We were there after all that rain and there was a lot of water. The waterfalls were full. Apart from walking up and down quite a lot of steps, we didn't find any difficulty. We felt it was very safe as the path was made properly and maintained.

Great natural beauty day trip. . . A little out of the way but worthwhile

Very nice place to enjoy Nature. The river beach has plenty of space and the trees around provide several shadows where one can be protected from the sun. There is a small coffee place on the beach as well as bathrooms with showers. Besides there is also a nice walkway with good views, that leads to several waterfalls where it is also possible to take a bath. The place would be even more beautiful if the fires had not damaged so much the surrounding.

Crazy construction. I remember a wooden sign there: prezerva natureza. Well thats history. The track from the riverbeach, in wood, viewpoints destroyed, overloaded with people. Maybe good for tourism income but the beach lost its cosy atmosphere.

Beautiful place to spend a day. Shallow water is safe for children and non swimmers. Cafe serving food and drink.

Easy and beautiful. You can do it even with kids. Around ten minutes walk that end up in a small waterfall.

Glorious views worth more time

Beautiful lagoons beneath waterfalls.

It's a nice place to swim and relax, there's a waterfall in one of the natural pools, but there's just too many people going in at once. It's difficult to find a quiet open place and people end up being crammed together.
