This is the first place we stayed since we came back to China from Hongqiao Airport. Highly recommend for stay to adjust to the jet legs. Service was great and friendly. Room was clean. It takes some time to walk to the subway if you prefer public transportation. Will stay again in future.

Conveniently located just 15 minutes away from Hongqiao airport. Hotel is modern, rooms are spacious, and service is excellent. Nice comfortable beds, good shower water pressure, everything you need for a nice stay. AC in the room could have been better. There isn't a subway station nearby but taxis are easy to get. All in all a great stay.

I like to mention customer service, Been served by duty manager Tom, His customer service was excellent, Wish I have person like Tom in my team. Very kind and calm. I wish him a good luck. Great service Tom.

Very huge hotel, location is a bit far from shanghai city Center, around 12km to The Bund. Room is very big, convenience, breakfast is good but the staff speaking english is barrier

Great service by the guest service manager and executive lounge staff, but very poor service at check-out: took more than 15 minutes, and many staff members around doing nothing.... Disappointed

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night in March 2023. The Restaurant closed Directly in Front of us and we were told that we cannot get anything to drink or eat. Room service was only available with WeChat (what is not common in Europe) so we were not able to have dinner. The room was big but unfortunately there was a very bad smell inside the room as if someone smoked inside before. Therefore, all in all I was not happy.

Not what it used to be, expensive! Come to Shanghai for almost 10 years now, somewhat regular on business. Stayed at this Hilton quite frequently in the past. Rooms OK, could be cleaner here and there. English speaking staff rare these days. Training level poor. Eagerness doesn't quite make up for it. Breakfast in Executive lounge OK. Miss the freshly, hand drawn noodles! Evening food plain bad! Worst was breakfast leftovers (eggs sunny side up and breakfast sausage boiled in soy sauce, gross!) Room rate too high. But worst is charging a deposit of 150% of total cost of stay up front. I am not Hilton's bank.

A wonderful hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Whilst not in the most convenient of locations; it is about a 20 minute walk to the metro (line 10) which will take you straight into the city centre. There are not many supermarkets, restaurants, or shops nearby so you can be limited to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed comfortable. Lots of facilities available to guests; with a good sized pool, spa, and several restaurants including a buffet. A good choice for the area.

Excellent hotel especially when you are not familiar with local culture. Employees are very kind and help a lot. One of them helped me about taxi driver trying to over-invoive. I could buy stamps, use the fitness room. The restaurant is very nice with a Latin america corner and the chief is funny.

Hotel comfortable, but they should improve the cleaning. I've asked to change of the room, because first one was not sufficiently cleaned and a few appliances didn't work. 2nd room, more comfortable, but the same issue with cleaness of the bathroom. High variety of different dishes for breakfast.

The rooms were large, clean and modern and impossible to fault. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible with virtually anything you can think of. There are three faults.... 1) Wi-Fi didn't work and 2) location is a 25 minute taxi from the Bund, 3) my colleague had a non smoking room which smelt of smoke.

Loved my stay here! spacious and beautiful rooms with good layout and very modern feel. Service was great too! The restaurant has buffet breakfast and dinner options and I loved the food here. Their sue chef Ganesh makes amazing Indian dishes too and he was so very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make my dining experience great! I am definitely staying here again! The buffet has chinese, Indian and continental varieties with cappuccino and drinks included.

The hotel is located close by the airport and train station where you see more foreigners around. Friendly staff with reasonable English speaking compared with the rest of the city( that’s very strange considering such a mega city, its was really a challenge to move around) room was nicely clean and spacious. Breakfast was great offer considering and F&B team was great! Highly recommend!

Excellent value! Rooms are large and spacious, been here twice, staying for a combined total of 12 nights. Amenities are well-maintained and service is quick and friendly. Only peeve would be the in-room carpet felt a bit dirty, otherwise everything was great!

Nice hotel. All the options for breakfast; europeian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese of course. Rooms very large and nice beds. A bit on the hard side, but if that is what you fancy, it is your thing. Check in an check out service swift and to the point, no delays. Overall a nice place to stay with your colleagues, friends and family.
