The staff was so nice they help me keep out something delicious. I was very shook and pleased with my service! I would go back any time! Service was also very quick! The store smelt and looked clean! It is also sells some merchandise.

this place is my go to before work! My bf and i always get the sara colada, and right now i’m obsessed with the protein bowls. they are HUGE, you can top them with fresh fruit and a very good price. the people who work there are always so kind, and welcoming. def check this place out !

I’ve been coming here for over a year to get smoothies and protein bowls and it’s an amazing place to get them, unless you draw the short stick and get the girl who never makes them right. Everytime i get a protein bowl made by her it’s so bad i have to throw it away because of how watery she makes them. i would understand if it was a one or two time thing, however, this has been done about 8 times. that’s like $64 worth of protein bowls i have to throw away because she can’t make them right. everybody else is wonderful at making them except her.

Food....Their wrap and salad game is strong! Fresh, quality ingredients, and great portions. Smoothies and Juice...yes please. Go get a cbd infused one! Staff...friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Shanon is awesome. This is the kind of place I want to spend my hard earned money at. On top of all that, they have high quality CBD products. I will definitely be a more frequent customer.

finally stopped in to try this place and it has so much to offer! not only smoothies and juice but sandwiches and Boba tea- i tried the Creamsicle it was delicious! On top of that the lady working was so friendly and sweet! highly recommend 👌

Was looking for a healthy juice/smoothie choice in Alcoa and this is what popped up. Tried a large "Pink Lady" juice. It was really good. They seem to have a decent selection of choices.

Stopped by on a Monday morning to get some smoothies with my kiddos and brother... Such a GREAT spot. Friendly owner and employees, quality ingredients, and a great menu. Maryville needed this smoothie shop! We will be back soon. 🤗

So glad we have a place in town like this! Delicious smoothies that are made from FRESH ingredients right in front of you, super friendly staff that are very knowledgeable. Lots of extras in store to check out also😉 My son who is a picky eater actually likes these!

Love the owner she is the sweetest lady EVERRRR!! She has some really cute stuff in there and her CBD is great and works. The ONLY reason I'd rate a 4 star is cause they are expensive on everything or I'd definitely give it a 5 star. The largest drink is 7.99 and you can get a larger large at Starbucks for 5.76. If they could go down a little on prices I'd be in there everyday; seriously. With us just now coming out of a pandemic it's hard to afford the nice things in life..

Love their D8-infused smoothies and muffins. I've been to a lot of CBD places over the years, but this is the one that keeps bringing me back!

The Sara-colada is my go-to!! I always add strawberries to it. 🍓 And the twisted Tennessee is amazing too! The staff are always super friendly! I usually call my order in before I go to work and it’s ready by the time I’m there to pick it up! If you haven’t tried the smoothies you’re missing out! Cause they’re the BEST! Especially the Sara-colada with strawberries 🍓 🙌🏼☺️ I can’t wait to try a protein bowl and some of the juices!

********Edit Review****** I went back this morning and spoke with Sara (who was my first introduction to Twisted Sister) She deeply showed concern and remorse for the problem. She fixed everything and handled it very professional. She definitely kept a customer in me. Always double check what you purchase. Avid customer and never "checked" any of the products after purchase. However, makes me question the other products I've purchased in the past. Especially when the lady helping me proclaimed "I gave you extra" but indeed it was short. Am I worried truly about 0.3 short? No. However when you charge top dollar for your products it should at LEAST be what was advertised. After calling to inform them of their mistake, I was told, "you can bring it back, and we can "add to it" Well to be honest, that's an inconvenience as I live 30 minutes away, and I shouldn't have to come back as it should have been right in the first place. ESPECIALLY when it's a regular customer who spends weekly.

i left my purse here, which has all of my valuables… cried hysterically for hours bc they were closed when i realized. i called the next morning and someone had put it in the back for me. i love them sm for that. these are good people and hard workers. much love for the staff and im never disappointed with my drinks❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have visited this store quite often since I found it existed. Every single person I've come in contact in this store has been amazing. I always laugh a good belly laugh or two with them. EVERYONE MUST COME….I had finally found my favorite hair salon Supercuts. When I walked out…. I saw the smoothie store next door,…. what is this place? I still don’t have it all together yet. They have everything!!!! This was magnificent. I got a smoothie and asked for it to be chunky. They did it exactly as I asked, I am so thrilled. I bought crystals that are so pure and so full of energy that I feel vibrations. I bought a chakra necklace and a tie dye holder for the small hand sanitizer that will fit on your keys. If you want to feel like you’re back on Shakedown Street and someone’s chopping up fruit next, someone selling samosas. I’m going there all the time. Thank you twisted sisters for making me feel like I I’m home….. today was such a great day. Thank you again
