Seems
to
be
a
recurring
event
no
matter
what
chick
fil
a
I
go
to
here
in
Tennessee,
but
this
visit
was
especially
bad.
Ordered
a
number
1
and
waited
10
minutes
before
saying
anything.
Asked
a
manager
about
the
order
and
he
asked
my
name.
My
wife
scanned
her
app
so
I
said
her
name
but
had
told
the
girl
my
name
originally.
He
comes
back
and
asked
if
it
was
under
my
name
and
I
say
sure.
He
walks
away
and
decides
to
no
longer
help
me.
A
team
member
comes
up
after
about
two
more
minutes
and
asks
if
I
was
being
helped
and
I
said
I
wasn’t
sure
but
I
was
just
waiting
on
a
single
number
one
meal
for
me
wife.
She
immediately
went
and
bagged
my
order
and
got
it
to
me
(good
on
here
for
knowing
how
to
get
a
job
done).
We
ordered
at
2:23
and
got
our
meal
at
2:36.
It
was
busy
at
the
time,
but
this
was
just
not
acceptable.
I
worked
for
cfa
for
10
years
and
I
know
what
it’s
like.
The
operator
at
this
store
should
be
more
involved
here
and
it’s
really
unacceptable.
I
will
not
test
this
business
for
some
time
after
this
visit.
