    I had never had a bad experience with Chick Fil A, up until a couple weeks ago. I purchased a large order, including 4 orders of 4 pc chicken strips which I had never had. Everything was great except the strips, which were cold and stale. I called and spoke to a manager, who assured me he had put me in the system for the strips to be replaced. Well when I went a week later, I discovered he had put it in the system wrong and they could only replace one order. I was told that the food was expensive, so they couldn't just give it away, yes the shiftanager said that!!! I called customer service, and was told they were contacting the store and the issue would be resolved. Well, I finally received an email from the store, which was just a basic email, no offer to replace the food as I was told. I will never eat at this store again. Management was rude and condescending. Definitely the worst experience I have had ant any restaurant in years. If you have an issue, good luck getting anything but rude comments and a bad attitude from the management at this location.

    Found a nugget completely black on the inside of it. They offered to remade our order but we didn’t want to eat any more because we lost our appetite. So they gave us two cards and I assumed it for was for our meals because we lost our appetite so we threw away our food. Then I go in and looked down my card and it was just for one chicken sandwich or nuggets. So I explained the situation and refused to give us a whole. Then they got the manager and she said no just. They kept my my card and I left. They also tried to say I’m racist because they asked what was the description of the person that gave me the card. They stood there and stared at me speechless. when I saw the person who gave us the card. it was a black male. They were acting like being black was being bad.

    We ordered inside the store a #7, a bacon egg and cheese MUFFIN, they served us bacon biscuit(casheirs make mistakes i get it), i drove back and respectfully brought it to their attention, and payed the difference for a proper sandwich, but they gave me egg and cheese in a bowl. I get that every dollar is important for business but this is a slap in the face from the manager. 2/7/23 9:45

    I have been to this restaurant 2 times in the last 3 weeks. Both times it was the slowest chick fil a I have ever been to. Not only was it slow, but after getting home I discovered my 12 count nugget actually was a 9 piece nugget. All of this after I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru before going inside to order and waited another 15 minutes for the food.The workers inside were more interested in talking to each other than getting the orders out. Will continue to eat at Chick-fil-A, but not this one. Never again!

    Seems to be a recurring event no matter what chick fil a I go to here in Tennessee, but this visit was especially bad. Ordered a number 1 and waited 10 minutes before saying anything. Asked a manager about the order and he asked my name. My wife scanned her app so I said her name but had told the girl my name originally. He comes back and asked if it was under my name and I say sure. He walks away and decides to no longer help me. A team member comes up after about two more minutes and asks if I was being helped and I said I wasn’t sure but I was just waiting on a single number one meal for me wife. She immediately went and bagged my order and got it to me (good on here for knowing how to get a job done). We ordered at 2:23 and got our meal at 2:36. It was busy at the time, but this was just not acceptable. I worked for cfa for 10 years and I know what it’s like. The operator at this store should be more involved here and it’s really unacceptable. I will not test this business for some time after this visit. Sincerely,

    Horrible! Food was cold, fries stale, bread soggy. We waited wayyy tooo long for just two meals. 411 chick fil a is cleaner, quicker and the food always is hot and fresh. Quite disappointed that I had to pay for that food.

    I waited and waited. But he was too busy to help. I was the only person in line. Then I said out loud that this store is going to get a bad review. Suddenly he became available. This isn't the person for the front register. He's too busy walking back and forth.

    Arrived at 10:13 sat in drive thru until 10:32. Once to the order kiosk we were informed they stopped breakfast. Thanks for making my family wait for nothing.

    Great customer service. India took our order in drive thru. Very kind and knowledgeable about the products. She is one of the most pleasant people we have encountered in customer service in quite awhile and was very helpful.

    Really appreciate this cfa. They stay busy but they manage that pretty well. My favorite part of this cfa is the play place! Please never take it away! I would say I'd like to see it cleaned more regularly and thoroughly but I am grateful it's there. My little one loves it.

    Never any complaints. Food is always great. If there is any issue, which is very rare, they do not hesitate to make it right. More places should take notes on how CFA provides outstanding customer service!

    Food was decent. Not the greatest. But it was good enough to eat and the fries were fresh. My gripe is with the curbside pickup after the renovations that were just done. Whoever decided to move them to where they are should be fired. The establishment is busy certain times a day and where they are now relies on the kindness of people in the drive through line to let you back out. When there is a line you are stuck waiting FOREVER to back out. I’m not sure why they had to move them from where they were. At least then you were backing out into a non drive through lane. Also, I REALLY miss the buckets they used during covid so the person’s hands weren’t sunk down into your bags when they carry them out. And yes, dude had his fingers and half of his hand sunk inside the bags gripping them to carry them.

    Mobile order here is awful. They ALWAYS forget straws. The chicken today tasted like it was cooked in old oil and had a very distinct burnt taste. I have previously worked at Chick-fil-A and know what is expected and this location is not delivering.

    My husband went in today to get lunch while at work he had a very short amount of time. He ordered a spicy deluxe meal and when they brought it to him his order was wrong, the cashier never gave his receipt the gentle man who delivered his food argued with him that he ordered a regular spicy meal and would refund him and re ring his order for the correct one, he explained he didn’t have time for that and that the cashier didn’t ring him up correctly and didn’t give him his receipt. So needless to say my husband will not be going back to this location as the employees was rude when bringing his meal. Why would my husband lie about a sandwich with lettuce and tomato! Ridiculous

    Went to Alcoa location instead of Maryville location as it had a play area for the kids in our group. They had fun and we got to talk! Food great, as always, as was the service.

    My 2 year old son and I came in to get some lunch after I had been up all night with my wife and newborn in the hospital My son started throwing a fit and I took him outside while he cried. Adrianna noticed that we were having a hard time and even though she was busy, she brought him a book and a treat and totally changed his mood. She didn’t know what a hard time I was having outside of my toddler throwing a fit, but she made a huge impact on us by showing such kindness.

    This location stays busy. The line may be long but the friendly and knowledgeable staff help ease the wait. The food has always been exactly what I ordered, even if I make a complicated order. Definitely worth the wait!

    This was a different, but pleasant experience: we actually ordered in the drive through via the speaker instead of a person coming up to the vehicle, and we paid at the window; same with food pickup. It was busy, with two lanes, but we didn't have to wait long as everything move along smoothly. And need I mention how good the food was? Never disappointed at Chick-fil-a!

    We eat here 1 - 2 times a month and our order is wrong almost every time. They have a lot of young workers there in the evening who seem more about socializing with one another than serving their customers and are easily distracted from their task of getting the order right. Food is hot and tasty…just not what I ordered.

    Why has Chick-fil-A been so over crowded in recent months?? The parking lot has no parking for curbside or sit down & there drive thru line in Maryville doesn't move efficiently past 6pm!!! This may be because they do not have employees outside in each lane taking orders and payments during heavy traffic hours!! Get it flowing is my suggestion to the upper structures at this location!!! I'm sure your losing customers because I'm thinking of doing it myself & I'm there everyday buying bags of ice!! It's my weakness and it's a hard habit to drop but maybe it's time??!!! 😭

    I usually am very happy with the service but today was a different story. I waited for 30 minutes and had to leave without my food. I order ONE chicken biscuit but was told they had to fill an order of 150 even though they didn't order in advance. I was also not told this when I ordered. They told 10 minutes after ordering. I think that is very rude to fill an order that large before giving ONE biscuit. Also the people in the drive thru line didn't have to wait. I watched car after car go through the drive thru getting their biscuits. When I asked they told me their was nothing they could do. I had to leave without getting a refund or my food because I was late for work. No one should ever have to wait 30 minutes for one biscuit. This is really something you should work on.

    Food was not up to thier standards Cik nuggets were old not freash as they used to be fries luke warm The doctor pepper not taste like dr pepper. The last 3 times i went were not up to par. Will wait awhile b4 i go back.

    10-18-22 visit. Went through the drive through. Someone greated me at my window, took my order and was quite pleasant and attentive to my order. Pulled to the window where they verified my name. My beverage tasted like it didn't have any syrup in it which wasn't nessisarly the person fulfilling my orders fault. I also asked for 2 sauce packets which was listed on the pick ticket but were not in the bag. I was excited for dinner on my way home but between my drink being nasty and having to eat my fries and sandwich without sauce it completely killed my vibe for the night.

    First dine in since open dine in started. First impression, dirty! Tables. Seats. Floor. Behind the counter were at least 10 workers aka kids. Some of the girls posing the outdoor gear. Some of the boys talking personal chat. Completely disorganized. No napkins. No sauce as ordered. If I come back I'll stick to the drive thru. The dine in might be open but not ready for business. Lucky they received a 2 star.

    First off, service was not standard CFA service! My order was handed tot he car in front of me. This was an issue for several issues 1) it was an ice cream; so by the time I got it it was dripping. Wasn't until the discussed look on my face that it got remade. 2) all my food was handed to someone and placed in their car they went through it and then handed to me! 3) Ordered a 30 nugget tray; but it wasn't a tray... it's a box of nuggets!? This was for gathering so had I known I wasn't getting what I ordered I would have gotten a tray to set it out on. Not CFA style!

    I love Chick-fil-A and have eaten at many across the country in my travels. This one was a real disappointment. The drive thru is not efficient at all and my salad was disgusting. The lettuce was all wilted.
