Excellent services and amenities. Location is great and walkable to the Bund and main city attractions. Some of the rooms have perfect view of the Bund and Pudong skyline. It’s a relatively new hotel and not many reviews are available online but definitely an underrated gem.

I had the best service ever in all my hotel stays. The manager and 3 staff were waiting for us outside the hotel when we arrive, take us directly to the rooms and the manager comes to say goodbye remembering our names and the purpose to visit. The only thing is to keep an eye on your Marriott statement because many Chinese hotel won't report the points unless you request again.

Had the pleasure to work with the Bulgari team during my last event at their restaurant venue on the 47th floor, and was welcomed by the General Manager, Vincent Billiard and his team. Vincent went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied every step of the way. I highly recommend this venue for corporate events, or just a weekend getaway to visit Shanghai. It is breathtaking. As well I would love to extend my deepest gratitude to Karen, the hands on Event Coordinator, Johnny the Bar Manager, and Michelle the front desk hostess who made this a more than pleasant experience.
