Thanks Koerber's for sending my wife home in tears (not of the happy variety) after making a mistake with her 22 year old wedding ring and then not offering an apology but shrugging your mistake off, and then choosing to be argumentative, and snarky with her instead. Your website says your brand promise is to provide "100% peace of mind with every purchase" and that "exceptional service is just what we do." Well, you failed on both promises today and did nothing to keep this customer from walking out extremely upset and not willing to return. You lost a life long customer today... but do you really care?

Wont ever return to this store. Went here to purchase product for my wife. Im no expert but received snobby responses on any of the questions I ask. they didn’t even want to take time out to show me things. I wanted to put the warranty in my wife’s name and the worker argued with me that I shouldn’t and that my credit card needs to be in my name. I told her I’m paying cash. Very poor service. To top it off I tip $10 and the worker notices my total comes to 300.05 and starts asking people if they have 5 cents for me as if I didn’t have enough to pay. I said just give me the change. I don’t have a problem with it. If she didn’t want to count it out she should have just gave me a bill. Ashamed I wasted my time and money.

Koerber’s quality and customer service is second to none, and the selection they have is extensive. Whitney was amazing helping choose the perfect engagement ring and finding wedding bands that we absolutely loved and worked with our budget! Couldn’t say enough good things about Koerber’s and I’ll definitely be back!

Dory was beyond amazing and treated myself and my girlfriend like we were best friends, not customers. She gave us her honest opinion and saved us a lot of money when she could have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge. Please give her a raise :)

My girlfriend and I found Koerber's after having an unpleasant experience at another jewelry store, and I'm so happy we did. From the beginning our diamontologist, Mina, was so helpful and on a mission to find us the perfect engagement ring. A member of the Koerber family, Jacquelyn, came to greet us and introduce herself making the experience feel so personal and inviting. EDIT TO ADD… I was contacted by the store with sincere apologies for my experience. I was asked to go back and give the store another chance. I was treated very well and ended up purchasing 2 of the Pandora rings I had been interested in. I have never had a salesperson refuse to show me what I asked to see. I wanted to see the tray of pandora rings for something to go with my engagement ring. She told me I didn’t want to put anything but real gold and diamonds with my ring…but I didn’t want to spend that kind of money. It blows my mind that she just wouldn’t pull out the pandora rings.

When I tell you that this place means business, what I mean by that is they treat you like family that wants the best for you. Me and my girlfriend went in for a custom job. 3 stone oval yellow gold and worked out the design of the ring with Eddie. He made us feel VERY welcome with our first visit! Also made it very easy along the journey of the ring building process. They were also very quick with the building on the custom design.

I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of my jewelry from Koerbers, but also of the staff! Be sure to ask for Dori! Dori has helped my husband and myself many times and I will ALWAYS ask for her now. She has gone above and beyond multiple times for us and I am incredibly grateful. Koerbers is quality inside and out and always a family experience.

I have shopped here for years for fine jewelry including Pandora and a 1 ct designer diamond ring. Now my daughter and her fiancé just got her engagement ring from them. Service is always amazing, selections are stunning and the prices are reasonable! Cannot recommend this place enough. I send all my friends here.

Whitney was so incredibly helpful and extremely cooperative with payment method and timing. She was so caring and understanding! She fulfilled my every need during my ring buying experience! Koerber's has excellent merchandise and a wide variety of styles which they hand pick from some of the most curious places. But what makes Koerber's the place to shop jewelry is the staff. Dori has worked with me in selecting gifts that my wife adores for over ten years. She and others have collaborated in creating "one-of-a-kind" creations for my family and close friends. This is a "full service" jeweler with a family approach to business. There isn't another store like it . . .

I cannot thank Koerber's enough for what they were able to do for me. They knew my situation and were able to work around my deadline to allow me to wear a special piece of jewelry to a loved one's funeral. Without them, I would not have had it with me on the day I needed it the most. Thank you so much for all that you did. Eddie was an amazing salesperson to work with. He was kind and courteous. Koerber's took excellent care of me when buying an engagement ring. I live out of state but they helped select a great diamond and setting, and then shipped the ring to me. After proposing we wanted the ring re-sized, I live over 500 miles away but Eddy helped expedite the whole process and we had the ring back in less than 48 hours from the time my fiance too the ring off.

My honest opinion??? Ok… well…. Couldn’t of asked for a nicer, more compassionate person than Whitney to help me with my jewelry experience today. Every once in a while… right when you want to give up on humanity as a whole… you speak/meet with a woman who blows you away with extraordinary customer service, and just genuine kindness that makes you want to keep pushing forward. I am so grateful for the referral to this store, and the quality of service I received. (Especially with a small child) I recommend this establishment to anyone who needs anything jewelry related. I hands down recommend asking for Whitney. Even if you don’t end up buying anything, at least you’ll meet a decent human and leave smiling. Thank you Koerber’s. Stopped in for the first time on 5/7 with my 3 year old daughter to get a Mother’s Day present. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Dori. She was phenomenal, friendly, and great to work with. She was great with my daughter I honestly can’t say enough. I’m glad I came in today and I will definitely be back for ALL of my jewelry needs! Everyone in the store was very kind and welcoming. The sales associate Dori was outstanding. She was attentive and very helpful in choosing just the right gift for beautiful wife for Mother’s Day and our Anniversary. As always we were pleasantly greeted upon entering and found ourselves amongst many familiar faces ready to assist! We had come to take advantage of Koerber's free cleaning service on all my fiancés jewelry we have purchased from there! Also one of her earrings had been losing its back regularly and they were able to fix it on the spot to ensure the back won't come off again unless taken off! While browsing waiting for the repair and cleaning we of course found another lovely ring for her and made the purchase making my fiancé very happy as always!
