    très mauvais service ,le magasinier ne veut pas aider le client ,pourtant je l ai eu au téléphone , il était d accord ,une fois sur place changement d avis ,mauvaise expérience , mieux vaut aller à Molembeek près du canal ils sont plus réceptifs

    Manager dishonest. We bought a machine it s was the wrong one in the box. When we realize it some time later the manager say it was too late the exchange it. The machine was not use. Go to an other shop !

    Les horaires ont changé depuis le 1er avril 2023, maintenant c'est 6h30-16h30. J'ai perdu 1h30 à faire l'aller-retour pour rien. Ce serait bien de corriger ça

    Pas serviable pour un sous dans ce magasin. Faudrait peut être engager des personnes qui savent te renseigner et surtout plus sympathique 😡 Je déconseille totalement cet endroit Si j’avais pu je mettais 0

    Ils ne savent rien , commande arrive pas , réponse universelle " je sais pas mr c'est pas moi c'est mon collègue, c'est la central , c'est le E commerce on sais pas vous aider sur une commande que vous avez passez cher nous " !!! Vous représentez le magasin que vous travaillez !!!!!

    Comme en 1843, ce magasin ne fait pas de ristourne sur les prix affichés aux 'particuliers' (notez bien mes guillemets)... Et le maga est cher...
