We had a wonderful evening drinking cocktails and conversing with Sintra's best bartender, Pedro. Smoothest Old Fashioned, and the Black Bulleit (though he ran out of Bulleit and made it with 4 Roses instead) was stellar as a fruity drink. The massive thunderstorm only added ambiance to the life in that bar. He told us that his B-I-L opened the original one in Lisbon so we plan to pay a visit there.
