First let me say that the doctor's here are GREAT. We have been patients for five years. Every time we go in they are attentive, and kind. I always feel like we are listened to, and that our personal preferences are taken into consideration when choosing treatments/medications. HOWEVER, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. The past several times I have tried, I have run into hurdle after hurdle trying to get something booked. First, the online tool NEVER works. They are booked so far out, it just "says no appointments available" and you are forced to call. This is another hardship, because it typically takes multiple attempts and eons of time to get through to somebody in the clinic. For the past year and a half, every time I have FINALLY managed to get through to somebody and book an appointment, it's a minimum of three months out, sometimes more. The doctors, nurses, and admin staff who work at the clinic are wonderful, but it's extremely difficult to access them, in all aspects. I am not sure if this is due to lack of staffing, or just general mismanagement, but it's such a low spot for what is otherwise a great clinic.

Dr. Kevin Vance was awesome, he has a great bedside manner. We didn't wait long as you normally do at the Doctor's office. Our whole family of 6 goes to this practice. We've seen different Doctors & they are all awesome!!!! This is the place for your families health and wellness.

They take such good care of you at Thornton Primary Care! My wait time was a little bit longer today than usual, but once I got into the treatment room, the nurse was attentive and kind, and thoroughly took care of my issue. Then a doctor quickly came in to check on things, and I was out the door to go on with my day

Since you walk in, the front desk girls are amazing, they welcome you with a smile and positive attitude and same with the MA’s. All the staff is great even when they are short staff, and the Doctors are amazing. Dr Ochs is so kind, showing respect, compassion and empathy, she is the best!!! Brianne Hogue, excellent too, friendly, always with a smile and the best attitude ☺️

Dr. Tiffany Tesmer is one of the most compassionate, understanding people I’ve ever met. Her medical background is clearly one of her greatest assets. She treats her patients with all of the compassion needed to understand anything that is going on in their life. I never stress about talking to her about anything that I’m concerned about. I would refer her to anyone I know.

It has been hard to find a Doctor in today’s world for many reasons. Dr. Sanders I knew immediately that this was a doctor I wanted to work with. Dr. Sanders listens he does research and verified what he believes is the issue, I I am very impressed by his thoroughness his kindness and his compassion to help his patient. I am so glad for his service and I Am great full for everything he does for me, if your looking for a Doctor and want to hear from his patients point of view, look no further.

Dallas Bogner is super sexist and idiosyncratic. He tried to impulsively diagnose me with bipolar not even 5 minutes after meeting me. I then went on my own to be diagnosed correctly by another amazing organization with no help from my "primary" care doctor. He treated my partner who is a cis white male with respect and listened to his concerns but didn't have the same respect for me. Do not recommend

My visit went smooth. All my concerns were put at ease. Provider was very pleasant and concern about my well being. Thank U doc.

Highly recommended, they treated me very well, they answered me and listened, I recommend this health center, my doctor is very attentive, they gave me an interpreter so language is not an impediment
