My granddaughter had a great time here today. I thought Friday might be crowded, but there were only about a dozen people. We were there from 10:30-2:00. The place was really quiet around 1 unless they were upstairs. There was one family coming in when we were leaving too. She was bouncing back & forth from Bubbles to water table to scarves tube. I'm sure we could of stayed another hour & not been bored. There's so many different things for kids of various ages to do here. Plus I saw a couple adults having fun as well as I was. The staff was very friendly & helpful. One lady was great with the kids showing them the Madagascar Hissing Roach & telling us about them. She got one out for them to pet. Also staff showed us a little more about the kinetic ball some interesting things to do. She sat there & turned it for awhile to show us how the 4 metal balls trigger the big ball on outside machine. My granddaughter was wondering what that bigger ball was on top for. Kudos to this lady. Sorry I didn't get her name. Thanks to the wonderful, friendly, helpful staff for making this trip awesome.

Lovely staff that always greets you with a smile at the door. They offer a small hallway for stroller parking and a place to hang your coats. Everything is very clean. Bathrooms are very clean. Exhibits are cleaned regularly. Parking is located along the city streets and they do require you to pay the meter. I have never had to park more than a block away. Such a nice place to visit with my 2yr old twins. It has two levels so I usually take a friend with me in case my girls decide to split up and explore. They have a really nice baby and toddler area. It has a gate so you can let your toddler run around without having to chase them everywhere. The toddler area has a small slide, climbing area and many other age appropriate activities. Downstairs also has a water play area and a bubble experiment area that are my twin’s favorites. Upstairs has live fish, lizards, roaches and ants. All of which are very interesting to my girls. Before we head home we always take a look at the small gift shop located at the front of the Wonderlab. I have enjoyed being a member and visiting about once a month.

This is a great museum for kids of all ages. My kids, (2yrs-13yrs) enjoyed the Wonderlab Museum. We stayed for a few hours & they had a great time. We enjoyed all the activities that they had. They especially loved the bed of nails & the water station. They also participated in a coding program upstairs & they enjoyed that. Wonderlab may be small but it's worth a visit.

My family recently took our 2.5 year old grandson. 4 adults, one very energetic boy. We drove for almost an hour. It was worth every minute in the car and every penny we paid! I honestly do not know who had more fun, the child, his parents, or the grandparents. 100% recommend. Plan to stay for at least 2 hours. We were there for 2.5 hours and really could have remained for another hour. There is an outdoor garden we didn't get to. We will be going again.

My almost 3 year old had a blast at Wonderlab. Even if the science was over his head at this point, the amount of hands on things to do kept him immersed for hours. My husband and I both felt like it had interesting things for all ages - even in our 30s we found fun things to do. Very thoughtful, educational, and fun place.

Highly recommend WonderLab if you have young kids. So many educational activities that will keep your little ones busy for hours. Parking may be limited; we parked on the street.

I took my sister and she seemed to have a blast! I even got to join in some of the fun! Price was okay, and some of the exhibits were even still there from when I was little. Staff was kind and helpful. I also appreciate having days strictly for masks.

I appreciate Wonderlab's workers. The ladies that were very approachable talked with my kids for quite some time. Educating them about the salt water life. My kids were so intrigued. I almost felt like my kids overstayed their welcome but the ladies did not make them feel like that. They were patient, attentive, and answered my kid's thousands of questions lol We enjoyed all the different activities. Clean, very hands on place and welcoming.

Our family loves Wonderlab! We just moved to Bloomington and bought membership after our first visit. This is a fantastic place to explore as a family, but also to give my 4 year old a chance to stretch her legs and exercise a little independence in a safe and enriching environment. The staff are excellent - enthusiastic and helpful, and they made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door. The variety of exhibits ranges from physical challenges (the “climbing nest” is my daughter’s favorite installation) to engaging exhibits that demonstrate scientific principles through play. The garden attached to the building is lovely too, and we have often stopped by to participate in free science demos while taking a break from a bike ride on the B line. Overall, this is a great place for kids to learn, play, and even socialize. The only real recommendation I have is to double check their hours as they do change a bit in summer. If you’re not sure just give them a call, and someone is always happy to help on the other end.

The stations, events, and staff are fantastic! My daughter and I recently attended the partial solar eclipse block party and have previously enjoyed Wonderlab on two other occasions as well. It never disappoints! The drive is scenic, the location is prime, and we always love the atmosphere and the variety of activities. Truly a place for curious young minds and eager learning kids of all ages! We will definitely be back for the total eclipse event in April! Thanks for all you do!

On entering was a bit underwhelmed but actually couldn’t get our 9 year old out at closing time. Spent over 3 hours here, enjoyed the short shows and fun exhibits. Fun for adults too. Great value imo.

My 10 year old had a blast and my 3 year old cried when it was time to leave, that was a first for us. We will definitely be back.

The family attended a birthday party here and it did not disappoint. 2 floors of awesome activities, creatures, and inventions. I particularly enjoyed the floor piano and bed of nails. It's walking distance to a parking garage and great food as well! Free parking on Sundays!

so much nostalgia coming here again!!!! we used to spend so many hours at wonderlab when my teenagers were little. they had fun seeing all the familiar exhibits and noticing what has changed since they were little. We had a membership at wonderlab for probably 10 to 12 years. We love it!!! ASTC museums have reciprocal membership and it was so fantastic to be able to visit museums for free all over the country when we travel. such a nice pit stop on a long road trip! the museum of science and industry in Chicago and the boonshoft in Ohio were our favorites. anyway. we recently purchased a museum travel membership from a reciprocal ASTC museum which works at wonderlab and all science museums worldwide, but also at art museums like Newfields in Indianapolis. We were able to visit the museum of math in NYC and loved it!

We visited from out of town with our 5 yr old grandson who lives in Bloomington and LOVES WonderLab. It's a great place to explore and experience science and have fun for children of all ages, even for my 74 yr old self. One visit is not enough as they add new things and rotate displays.

Great place to bring kids from toddlers to 10/11 year olds. They really cram a lot of fun stuff into this space. Hands on stuff all over, and some snakes/lizards/insects kept in the upper level.

We always have an enjoyable experience here! Lots of genuine fun AND educational too! My child requests to visit again, whenever we drive or ride past the building. Love the people we meet, including the staff/associates. Thank you all and Happy 2023!
