Aquatic therapy in the pool here is an amazing experience. It has been so helpful for my chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Gina is thoughtful, empathetic, and professional, and makes the pool experience safe, inclusive, and gentle. Water is such a healing space for me and having a professional guide the session made it easy for me to let go and release tension through my spine and pelvis and really address some root causes of my chronic pain. I was pleasantly surprised by the spiritual soothing I also experienced throughout and after the session too, not something I was even seeking out so it was pretty cool to feel. Aquatic therapy a very unique type of body work that I’d recommend to anybody for pain, mental health, or just to zen out and float in the most magical pool of all time. Its so special that this exists in Northern Colorado!!

If I hadn't found Matta, the amazingly kind and wonderful colonic hydrotherapist, I honestly don't think I would have survived my autoimmune illness. If you are having problems with constipation, or even if you just want a "clean start", I can't recommend her enough. The woman is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and has literally helped save my life.

Celeste is an absolute gem of a massage therapist! Her kindness and warmth create an inviting atmosphere, making every session a truly comforting experience. She's been a tremendous help with my soccer injuries, and her skill in understanding the body is remarkable. Each massage feels personalized, and I always leave feeling not just physically better, but genuinely cared for. Also, it's not only Celeste, it's anyone at Living Arts Wellness – tried another massage there, and it was fantastic too! Grateful for the care and expertise they bring. Highly recommend!

At an emotionally tense time, I was determined to get a massage on a last minute day off from work. I found an opening with Kat at Living Arts Wellness. She held such beautiful space for me and all my pent up emotions that I buried deep in my body. Her voice was so incredibly soothing too. You could tell before she said anything she was intentional with her volume and tone. It’s in a great old town location too with a parking lot so no needless parking anxiety :)

I went to see Celeste to help with hip pain and also scar tissue in my hand post surgery that needed to be massaged. I have been to many chiropractors regarding my hip and the treatments never worked but one session with her and it feels amazing ! The whole experience was calming and relaxing. She also recommended a red light laser to help my scar and promote healing …. It made a big difference. Celeste is a professional with extensive knowledge and many years experience and it shows in how I feel this evening . I highly recommend her practice !

Awesome experience here! Was just in Fort Collins for part of a day and these folks got me in with less than 30 minutes notice! I was dealing with a leg injury and they set me on a path to recovery. Very helpful for both the mind and body! Thanks again.

Beth Habig is a wonderful massage therapist! I have been going to her for three weeks for help with TMJ issues and it has made a significant difference in my range of motion and pain. I am on my feet a lot with work and today she did some reflexology work on my feet and I feel I’m walking on air!

Cat and Michelle are operating at the highest level. Amazing customer service, friendly, welcoming, and such a high level of skill and talent as massage therapists. I'd give 10 stars if I could -
