Rooms were decent, needs a little updating. TV in living room only got 4 stations but TV in bedroom got them all. Lights were very dim, bathroom door handle was loose. I requested a playpen when I made the reservation and I appreciate that they had a brand new one out of the box they handed me, but I had to assemble the feet and there wasn't a sheet for it. For reference of the picture my baby is 7 months old, so it wasn't a full size playpen. Breakfast starts at 6:30 which was perfect, but they only had out some items. As we were eating they were bringing more out. So really everything was probably done by 7am. Beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Staff was nice.

This disgusting hotel does not deserve the Marriott name. We booked a suite with a sleeper sofa to accommodate a 5th person. Upon arrival, we literally pulled out the bed to discover a brown stained mattress with zero bedding. Tried to call down for a replacement mattress to discover the room phone to the front desk did not work. Had to go down to the lobby to get our bedding and sadly no replacement mattress was available so one of us had to sleep on a towel covered brown stain! We also found the carpet was not vacuumed because we literally found 2 sharp screws, 2 bolts, a broken drill bit and a staple on the carpet. Thankfully nobody cut their feet on the sharp objects. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel along I-75.

The hotel was nice. The service was nice. However my kids got a bad reaction from the high chlorine in the pool. My one daughter still after 3 days is covered in red pumps and is in pain. The chlorine was so high that within an hour it completely changed the color of both of my daughters bathing suits. I told hotel staff 3 different times yet the pool remained opened the entire time. There was no offer of reimbursement for my kids suits or hotel stay. My kids were crying in pain the entire day afterwards. 😢

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. This hotel has roaches and the employees are aware of the problem. During my second night at 12:30AM a roach crawled across my bed. I went downstairs to let the hotel staff know and the lady at the front desk said "we have a bug problem". The lady had no name tag or uniform on. I asked if I could change rooms and she said they didn't have any other rooms available. I asked her for the managers information and she was only able to provide an email address. I emailed the manager and received no response. I also saw one in the lobby area and near the ice machine.

The hotel smelled like pot for starters. Yeah, great impression for my kids! The pullout mattress has some seriously gross stains. The coffee pot in the room was FULL OF MOLD! Not just a little bit, but clearly hasn’t been checked in a month. The front desk staff just sets a sign out and hides in the back. Breakfast was subpar and not what you are thinking based on the description. And the best part - the indoor pool that is advertised, ummm totally drained and closed. So they know that you are booking based on an indoor pool, but they know they have it drained. False advertising much????

Horrible horrible hotel!! Stay away. Room was not serviced as requested. Power went out for hours during our stay, no rush to repair it. Fire alarm went off at 3am everyone had to head out to the parking lot. Continental breakfast was inedible. AC unit when it did work was very loud, bathroom door was so loud opening and closing you couldn't use it without disturbing your significant other. No apology, refund or any other communication from poor management.

Within an hour of checking in the hotel lost power. No heat, no elevator, no hot water. Tish at the front dest refused to confirm a refund if I checked out. Checked out anyway. They couldn't have provided poorer service if they tried. I'm a Bonvoy member and my wife is Titanium Elite. What a joke of an operation. Oh, the hotel is undergoing a renovation so the place was a mess.

Just checked in. Surprised this nice of a place only 107 bucks. Just stayed at a Microtel by Wyndham in South Carolina that was 147 bucks and no where near as nice. I wish the government would regulate these hotels more because it makes absolutely no sense in the pricing. I once stayed in a horrible hotel that charged over 180 bucks and then another mediocre one that was 400 bucks. They should make a government organization that gives the hotel a ranking and then set price ranges they allowed to charge.

UPDATE: ROOM 320 I was traveling again and stayed here for the second time. This time, I stayed on the weekend. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The shower was nice and hot with great pressure. The breakfast bar was super stocked with good-tasting food. The woman who was working was very friendly and constantly moving; making sure the tables were cleaned off, the floors swept and the food refreshed. She was constantly wiping something down. This location will definitely be my 'go-to' hotel whenever I find myself traveling through Atlanta! Very nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Front desk person was super friendly and accommodating. The room and the hotel have recently been updated and it all looks really nice. The only issue I had is the water pressure in the shower was awful. After a long day of traveling, a nice hot shower with good pressure would have been ideal.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean, which is always important to me! Breakfast was great, and the attendant kept things refreshed. The staff that we interacted with were all very nice.

My daughter has to come to this area weekly to complete her clinical hours while attend Emory getting her Nurse Practitioner license and Masters in Nursing. We have visited the tree Marriott choices in the area and this is the one she likes the best but our stay is becoming more and more difficult. I am a Platinum member, very close to Titanium and that is why we are choosing to stay at a Marriott resort and location is important for travel. Every time I come, I have to ask for an upgrade when I thought it would just be offered based on my status. This week I asked for extended stay and they told me I can only stay til 2pm when Platinum clearly says 4pm. Front desk says they don't have the availability. We have over thirty more nights in this area, as we travel from Nashville weekly and the last thing I want is confrontation with our hotel stay. The room we stay in is important because of how often we stay and sometimes the length that we stay. Extended stay is important, because she does not get off from work with her clinicals til 4:30pm and I work virtual while I wait for her to get off, then we hit the road to Nashville. She loves this hotel, I just wished we got better front desk help during our stays. We have already been here for over 15 - 20 stays.

Shana and joush were very welcoming and accommodating! The hotel was clean and the lobby furniture and decor was inline with my expectation. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. As a titanium elite member, they definitely provided a lasting impression!

This location is a construction site. The hotel is not finished and should not be open for business. Fire alarm runs multiple times a day and at 0043am ... Contractors are working all over and the smell of fresh paint is in every room. I spent two nights complaining to the local manager that offered apologies but not solutions. I called corporate Marriott and obtained a refund. The pictures on the website are misrepresenting the current status of this facility. Stay away for at least 3 months

The first room we had there were lil bugs on the table but the next room they gave us was ok. The staff was very nice and the breakfast menu was good

Friendly staff. Super clean and modern. The bed was perfection. Also, the breakfast was top tier. Well done!

Stopped for an overnight while traveling. Hotel is under construction so it’s not in the best shape, however that doesn’t excuse bugs. We were first placed in a room missing a mattress on the pull out sofa and no phone to call the front desk. We were moved to a room that had ants everywhere and a sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed and the exhaust fan running. The ants were more visible in the morning and our bags are in our car covered in ants.

Read reviews initially and did not realize hotel was recently rennovated. Hosted guest from various states and all enjoyed their accommodations and breakfast.

My room was infested with bed bugs. The place is being renovated the fumes are terrible the room is moldy in the ceiling and carpets. The carpet was soaked from rain coming in. The AC smells like an ash tray every time it turns on.

Please note that the building is being renovated and/or maintenance is going on all day. The indoor pool is not open but Marriott app or Web site doesn’t say anything about it. Booked a room for a soccer tournament and planned to use the heated indoor pool after the games. Guess I have to use the bathtub.

A wonderful experience: rooms are wonderful, sound resistant, clean, well supplied. Breakfast was great (turkey sausage). The staff beyond the hospitality of Abraham. The decor and maintenance of the lobby absolutely beautiful. Location is great, not to say anything about the restaurants being in walking distance, like LaParilla. Thank you for a wonderful experience, I pinned you to my friends a family 💖

The room was an average Fairfield room. The location was convenient to our destination and offered good dining options nearby. I cannot remember the young lady's name who checked me in but she was awesome; Polite, funny, and knowledgeable

The person behind the desk wasn't helpful kept walking away instead of helping me get checked in with my 91 year old dad. My brother booked the room with his points and she refused to acknowledge that he had done it so his dad could get some rest. Ended up cancelling the reservation and going else where after trying to get checked in for over 20 minutes.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We have been here all week and received no housekeeping. The bathroom floor was as sticky as a movie theater. There is dust everywhere. We tip the staff every day, and instead of them cleaning our room, the only thing they did was take the pillows out of our room for other guests. There is toothpaste and spit on the faucets that was not ours. Every day the front desk apologized and said a manager would reach out to us, and nothing ever happened. One morning we were all awakened by the fire alarm. There were so many complaints from other guests as well. The hotels excuse was that they are changing management. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Ive been to many hotels in my life and so far this was the worst one ive been to. When we left the room they didnt clean the room which we ask nicely for so we could have fresh sheets and fresh towels after a long day i was very disappointed and hope that they will improve that situation.

Would not be back. The staff was super rude and unfriendly. They were stingy with the towels and no one wanted to explain how the towel exchanged worked. Pick another hotel to stay in and save your money.

The room was extremely clean. Bathroom was meticulous as well. The mattress was more comfortable than the one at my house. The only problem was the TV remote barely worked. We finally gave up and used our phones for entertainment.

Hotel appeared very clean from lobby to our room. Beds were very comfortable. Wish I knew there pool was closed, we would have gone elsewhere. Only other slight issue was breakfast which appeared to be impacted by supply chain issues like everyone else but was adequate.

So far n.g. I have trouble walking so where's my room? At the end of the hall. Brilliant thinking - not! Asked for a tub to soak in after driving 3 hours before I go to my meeting. No good. I upgraded my review because of the kind & accommodating service I received. Room changed. 👍

Stayed 3 nights visiting family in the area. Hotel was easy to find and convenient to local businesses. The front desk person Michelle was very helpful and friendly and greated us with a smile. Jeffrey who we met in the breakfast area every morning was always working hard to make sure everything was available. He also was very friendly and accommodating if you needed something. I would definitely stay here a again.
