They know their stuff, can fix any problem, and are always personable. Chris went so far as to leave a message with my boss (whom they knew quite well), when he saw a fish he thought I would really like. He wasn't wrong.

There are two pond specific stores in greater Louisville, this one and another across the river. Let me tell you this, this place does not sell fish that they think will die. Excellent place with professional staff that will not tell you what is right not what will generate more sales. I’m very satisfied!

My first experience there was good. The guy was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to my questions, answered me thoughtfully and made suggestions, being that I was new to keeping a pond. The second visit, I got a different guy and he was incredibly rude. He was trying to anticipate my questions and was quite dismissive when I tried to ask. I finally actually interrupted him loudly (probably loud enough for his co-workers to hear), as he mansplained to me the fifth time, cutting me off halfway through my question, "If you would let me finish my question..." At that point, he was very curt and I just kind of left.

Terry helped us choose equipment and design for our pond over 20 years ago and we've been going to them every since. The advice and expertise Terry & Mike have are priceless for a great pond - I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I was. referred to Economy aquatic Gardens buy three of my customers. They said they were easy to work with and I saw the final results at their homes I called them and set an appointment, Issaac showed up when he said he would ! I told him the ideas I had and he said he understood and would get me a price within the next two weeks The following week they called and gave me a very reasonable price and I said let’s go with it . He said he would be there within three weeks two weeks later Issaac showed back up and went to work when he was finish my wife and I were in Amazement it was exactly what we pictured no I take that back it was better than we ever dreamed I own Retail A retail flooring store Carrell Rogers Carpet One And I realize how important underpromising and over delivering is. Isaac Is amazing And everyone at Economy Gardens Are great to work with when you go into the show room.They have turned our backyard into a paradise that we dreamed of with our Cuoi pond thanks again to all of you

Amazing selection of everything you could need plus the chlorine/ammonia remover is super concentrated and with our Louisville water it’s the only place I’ll ever buy it

I am amending my previous review. After working with the company, all issues have been resolved. Most of the problems were due to miscommunication. They were quick to work with me and were very professional.

We had a wonderful experience! Our pond needed work and the crew that came out did a great job of repairing it and making it look even better than how it was before. Highly recommend!

These wonderful guys have advised me for 19 years now ( I think). They have become my friends! Trust is the issue with raising Koi. Terry, Mike and Chris are the best Luv ya guys!

Great customer service. They came to my house, drained my pond and held my fish while I had work done on my house. I couldn't be more grateful for their help.

The employees were super helpful! They definitely knew what they were talking about when it came to fish and we found exactly what we needed there. From asking questions on the phone before our visit to actually being there in the shop, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Very helpful staff, good variety of products available. They also build ponds! After working with them and my design, they built it even more beautiful than I even imagined it would be!
