The best gym in Lisbon and one of the best in Portugal. Attentive and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, and getting down to business in a gym... The equipment and machines are the best, you can train everything and anything else, the variety of machines that allow modifications is also top notch! There is no reason not to sign up!!

Excellent Gym. Family atmosphere, good machines, I can always do my training without interruptions. For me, it is the best gym in the Loures and Odivelas area.
