Hi-Wire definitely has a new and fun vibe for Louisville! It’s a great space to hang out or get competitive with some cool games they have on location! The bartenders were fast and friendly! The beers on draft were easily visible whether you were ready to order or needed a few minutes to look everything over. Parking was easy and convenient! It’s dog friendly, which is great to bring your pup along after working all day and you just want to chill and have a beer! There’s plenty of seating, inside or outside so you can have your pick! This was a great experience and I’ll definitely be frequenting this location often!

Nice facility that is dog friendly. Tried a couple fruit based beers that could have had more fruit flavor, but they were decent. They don’t serve food, but you can bring in food from outside

One of my favorite breweries in town! Their beer selection is large and high quality, and has enough variety that every time I order something I see three other things I want to try next. They also have a quite a few seasonal and rotating taps to keep things fresh. The tap room is spacious , bright, clean, and very welcoming and friendly. I've also been pleased to see that they've made a real effort to be involved in the neighborhood and the larger community since they opened. I attend the monthly plant swap meetings regularly, and I know the manager has been personally involved in promoting that event. I know they host several other regular groups, and I frequently see them posting about all kinds of special events.

Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic experience! I particularly loved drag queen story time. What a positive, affirming experience all around. It’s SO refreshing and validating to see LGBTQ+ representation in the beer industry! Thank you for such a charming event!

Pretty good. The hi ipa was OK. The Ukrainian was really good, almost like a margarita beer. Give this place a shot!

I have been to this place twice and still love it. On my first visit that I had all dark beer flights. I have to say that this is one of my favorites. Also, I do enjoy their IPA too. I would love to come back again with more dark beer with strong ABV! And still love it.

The location, atmosphere, and space are great, but the prices of beer is absurd. A beer there will cost you $8+, but may cost less if you find the same beer at a different restaurant. With such high prices I wouldn’t recommend locals to go there. Seems more of a tourist thing

We walked to hi-wire after a concert at headliners. They had already called last call, which was not a big deal. We ordered an Uber and waited outside. The young female bartender was sent outside to gather and organize the tables and chairs by herself at almost midnight. This is not a well lit nor a particularly well traveled area. No one else came by while we waited. I went in and complained to the male supervisor. He said she could handle herself. If she could then why couldn’t he? We really didn’t appreciate his flippant attitude towards his coworkers safety. Will not be back

Highlight of my trip! Visiting Louisville from NJ and walked from cave hill cemetery to it after a quick google search for a nearby brewery. To my delight there was drag bingo!! Beer and cocktails were delicious. Had the time of my life. Tried the Peruvian next store and brought it into brewery. Heaven and Mason and Matty (spelling) were fabulous! Wish I wasn’t leaving tomorrow. I want to go back!

We went to the drag brunch. It was $20 a person for food and entrance. If you go just do the $10 entrance. Food was cold. It was eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, in a tortilla wrap you made yourself. It was left out the whole time unseated and was cold when we got there. We were early. Drinks ok. The bar itself is colorful and cute. The drag show was fun. I had never been to one and it was very entertaining.

We have been here twice the don’t really serve food but you can order from right around you. They have a decent size selection that changes. People here are nice and they have them nights like game nights and trivia as well.

I found Hi-Wire Brewery courtesy of the Louisville Ale Trail passport. They welcome everyone which I absolutely love! They also had an imperial stout on draft which made this girl very happy!! Plus many more canned variants in the cooler 🙌🏼 I am definitely taking home a couple of assorted four pack to get ready for true stout season. This atmosphere is fun and welcoming and the staff is great and willing to answer all questions. Will definitely visit here again the next time I’m in town 💗

Good beer and a nice atmosphere. I recommend their west coast IPA and the pink lemonade beer.

Dog friendly. The drink board was plain and had no prices. Good parking in the garage in the back. The owner should add a stage. The chairs felt weird like they would break but they are good.

Great atmosphere. One of those weird Louisville spots we love so much. Yoga on one end, speed dating on another, a family reunion, just everything all at once and everyone having a good time! The beer is also great with take home pack options as well.

We love hi wire, even our pup does! Beer is great. People are great. There’s games you can play not to mention you can bring in food if you want. Love that it’s a place for all, even our little furry friends. Keep on doing what your doing.

Huge tap list, friendly staff. Plenty of seating at the bar and in the building. Games like ping pong and big billiards too, a nice place to hang out for a few pours!

Very cool, chill, friendly environment with games and music. I’m not a beer fan but they have a beer (mountain water) that I actually tried and liked! It was a nice atmosphere that allows families and dogs. It wasn’t loud. My husband and I enjoyed the lights, art, and good chats to finish up our date night. We will be back!

Beers and selections were great! I'm partial to my sours, ciders, and seltzers, so I tried the Pink Lemonade and thr Hugs on the Beach. They were both amazing and ended up getting a six pack of each on another day. This place was amazing in that they had a couple of ping pong tables, a couple of foosball tables, and a foot pool. Also, the vide was awesome, very hip and unique, dog friendly and staff was friendly. Also, since they don't serve food, you can get food anywhere and bring it there! This place is a must!

I’m not a big beer drinker but do I enjoy sours. They had a good collection of them and a nice environment. Definitely plan to go back

The beer here is delicious, and my fiancé and I enjoy the atmosphere. However, we’ve been a few times and the bartenders have been unfriendly and unwelcoming each time. The first time I visited any questions I had about specific IPAs were answered with a “well, it’s an IPA” as if I didn’t know anything about beer. We were hoping it would be an isolated incident, but each time after it’s been the same. I’m not one to complain, but it is rather disappointing for such a cool place. Hoping for a more friendly visit next time.

I tried the Pink Lemonade Sour and it was amazing. The service was fantastic. The bathrooms were clean as were the tables. I enjoyed the atmosphere and there was plenty of space to hang out with friends. One of my new faves...

Good beer and game choices. Has soccer pool, Foosball, ping pong and a variety of special events throughout the month. Some outdoor seating, but also a wide open indoor space. Dog friendly!
