the
large
crack
and
hole
in
the
bottom
corner.
The
tank
says
it
has
a
5
year
warranty
and
to
return
to
dealer
if
a
problem.
I
called
immediately,
within
30
minutes
of
purchase
and
was
told
by
a
woman
at
the
store
that
they
have
a
strict
policy
to
not
take
any
tank
returns
and
that
it
was
my
responsibility
to
inspect
the
tank
thoroughly
prior
to
purchase,
and
that
there
was
no
warranty.
This
is
in
contrast
to
the
policy
on
returns
that
is
listed
on
their
website
and
the
warranty
sticker
on
the
tank.
This
is
very
frustrating,
I
was
so
excited
about
finding
this
new
pet
store
in
my
area.
