This may be a one off, but I had several very undersized wings that were in my batch. The sauce is great but the wings are overdone and dry. It's busy for a reason so I will try again a different day. The freid Jalapeños were delicious and the price is nice for this restaurant. Improve selection and quality control on wings. Wings is the game here so hence my 2 star review.

Chicken wings were awesome. I liked the Honey BBQ best and hubby liked the Parmesan Garlic. The Sampler Platter was good, but beware, everything is fried. Long wait. We dined in on a Saturday night around 6:30 pm and we waited an hour for the food to get to us. Next time I'll order to go and eat it while watching a movie at home.

We order food for pick up on Saturday evening & ended up extremely disappointed in our order. When we called our order in, we were told it was a 1 hour wait.. We arrived 10 minutes before the hour mark & our food was ready however it was cold. I don’t understand why we had such a long wait time if our food was going to end up cold. Second, we order 40 wings, two different flavors & appetizers.. we specifically asked for carrots and celery, the employee informed as it came with the meal however we got a half bag of vegetables. If I ask for something & am informed it’s included, it best be included.. Third, since when is 2 ranch containers enough for 40 wings, fried zucchini, fried pickles & vegetables? Thank god we had ranch at home huh??? I am super disappointed in our meal that we spent $51 on this evening. This use to be one of our favorite restaurants however i don’t know what has happened to the quality, quantity & customer service at Jim’s Wings.

Once you have had Jim's wings you don't bother buying them anywhere else. They won't live up to Jim's wings. Every flavor is on point. If you like hot with flavor get a ghost pepper sauce and add it to your favorite wing. Get the to go sauce for when you want to make them at home cause you can't get to the shop. Best wings ever. Tell me I'm wrong and I will try them but they Jim's first.

We ordered food to dine in. Two large families came in and pushed all the tables together. They proceeded to have about 5 children running around the restaurant and yelling. We got our food and immediately took it to go. Food was good but would've probably been better there, not after a 40 minute drive home.

I'm never coming back to this establishment ever again. I've had countless wrongdoings here from having to wait 40 minutes for pickup because the staff didn't know our food was already on the counter, or the staff not giving us food that we paid for while simultaneously trying to convince us we're wrong. Today was the nail in the coffin. My order was incorrect, I brought this up politely, the staff then told me I was wrong and need to be more specific, god forbid they make a mistake right? I can't stand writing reviews like an armchair critic, especially negative ones, but hopefully someone from the crew reads this and shows an ounce of care to improve the service. Given the overall attitude of staff and reoccurring incompetencies though, I doubt it.

This was incredibly average. I really expected more based on the reviews and how busy they were. It’s not the worst in terms of price though, even with tip I think we came out to under a buck per wing, but the wings are also very inconsistent in size, some were bite and a half size wings, a few of the flats were good size, some barely had any meat at all. Sauce had a good taste but they weren’t properly coated

Once you find parking then the rest is easy. Parking can be a challenge, but look to park in the church parking lot just to south of location. Place was clean and staff was friendly. It got a rush as we were leaving and it looked like people were waiting awhile for food. Sports on the tv's and beer was flowing, so the wait might not be felt to bad. We tried 3 different wing sauces ( sweet bbq, teriyaki & garlic parm) today with teriyaki being our favorite. I don't love wings with a ton of sauce on them, but these were good and you could tell cooked very well before sauce was applied.

Let's start with the bad, the wings were alittle overcooked and tough in spots. However the sauces were excellent and have quite a few varieties and they have realy nice deals and is quite affordable compared to other places, they handle fairly large orders well and the inside has a great setup. If your in the mood for wings I'd recommend this place for sure.... also the mango habanero is to die for if you like sweet and spicy. And This place beats the hell out of wing stop or wing shack or Buffalo wild wings

Goodbye Jim’s wings. 😞 Sucks I really enjoy your wings they’re amazing. But after coming in today and being pointed at from the kitchen after asking to fix an order I’m done I will go just go to Wing Shack or Buffalo Wild Wings. The time before I always ask for all celery had to ask if they could correct that. Then this time asked for all drums like usual and I accept when they say can do most drums but not all ok. Well get 8 flats and 2 drums so asked them if they could fix that. And then look over and their back they’re pointing at me like oh yeah she always complains. Well I just won’t come back. I won’t hurt your business not coming back but I will miss you guys. I come there sometimes multiple times a week and always tip good. Don’t feel comfortable there anymore. Sorry for being a pain

Best wings in Colorado, period. I've been a regular at Jim's Wings since 2007 and they've consistently provided the best chicken wings and service in Colorado. Always enjoy taking my family there or picking up for take out. Service is great and friendly. Really speaks alot for a restaurant that's been open for so long. It's a staple Fort Collins restaurant if you're visiting and you're missing out if you haven't been there yet. Try the everyday special with xhot (if you like spicy with some vinegar)

We got a take out order from them and they messed up 10 of our wings and gave us the wrong sauce. I was very disappointed when I got home and realized it because I also live in Loveland and traveled for their wings. I called and asked what they could do and for whatever reason they made me drive all the way back for a gift card or the new wings. I decided to go back and get the correct wings but they made me bring back the mistake. What place makes you BRING BACK FOOD THEY ALREADY GAVE YOU??? They literally just threw them away. Very wasteful. Their wings are amazing but questioning how they run their business. Didn’t get any compensation for the wings, glad I got the correct thing but I feel like they could’ve handled the situation a lot better.

Review revised on 2/12/2022. Have been coming to jims wings for years. The last handful of time we've been I have noticed they are super light on the sauce. Have to order extra sauce on the side. Also disappointed in the wings that are smaller than a carrot 🥕 and there's usually too many of them. 3 stars for now. I can't remove the photo. That was from over a year ago Have always loved Jim's wings!! I always get way hot

What a treat to have a place like this while we were visiting. No frills, good cheap wings and beer. Can't ask for more than that. But Reed, one of the servers was so kind and friendly. We appreciated a very genuine and human conversation, you don't get that a lot anymore.

Food is good overall. Good, flavorful sauce variety. Wings are small. Price is better than market from what I see. Nice environment.

Unfortunately this is mid at best. Their chicken is cooked poorly and it's tiny the vast majority of the time. They sell the sauce and the sauce is freaking godlike, but if you know how to make wings going to eat theirs is a poor choice. If they simply cooked good chicken it would be like the greatest place ever but I haven't gone there and had really good chicken in at least a decade, no hyperbole. Hot wings are a favorite of mine and "could be really good" is the best I can give Jim's wings.

Best Wings in town! Affordable lunch special. TVs all around to catch a game. Must go in Fort Collins for wings!

Very disappointed with takeout order told would take 20 minutes. I arrived close to 30 minutes just to make sure order was ready. Paid for order told not ready yet after sitting almost 30 minutes more. I asked if order was ready and saw it was in fact ready the whole time was only order sitting on to-go rack. people at counter never did check after I paid and did not check rack during the 30 minutes. After getting home with cold wings had to reheat in airfryer and found that the wings were really small and had very little meat. Spent over $60.00 with tip and ended up having to eat second dinner due to not getting filled up with wings. ######## Update on 03/01/2023 Robert reached out and we had very nice conversation about problems I had. Robert offered to make situation better and did explain about new systems and staff. I will still recommend the restaurant for wings.

My husband and I love this place. 😀 Our kids introduced us a few years ago, Loved it. Lol, but in the last 3 weeks, we've driven to FoCo once a week from Broomfield to eat there. You can order the wings crispy if you want, and/or extra sauce, so good. The sauce is vinegary, buttery and (if you want) spicy. But if you like mild, they got you. The sides are very good as well.

Jim’s is my absolute favorite wing place! I love their BBQ and Hot wings. They're French fries are amazing, and even though wait times can be long because of how popular this restaurant is, it's always worth the patience.

Some of the best wings I've ever had. They don't skimp on the sauce like most places. Four stars because the wait is kinda long.

I was looking for the best wings in NoCo and found them! A couple things worth noting: they don't have an all wings/all flats option on their menu but I requested all flats and they did it no problem. Also if you're wavering between the medium and the hot, get the hot. It's extremely flavorful and heat level was closer to what a lot of places call medium IMO. They have 3 sauces that are hotter than their "hot" so they definitely have something for everyone.

Had to back to Fort Collins after 15 years away. Decided to stop into an old favorite and could not be happier. Same great flavor same great atmosphere and great people working there. I love wings. Even planned a trip to Buffalo to try the original and Jims’s is by far the best. If it was feasible to drive from Denver daily to eat here I would.

After having Jim's recommended by two different coworkers, I was excited to see what the fuss was about. The short course is, the food was not remotely worth the hype. My wife ordered fish and chips. They were inedible. We could not identify whether or not what was served was fish. Oddly there were two different fried foods served. One was rubbery. The other, also flavorless was in no way fish. My daughter ordered chicken strips. They were heavily breaded and on par with grocery store deli offering. I ordered ten wings. 5 medium and 5 Yakitory. The flavor was good, the wings themselves were a joke. They were extremely tiny, and the majority were flats. The wings came with a comically small amount of carrots and celery. The bill was just under $50, for the above mentioned food, 2 iced teas and one beer. Expensive for substandard food. All three of us agreed, we will not eat at Jim's again.

Absolutely delicious wings, some of the best in town!! It came with plenty of ranch, veggies, and napkins too so we were all set! Definitely my favorite wing spot for dine in or to go.

This place ROCKS. I shared 30 wings with a friend and was content to say the least. Their “ram hot” wings are proper hot but still very flavorful. Can’t go wrong. Will be back!

The best chicken wings I have ever tasted! the fries are also a delight, a great atmosphere inside the restaurant, you can relax with a good and cold beer

Obviously the world is a little different right now but Jim’s is still serving the same high caliber buffalo wings that so many have come to love now as we enter 2021. It is good to know that restaurants like Jim’s continue to offer incredibly delicious food to the FoCo masses. A yum x 5= 5 stars from this reviewer that enjoys Jim’s often when I am visiting FoCo from the Northeastern Plains. See you again soon!

My wife loves this place, I think the wings in Greeley are just as good. Be careful in the restrooms, both men and women's. Do to the location of the soap the floors can become slippery

I first met Jim's Wings when I was a 19 year old student at CSU. It's actually a terrible thing because all other wings are disappointing and I don't live nearby. I returned 20 years later with a skeptical husband and made sure to ruin all future wings for him, too. The wings were even better than I remembered.

Very good wings and calamari. They serve bland tomato sauce with the calamari that is not great. Spice it up, Jim's! More like pizza sauce and maybe some good tartar sauce! Wings are great, even the next day for lunch. We will be back, for sure!
