👍👍 A new place with the best breakfasts and coffee. My husband and I came for an early breakfast. Coop Layday is very cozy. The menu includes all the main dishes for a good and healthy breakfast. We ordered avocado toast, crunchy syrniki, zucchini pancake with salmon, fresh orange juice and Batch Brew.... People often mention coffee, breakfast, great, pancakes, toast,

Beautiful indoors, they have a 2nd floor. Open early in the morning, perfect for breakfast before an early flight. Friendly staff. Good coffee but average food. Breakfast was cold (avocado toast was not toasted and the Hollandaise sauce for the Benedicts was cold too). Fast service. Credit cards accepted.

Me and my wife went there last week for breakfast. The coffee was great, but I was slightly disappointed with the food. My wife got the Avo toast, and I got the zucchini pancakes. Her avo toast was okay, nothing worth mentioning. However, my zucchini pancakes were very oily, and I could not finish them. My stomach can not deal with greasy foods, so I chose what I thought to be a healthy option, but it wasn't.

Had a brunch here, amazing place with delicious syrniki and scrambled eggs with truffles. Especially coffee was amazing especially with coco. Now this is our favorite brunch and breakfast place. Highly recommend it!

Superb, wish we'd found it sooner! Definitely the best brunch spot in Lisbon. Super chilled and laid back. Excellent quality of produce, and attentive staff members. Need I say more? Visit!

Co-op Layday is a great spot to get breakfast. We are here and had a quick bite to eat. They have an airy-vibe, minimalistic layout and simplified menu with a few egg dishes, a few bowls of granola and fruit, and pastry. They have a coffee and juice bar menu as well. We got the eggs Benedict and the shakshuka as well as a green mint smoothie and a latte. Service was super friendly, efficient and an overall positive experience!

DO NOT MISS. Top coffee spots in Lisbon that coffee enthusiasts should not miss. They offer both batch brew and V60 options with a daily selection of beans. Their breakfast menu is outstanding, and the syrniky and courgette pancakes were a delightful choice.

This is one of my favorite places on Lisbon rn for breakfast. My favorites are scramble egg with truffle and crunchy cheese crumble and syrniki. The scrambled egg is just out of my mind, I don’t know how is it possible to make such delicious meal. Matcha latte and cappucino are also great. You might wanna try orange French toast, also good. Staff is very friendly and you can bring dogs here. And they always will bring them water without asking. The vibe and the style of this place is great as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the croissant.

My friend recommended this place, so we gave it a try) We ordered zucchini pancakes with salmon, latte and double cappuccino on oat milk — all was great and tasty! Want to come back and try something else 😄 So we came another day - and we tried syrniki - delicious! But there was another barista and coffee wasn’t good — very flat and I didn’t taste flavour of beans. Conclusion — the Russian barista girl was top. Food is recommended)

Mein Lieblingsort zum Frühstücken und brunchen! 🥰 einfach super lecker! Es gibt nicht so viel Platz, ist aber sehr gemütlich. Der Raf Koffee ist prima und Matcha Latte 😍 Die Bedienung ist seeehr freundlich. Alle lächeln und sind freundlich.

Cozy haven of a cafe in the middle of un-cozy touristy area that specialises in Eastern European comfort food breakfasts like syrniki (cottage cheese dumplings) or zucchini pancakes with salmon. Great coffee, pleasant ambiance. Gets super busy for weekend brunch so best to go off-hours or weekdays.

Another great Tik Tok find! This was a fun spot in Barrio Alto in the touristic center of Lisbon. The food was healthy and bright, great to start a full day of sightseeing. The service was so friendly, and incredibly multilingual (French, Italian, Spanish, English). Pictured below is their interesting take on avocado toast, with edamame and marinated cucumbers. The interior is also adorable, reminds me of something on a beach in Santa Monica or LA. Definitely get here early, we waited about 15 mins for a table at 11h but by the time we left, wait times were up to 40 mins.

the coffee was okay. i really wanted to enjoy my meal and came for the courgette pancakes as the reviews were positive! but the texture of the pancakes was not for me! too soggy. great idea but poor execution, maybe you’ll like it though! i sat at a low table as it was just me , which is completely understandable but not enjoyable. the other girls behind me at a low table complained.
