The courtyard is still my favorite by Marriott. The front yard has lots of cigarette buds and looks gross. Kay at the front desk was cool but a bit stern. The telephone in the room didn’t work, so I couldn’t call the front desk for anything which was inconvenient. No hot tub and very small pool. By 7:30am there wasn’t much breakfast out, either ran out or just didn’t keep things stocked. They must have a limit on water temperature because the shower didn’t get that hot, that was really irritating. Besides all its shortcomings it was a really nice room, bed wasn’t toooo firm, modern renovations and well kept grounds besides the front. Right by restaurants. Cheaper rates from the surrounding hotels.

Stayed while visiting my mom in the hospital. Front desk staff Jay and Kay and the gal working the continental breakfast made the stay so much more enjoyable! Comfy beds and very clean rooms. Pool is TINY, like the smallest pool I've ever seen! And cold! But we still had a blast in it the two nights we were there!

We have stayed here twice in the past few weeks. I want the rooms to be a little better. Bedding was clean. One of the hand towels had hair all over it. The hair dryer bag was disgusting. I could scrap crusties off the mirrors and closet doors with my fingernail. Things needed dusted. I feel like housekeeping is lacking in details.

We had a bad experience traveling through the Denver airport but when we got to this Springhill, Kevin (Manager) and his staff brought our frustrations down to enjoy a relaxing time. Felt like we were with family….many thanks to Kevin, Jaina, and Julie for a wonderful stay. 👍🙂

Rooms very comfortable and clean. Includes couch, and wet bar with refrigerator. Very quiet and the service was the best I have had in a while. Very attentive and quick when you need anything. I would stay at this location again and would highly recommend. Parking is also very convenient and easy to park with multiple areas.

I've been staying at Marriott for a long while, I travel a ton, like really I travel every week and always stay at a Marriott. This is my first time at this location, this afternoon I get back from work, noticed my towels had been changed although they were hanging???? They took out my trash! Ok but left all the trash on the counter, bed didn't get touched at all. If you're providing room service then provide it, it almost seems like someone came in to my room to snoop. My kids do a better job!!!!!!! I have an office in the area and not sure if I will use this location again and if this is happening to you, I wouldn't either. Remember it's not Marriott that's the problem it's always individual locations. Room 323 FYI

This is a cozy, sleek, modern, charming hotel. The aesthetics are just great. I don’t know if that made sense but it sounds good lol . The lobby and breakfast area were very modern but somehow still felt cozy. The rooms are even better and cozier with a lil nook in the entrance for coffee liquor whatever.very comfortable big king bed with a nice desk and sitting area/couch . Right at the foot of the bed but over just a bit you got a 50 inch smart tv that is on a swivel for the bedroom or the couch area. You can stream , go YouTube Netflix whatever. Great hotel. The tv is literally right in your face if you want to be it was awesome! Great place to stay.

Great last minute place to stay before heading out to whitewater rafting. Lots of places to eat nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms with enough room for me and my 3 boys. Even accommodated for some Mario Cart on the tv.

I loved the friendly service and warm welcome provided by the AGM, Collin! We were there for an extended stay for a large softball tournament and this hotel had a great offering of location to the fields, food and activities!

Very clean and modern hotel. Prices are very fair and it was nice and quiet. We’d come back for sure.

This hotel is always our go to when in town and have always had grear service. This morning we were totally thrown off by the rudeness of the front desk person. We didn't know the breakfast times and thought breakfast was until 10 so we put our luggage off to the side because we saw everything sitting out so we didn't think anything of it. There were other guests making bagels, etc. We were rudely told that breakfast was over. We would've been just fine with us being late but it was the way that we were told and she yelled it across from the front desk "breakfast is closed folks". Never have we had a bad experience at this hotel but this lady was just down right rude. I mean they just throw the food away anyway so would it be a big deal and others were making their breakfast. I think this will be our last stay there. This lady was not friendly our last stay either, she needs to go before they lose more great guests that stay here for our whole stay multiple times a year.
