Katie (the owner) is hands down the best esthetician in Aspen! I live locally and refuse to get a facial elsewhere, or even when I travel! She curates every treatment to your needs. I get more compliments on my skin health i.e "your glowing" than anything else. I manage a luxury lodge in town and only refer my clients to West End Spa for services, and their feedback is always consistent with mine above.

I have been going to West End Med Spa from day one and it is surely the best! From the second you walk in the door, there is a calming effect and smiles embrace you. The owner, Katy Landers, does my facials and there are few people so knowledgeable about skin. She attends to every detail, selects a treatment compatible with her client's skin, and from there, she works magic. The last time I was there, my skin glowed and I looked younger. Yes, many people make claims to do anti-aging, but the West End Med Spa accomplishes!

Wonderful experience here. Jordan is great and my skin looks amazing after the treatment she recommended. Also, the place is very clean. Abigail is great at calling you back and goes out of her way when booking your appointment. I am thrilled with the results so far and will definitely be booking an appointment with Jordan again soon. WestEnd Med Spa is my favorite spa in Aspen! The spa is conveniently located and they stock amazing quality products! The spa offers a variety of services from skin care, lashes and body contouring to holistic services. Katie gave me the best facial I’ve ever had - Malle does amazing lashes and Katherine’s unique twist on reiki energy is beyond restorative. Something for everyone here!!!

Katie has simply put: changed my skin for the better. She is never one to sell you treatments you don't need or products you don't want. I went to West end Med spa to address my pigmentation concerns. I had an ipl and a micro Needling session along with a resurfix treatment. Jordan was fantastic, she was very thorough the results were really incredible and beyond what I had ever expected. She was very knowledgeable on skin and had a large variety of treatments to offer. I would highly recommend this med spa to anyone looking for a great team of highly trained skincare professionals.
