They cut the size of their frozen dough pucks in half and charge the same price. I used to buy these regularly, but not anymore. Shrinkflation at its worst!

PTY is a wonderful coffee shop that has delicious baked goods, especially their chocolate chip cookies. This location was in the Nulu area and had a good amount of street parking. We enjoyed our drinks. We ordered the Honey Boi. If you enjoy a hipster feel coffee shop that has great music, plenty of plants, and a record machine, this place is for you. Make sure to grab a cookie or a dozen.

Beautiful place, delicious coffee. It’s my kind of coffee shop. Cozy, really good drinks, jukebox music, lots of options. I got the butterscotch latte with oat milk and it was delicious! I got it at half sweetness and it was great but if I had it with the original recipe, it wouldn’t have been too sweet either. I just love this place! Now one of my favorites in town. The “best cookie in Kentucky” is a bold promise and I don’t think it was but it was still really good haha. But overall, wonderful place and highly recommend!

The cookies are really good! I had chocolate chip. My friend and his son liked the cookies as well. We ordered a latte, hot chocolate, and a hot apple cider. I’ll definitely be back soon. Planning to try some other cookies next time!

Beautiful space with lots of plants, comfortable seating, kind staff, and good coffee. It really is the best chocolate chip cookie, too! 🍪 😋

Kind of a 70s hippie vibe going on. I like it period period unlike all of I like all the plants and the atmosphere of the building. The people are nthey've got a jukebox. I'm pretty sure it's free. It's got a funky mix of different types of music ive definitely never heard before. I've got some good. Snack selections to me were a little limited but what we did get was good. The coffee is strong and I like that. And one last thing, the restroom was nice. Very clean and I know I'm a male. And it doesn't matter to me. But they had feminine products available in the bathroom. Which to me was very thoughtful.

Butterscotch coffee was spectacular. The zucchini bread was tasty but a little dry. The other treat heck forgot the name of it was good as well think it had chocolate bourbon and nuts loved it. The place looks cool inside and has seating outside as well. Inside the seating was a little too close together for me. Bathroom was squeaky clean. Nothing to complain about really and coffee was great so were the baristas and customers five stars.

This is a coffee shop like no other. The staff are personable, intelligent and have become so special to me. They make the best coffee drinks in the city and they do this consistently. There’s virtually zero turnover so you can expect the same perfect drink every time. Oh, and yeah, there’s the best chocolate chip cookie 🍪 you’ve ever had. Only 250 calories! There’s always a savory choice, too. And a great special iced tea blend called the Laura Palmer. There’s a very chill vibe with cool music, but it’s the quality product, amazing staff and excellent service that will change your “coffee experience life”.

OMG, the cookies are amazing. And the black Americano was maybe there best I've had.

The iced coffee and chocolate chip cookie are to DIE for. So so good. A must visit in Louisville. Nestled in the cute neighborhood of Crescent Hill to top it off.

Man, a large 20 oz pour of damn fine coffee and some of the most amazing chocolate chip cookies that can be found in Louisville. What more could you ask for? I'm at the takeout window at least once a week for a fix of Please & Thank You joe for the morning and a cookie for later that afternoon. I know P&TY offers a bunch of other tasty beverages and treats, but I'm usually just here for my black coffee and coffee. And it's amazing each and every time.

Cozy coffee shop. They do espresso and drip coffee along with some baked goods. It currently smells amazing. Seating is a little limited but they have plenty of outlets. They have 7 high chairs and 5 two person tables. Though you might be able to squeeze 4 at a table thanks to the booths. I’d definitely come here again!

What a fantastic place. Service was outstanding! The peanut butter cream pie cookies are delicious! One of the top places we stopped on our vacation.

The atmosphere and service was great but the latte I got was extremely bitter and sour. I put 6 packs of stevia and still couldn’t bring myself to drink more than half the cup. Really should be 3 stars but hopefully steps are taken to get their grounds, temps and equipment where it should be.

I bought cookies and an espresso drink. I think it was the honey boy. The drink was good. The music inside was loud. I liked it but it was hard to have a conversation at times. The cookies are solid. Good buy highly recommend.

5/5 stars for the coffee and for the vibes. I'd give the cookies 3/5 stars. Don't really get the hype and don't agree with the title of best cookie in Kentucky at all. They're good, but honestly a place like Crumbl is better and they're not even my favorite. Again, coffee is great and well-priced, just don't expect much from the cookies.

Please and Thank You never disappoints. The Laura Palmer was great and they have the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten. Definitely recommend!

I do really enjoy the coffee a lot and the brownie was yummy. The location and inside inside building is beautiful. But not the ideally for group chat because it seem ideally for a student or single person to work in there. But I will check other locations for group chat.

You will never find a better Chocolate Chip Cookie, or Oatmeal Cream Pie. I gave one to an atheist friend once, and it was so good that he said "There is no way that the world can be chaos with something such a divine thing in existence." After that he became a priest and a baker. UPDATE: THEY NOW HAVE A PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE THAT WAS SO GOOD I USED IT TO BRIBE A POLITICIAN

I've never been told I had to leave a place 20 minutes before the closing time. Normally you get some leeway, but the Barista's day was evidently much more important than the meeting I was in.

Please and Thank You has the best chocolate chip cookies in Louisville. No one does it better! The enormous cookie smells and tastes like it is homemade, and the coffee is a great way to wake up. If you have not been here, you are missing what makes Louisville a great city.
