Prices were much better than in Central Louisville. Staff member who checked us in seemed to have an attitude about our masks and put us in the farthest corner third floor room right by vending and the stairwell when the hotel seemed mostly empty at 4PM. Checkout staff was pleasant. Older facility with some nice updates. Room floors were clean. Sheets were definitely clean with visible stains of make-up and red drink/food. Comforters had food grime on the edges not covered by sheets. Door to room had extreme gaps on two sides. Handles to bathroom were sticky. Walls of bathroom had visible grime. When I opened the tub's pop-up drain to take a shower (first use of shower for us), a bunch of weird black grime washed back into the tub. I washed it out as best I could before showing, but have never regretted not bringing flip-flops on a trip so much. Left feeling grungy. Will not return though the location wasn't bad and the prices were good.

We stayed here on a road trip and it was exactly what I wanted! Right off 65, easy to find, and near gas stations and restaurants. We arrived late at night totally exhausted but check in was a breeze, price was reasonable, and our room was clean and ready. The free breakfast in the morning had a nice variety and refilled regularly. The service was excellent, I felt like they really have a passion for hospitality and if we had any issues with our stay I'm sure they would have been promptly addressed. We will definitely be staying there again on future road trips to the south!

Really nice people. Clean comfortable rooms Great breakfast. My only issue was the room was very hot. Someone had set the temperature at 80 degrees. It took a while for the ac to cool it back down.

Very good value at the best price around. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast with eggs and sausage. Kind and helpful night clerk.

This was subpar for Best Western. The tub wouldn't drain due to the enormous amount of hair in the drain. Thankfully my husband has a pet peeve about a non- draining tub & fixed it. GROSS!!! The exhaust in the bathroom was non- existent. (Pics below) The pictures & TV fogged up from my husband being in the shower 2 minutes. Breakfast bagels were stale & there was no hot breakfast. Disappointing.

The room was clean but extra loud. Between the elevator right next to us, and Latina maids talking super loud first thing in the morning while cleaning other rooms, I barely got any sleep. We were on our honeymoon, so it felt extra trashy. The front desk person was cool, but was missing most of the time we needed something. At one point we waited for 15 min for her to show up so we can get some tissues, since our tissue box had only one tissue left in it - and we gave up and ended up buying some. No one was answering when we called from our room, and there was no one downstairs, so - if there was a way to give 0 stars, that would be it for service. That being said, the location was ok for us, and the room was clean.

My sister and I were in town for our uncle's funeral. We wanted to be near our cousins and the funeral home. This hotel fit the bill. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was very good and there was a good selection of items for breakfast each morning. Would be my first choice if I am in the area again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! However, there was a bit of an ant problem in one of our rooms. The breakfast was average with the exception of the waffles having regular waffles and a flavor of the day, which was nice. Decent hotel to stay in for a couple days.

No issues. Only stayed in the rooms long enough to shower and sleep. 15 minutes from expo center. Breakfast was good especially the waffle maker.

Service was wonderful and all the employees were super nice, especially Jerry the receptionist. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. The only downside that threw me was the whole hotel and our room smelled funky, like they used spray to mask the smell of mildew.

Just stopped in to sleep real quick and the hotel was perfect for that. The check in was quick and easy and the guy working the desk was super friendly. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was a nice quiet stay. I will definitely stay here again in my travels.

Clean rooms, very nice front desk staff, the breakfast was very good with a good number of options. I always try the hotels soaps they give and they had the best shapoo, conditioner, body and face soap ove tried.

For the price you pay, this is a great hotel overall. It's not going to feel super premium but you have to level your expectations given how affordable it is. The room was clean and fairly updated. There are parts of the room that looked like they still needed a bit of updating (pain on one of the walls needed patching, scuff marks here and there) but most of the room (and lobby area for that matter) appeared to be updated somewhat recently and looked nice. The beds were very comfortable and the linens seemed fresh and clean. The breakfast area looked good but we didn't partake and went to Cracker Barrel next door. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when we entered late on a Friday night. Honestly, for the price we paid you could do much worse for a one night stay.

The front desk woman was very kind. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner in my room, so I asked for some at the front desk and she ended up giving me a baggy full of travel products. My biggest complaint though was the beds because they were rock hard and beds are very important when staying in a hotel. At least the rooms were clean and we weren't disturbed which I was worried about because our hotel room happened to be literally one step away from the elevator. The breakfast was good. Hot eggs and sausage. And there was a waffle maker with strawberry waffle mix and the choice to add chocolate chips to it which was very unique and nice. Sadly, they didn't have my favorite which was biscuits and gravy, but strawberry chocolate chip waffles made up for it.

Clean rooms and reasonably comfy beds: that's my highest priority when booking hotels for business at this price tier; this place delivered. Props to the cleaning staff and the front desk staff for doing good work.

Stopped late on our drive home, initially stopped at Fairfield across the street, needed 2 rooms, Dave at the front desk was very helpful called Best Western talked to Jerry got us 2 rooms!! Got over to Best Western and Jerry was super helpful and nice. He even called and let us know that our lights were on in the car. Rooms were clean! Breakfast has a great variety to choose from, nice and hot too. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean with towels/rags replaced daily and one of the managers friendly, but the breakfast was a joke. Discolored eggs, rotten apples set out, and a waffle maker that didn't work right the entire time we were there. In one instance the lady running the breakfast service picked up a piece of stuck on waffle she had helped a customer chisel off and dropped it onto the customer's plate. Very unappetizing. The one thing I did like was that muffins were pre-packaged and could be taken to go.

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.. we travel a ton.. and the assistant manager and staff here are truly a one of a kind bunch . All jokes aside. Stayed here for work.. harassed by local P. D. And consistently walked in on by cleaning staff.. I mean REALLY?!! Anyway save yourself some trouble, money, and respect. The assistant manager spoke to me as if I were a toddler after spending over a grand there, felt it necessary to recite the rules to me as if I were a preschooler.. Seriously.. we paid your salary.. but doubt me and figure it out on your own..

Chris, the front desk manager, is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, especially if you aren't familiar with it. I had a difficult travel day. He helped me get checked in painlessly as I was late due to the travel issues I had. I highly recommend talking to him if you stay here. The location is a little difficult to find but the facility is clean and well kept.

Easy off and on the highway. Very friendly at the front desk. Room was solid. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Would stay again.

The staff was friendly from start to finish. The place is is not only clean, but it smells clean too. There were a few places that could use some touch up paint, but I would call it normal wear and tear. The beds are not firm enough for my liking, but most would probably find them comfortable.

All was good. Nice rooms. Nice building. Good breakfast.. Just off of the highway. Several restaurants right next door. No complaints.

This is a very clean hotel with nice, friendly staff. I am surprised by how large my room is and how inexpensive it is. It is also in a great location. I'm here visiting my mom in one of the downtown hospitals and I can shoot right up I65 and be there quickly. Also, within walking distance to restaurants.

I've been coming and staying at this hotel quite often throughout the year and I gotta say- it's by far my favorite place to stay just thanks to the wonderful people who work here alone. Any time I've needed help, they would do all they could to do so. They are currently renovating their lobby/breakfast/sitting area and I will say it's been looking much nicer than when I first visited a few months ago.

The gentleman at the front desk at check-in, I believe his name was Chris, is a true southern gentleman who was genuinely kind and helpful. Everyone at this hotel was very nice and wonderful, I would definitely recommend just on the superior hospitality alone. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have had in years! The kind of breakfast that was common 20 years ago but is rare nowadays- scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, juice/ milk/ coffee. The room was modern, very nice and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Everything in the room was clean and worked. Hot shower with great water pressure. There's also an outdoor pool and a fitness center onsite. If you're traveling through or stopping on Louisville, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!
