I had an appointment with Dr. Bedoret and she was 20 mins late to start, not because of previous appointment as she came in to the clinic from outside. She was then on the phone for a few minutes during my appointment and asked how I want to pay even before asking me if there is anything I want to ask to her before terminating. I could clearly see that she was trying to catch back the time by cutting my appointment short. Her explanation was not very clear either, I felt quite lost after my appointment. It was very disappointing. I wonder why I was not treated the same as the people giving a good review here.

Dr Bedoret is a very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients. She has been really professional and has shown true commitment to solve my health issues. She’s diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. I am very happy to have found a primary care physician that I feel I can trust and connect with. I highly recommend Dr.Bedoret to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant doctor!

I'm seeing Dr Bedoret from 2014 and I'm very lucky that I found her medical cabinet. She is a very good doctor. All the time she gave me the right medical advice for me and my children. Also, my children love to go to her because she is always explaining what is she doing and my boys are very curious and they ask a lot of questions. Nevertheless, she is always explaining, caring and very gentle doctor. When Dr Bedoret was on holidays I had a crazy flu and I went to Dr Giraud from the same medical cabinet, MediWoluwe, and she is very professional and very caring doctor. In my case the flu is becoming infectious and I need antibiotics. Both ladies doctors agreed without asking them to give me this medication even in Belgium all the doctors send you home with paracetamol. So, they are both excellent doctors and excellent persons. Dr. Bedoret has been our doctor since we moved to Belgium. The level of her care is exceptional. We always feel that we are in good hands with her. She is also great with my daughter. She knows how to handle kids well that is why my daughter loves to visit her even if she is super sick. She listens to our concerns and really care about our well-being. Thank you Dr Bedoret for taking care of us.

I went to take a PCR test and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for a confirmed appointment. I was told to receive the results in 3 days. After 4 days, on Friday, I called and they told me I could have the results on Monday. I called on Tuesday and they told me rudely not to call again and use the webpage for which I hadn't received any credential at any moment (?!). Finally, I get into the platform and contact the doctor to discover after 8 days, 2 calls and 1 web message that ... the lab had lost my test!! .... The lost is not the fault of this clinic, but still, they didn't have a proper follow-up of the patient...

I waited like 40 mins in the waiting room and nothing. At my arrival there were another person waiting and she left after 20 mins. The doctors had a colleague/friend visit and they had a really good time chitchatting, laughing. The walls are thin.

Does not respect the appointments, it happened more than once, long waiting times despite having confirmed the appointments and no apology whatsoever. Would no go back.

This is an official collection point of IBC Labs but they are not open at the advertised opening hours. You show up at 8am with your medical sample to find locked doors. The doors are still locked 8.05 and 8.10. And the sample and all the effort with it is wasted. Shocking lack of service and negligence. Edit: I did call the week before to ask what are the times for collecting the samples and was told that any time during opening hours (which start at 8.00 in the morning) is OK.
