The Chocolate Chip Cookies were amazing and most definitely worth the hype and coming here! It’s also a nice vibe inside as well!

Pretty decent little coffee shop. The cookies are really fantastic, the coffee is decent, and the atmosphere isn’t bad. Nice little nooks to sit down in and read a book or work on a laptop. The music is a little too loud and intrusive, I was having trouble focusing and when on the phone the person on the other end thought I was in a club lol. People working here are friendly enough.

The vibe here is amazing! Comfortable seats, plants, AND quick/efficient service. What more could you ask for from a coffee shop?! I'm not a big cookie fan, but their cookies looked awesome and fresh!! I tried the Thai iced coffee, and I very much enjoyed it. 😁

Are you looking for a fall-flavored latte in March? Or perhaps a grab and go half-dozen chocolate chip cookies? How about a large collection of previously owned vinyl records to flip through before you get your snack on? If you answered yes to any of the above, check out Please and Thank You. I would definitely recommend a harvest moon latte for my fellow psl lovers. "Best chocolate chip cookie in Kentucky" is a bold claim, so I had to try one. They do have a good balance of sweet and salt, definitely wouldn't say no to getting one again. Staff were friendly and worked quickly. I got my order to go, but the inside looks like a comfy place to stay awhile.

OK, so we only got coffee and a pastry to go, but I still got a decent feel of this place. First of all, the coffee is quite good, definitely enjoyed it. Second, the pastries we got were delicious, if only a tad bit on the too sweet side (tone it down a bit on that sugar or whatever you use to sweeten that frosting). The only reason I deducted a full star from them is because it was obnoxiously freezing in the establishment. In fact, we fully intended to enjoy our coffee/pastry in the place, but it was so over the top cold in there that I chose to go back to the hotel to eat the food. Honestly it was so cold it felt like it was done on purpose to push people to order and go away, which is weird. Still, staff were nice, and food was quite good. Especially if you’re looking for something to grab and go, this is a good option.

The Spanish latte was absolutely delicious. The shop was definitely well kept, and up to date. I'd have to say that the cookie, takes the cake. My goodness that cookie was fantastic. I'd even come back to Louisville just for that cookie :)

Adorable little sweets and coffee shop. Stylish on the inside, lots of drinks, and delicious baked goods. I got their chocolate chip cookie and my friend got the Mexican Hot Chocolate. Our choices were absolutely delicious. We discussed going back in for seconds.

6 cookies = $15. This is advertised as the best chocolate chip cookie in Kentucky according to Cosmopolitan. Kroger’s dozen for $4 is just as good if not better.

They advertised the best chocolate chip cookie in Kentucky BUT their oatmeal cookie makes Little Debbie look like a liar. Holy bunches of oats was it delicious. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious and ours was fresh out of the oven so nice and warm. Their ice tea has fresh mint and lemon and their iced coffee was great as well. The air flow leaves a bit to be desired but I would definitely come back for the sandwich cookie.

Chocolate chip overload. I purchased a 6 pack and I’ll have to share the rest. 1 is enough for me with my ganache latte. Great place to sit with friends in the side booths. Great bar seating next to the front windows.

We stumbled across Please & Thank You and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Louisville. The coffees were outstanding. I'm a huge fan of any coffee with butterscotch. Huge win for me. We shared an amazing strawberry cake. We also got a bag of their "Kentucky's Best Chocolate Chip Cookie" and as it turns out they are incredible cookies. They might just be the best cookies in all of Kentucky. We loved their music selection and wall of vinyl records in back. We were so impressed with P&TY that before we left, we both got t-shirts. We wish there was a Please & Thank You in Cincinnati.

Came here in desperate need of caffeine and a space to get my work done on a Friday, left here desperately wishing I had their cookie recipe. What a gem! Certainly has been a highlight of my trip while visiting from Chicago - I highly recommend it!

I might have just gone at a weird time, but the employees were two college-aged baristas who were too busy in conversation to take my order (saw me standing there). Cookie was ok? Definitely not something to write home about. Coffee was lukewarm and was told that it was as “fresh as coffee comes” when I mentioned it. Another customer complained about his tea being flavorless. Again, maybe not a standard day for PTY, but if it was then I’m not too sure it’s any different than any other coffee shop with cookies.

Best chocolate chip cookies EVER. Plus, the honey boy latte has to be one of my favorites. The atmosphere is also beautiful. The perfect little coffee shop!

This place is the perfect set-up. Coffee is very good. Treats are unbelievably delicious...I read the reviews and had my doubts about the best cookie, but it exceeded expectations and I was never happier to be wrong. The chocolate chip cookie was chewy, but slightly crispy, perfect taste of chocolate with the tiniest touch of flake salt, maybe. I mean, delicious. The brownie was chewy and...I really don't have the words...it was good. Thought we would try the oatmeal creme pie to find the weakest link, and they got us again...it was superb!! I honestly have no complaints. If there is a bad thing on the menu, we didn't find it. The girl that took our order was kind and patient and explained the drinks so well, she didn't steer me wrong with the iced Honey Bee Latte. Wasn't too sweet, which I hate, but still so tasty. The atmosphere was fun and something we would long for when we want something to do...if only we lived closer!! There is a juke box, which is nostalgic and so fun.

We went in because the sign said the worlds best chocolate chip cookie! I doubted it, because my chocolate chip cookies are legendary! But after tasting one had to go back and buy 6 more!! Delicious!

Ranking 5 stars for the cookies. Actually incredible. You could probably make the cookies they serve like this at home but they have the ingredient breakdown perfect and cook them just a little underdone which I’m partial to. Coffee is 3-4/5 coffee. Not too pricy, but wasn’t knock my socks off or anything. Fun vibe inside. Not a ton of places to sit for a group larger than 4.

Lower your expectations before you go - Awful experience for me 🤗 Service and friendliness were great. The brownie was excellent, but the chai latte & butterscotch coffee were weak in taste and warm in temperature. With a colder outside temperature, I was expecting a much hotter and stronger Chai and a more flavourful coffee, but 😞 The most disappointing was that I wasted money by buying 2 packs of chocolate chip cookies and taking them back home. All the cookies were salty in some parts and some were stuck together😡. This indicated the dough was not mixed well and not baked properly!!! As a visitor, I found this highly recommended “Kentucky’s best cookie” place very disappointing and a waste of money😔😔😔. Don’t plan on visiting again…

My breakfast of choice is a vanilla latte with oat milk, so getting my morning started can be a struggle if I don’t get a cup of my favorite coffee. As I searched for the best latte via google in Louisville, KY, it suggested that Please & Thank You would fit what I was craving. While looking over the menu, I saw that they had a butterscotch latte and I quickly abandoned my plan of ordering a vanilla latte. The mixture of the smoky sweetness of the butterscotch and the espresso shot was a welcome boost to get my day started. The was establishment has been voted as the #1 cookie shop in America by USAToday. The chocolate cookie was insanely rich, soft and full of chunks of chocolate. There were other sweet treats such as the brownies, which I also ordered were equally as delicious.

I stopped in here for some breakfast snacks, this is my first time at PTY and I wish I could say it was more enjoyable. Original in my plan was to get coffee and stay for breakfast but they had a jukebox blaring some obnoxious music so I ordered a morning muffin a chocolate chip cookie and a zucchini loaf and I went elsewhere for coffee. I get my coffee on my way to an appointment get back to my car to eat my snacks and find that the morning muffin isn't cooked and 50 percent of it is raw. Zucchini love was cooked all the way but didn't seem fresh kind of dry, fortunately the cookie was good. $15 I could have better spent elsewhere (like at blue dog bakery), I don't get the hype of this chain if this is what they offer.

This was such a cute coffee shop! Fresh greenery everywhere really brightened up the shop. Coffee was delicious. The Honey Bear was perfect. The chocolate chip cookie was pretty good as well. I would definitely come back when in town.

Nice local coffee house. Has a nice variety of drinks and food options. Very clean and friendly staff. The Everything Bagel sandwich was delicious. It is a great everything bagel. The coffee cake was sweet and flavorful. The latte was perfect.

They have really great atmosphere - their stuff tastes good but it's not the best in town. I really enjoy their cookies but for their size they're really expensive. I wanted to give them a shot on their pumpkin bread which I usually love too but it was pretty dry. I will say that their coffee is pretty good and their service is good as well.

Cool shop with friendly staff and a variety of options for drinks and baked goods! I had the Thai iced coffee which was nice. Not like other places where a small is teeny tiny, which I appreciated. Cookie honestly wasn’t too special but if it’s the best in KY you should try it at least.

The handmade oatmeal cookies are to DIE FOR!! I also highly suggest the chai latte. It'll make it feel like the holidays to you. Or it'll make you feel all warm and fuzzy without getting too jacked up on caffeine lol

The oatmeal pies were delicious and around $4.25 for one pie so they can be bit pricey. I also had a butterscotch coffee which was fantastic. The restaurant is located in a good area but parking could be a bit sketchy since it can get crowded and inside the venue is a bit small so I just did a grab and go but it would’ve been nice to sit and enjoy my coffee.

Great espresso! Highly recommend the honey boy latte - it’s delicious and not too sweet and lets the espresso shine. The chocolate chip cookie is pretty good but the oatmeal pie is DELICIOUS!

The coffee is sooooo good! Went to a bakery down the street to have a croissant since this place only has cookies/ sweet treats & that’s not what I want at 9am lol but THE COFFEE is amazing!! I went 2 days in a row for the butterscotch iced latte with oat milk— to die for. Seriously. I wish I lived in Louisville!

Delicious! The chocolate chip cookie loves up to the hype. The coffee is very good too. I had the Honey Boy Latte. Creamy and not too sweet.

We couldn’t leave Louisville without try please & thank you coffee ☕️ and cookies 🍪. We got Mexican chocolate and Honey boy latte and cookies. The Mexican chocolate remind me chocolate abuelita and the honey boy was very good 👍 the cookies were good as well but I think it’s a little bit pricey 😅!

This is mainly an expresso coffee shop. No pour overs so don’t expect an amazing cup of coffee. The expresso had a nice bite to it. They claim to have the best cookies in the city, but I didn’t try one. The ambiance is very pleasing and the chairs were very comfortable.

I had the Harvest Moon latte and it was delicious! It’s a complex, spice-y drink and I truly enjoyed it. The place smelled like cookies the whole time it was a treat for the senses even if I didn’t order one. It get’s busy around 10:30 on a Sunday.

Got a "Laura Palmer" , peanut butter creme cookie, and smiley face cookie! All delicious. Super fast and friendly service. Laura Palmer is a super tasty black tea × lemonade mix with some mint and other flavors. Their oatmeal creme pies are also delicious. Lastly, their chocolate chip cookies are actually exceptional!

Super cute place. They advertise best chocolate chip cookie in Kentucky, I thought the cookie was AMAZING! Must stop if you’re in the Nulu area.

I was ready to go back home once we got here. The music was too loud to sit inside to chat, or work. So, we came outside to sit on the picnic table in the shade. However, it smelled horrible outside (like most of the Ville does). To top it all off, they had some satanic looking symbol on their bathroom door where the two gender symbols usually are 😂
