Nice and clean hotel and the staff always seems friendly and in a good mood. I stay here quite a bit for travel for work. Sadly might have to look else where as I drive an EV and stayed here cause they let me use there 120 outlet where there was also a parking space. Now with winter they have both spots taken up with snow removal equipment. As I am out of town for usually more then a day rather not have it not charging on a cold night. Also the sleep number beds are hit and miss on comfort

High priced, but a good value, as it's a safe option in today's world. Quiet room, comfortable bed, nice amenities, great staff.

Consistent stellar front desk assistance every time I stay! I need accessibility features, and these rooms have safety bars and benches exactly where I need them. When traveling, they give me a sense of the comforts of home. Always more than advertised, ALWAYS more than is expected. Every time. The deserve more stars than are available!

Stopped here after 15hrs on the road. They are redoing the exterior of the building and at first we weren't sure we'd wanna stay there. But once inside could see it was a nice place. They had a room to fit all 5 of us comfortably, an indoor pool, and a hot tub that felt wonderful after being in a car so long. Was in walking distance to a number of nice restaurants and even a Walmart while being tight off the highway.

Staff was pleasant, allowed us to check in early, and some upgrades to room (TV in bathroom mirror, Sleep Number bed). I really liked our suite with the separate bedroom so we could close the door and our kid could stay on the pullout couch. Pool area is OK w/ whirlpool and workout room. Breakfast is not included, a major downside, and could be cleaner.

The room was the best entry level hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was modern and inviting and clean! Facilities were in great shape. Gym was well stocked and clean as well. Staff remembered us and were kind and courteous even when a problem arose

Room was absolutely barren, unwelcoming, not cozy at all. Barely any furniture, stark white walls, no artwork - felt like we were in a hospital room, not a hotel room. Room was clean upon arrival, but with no daily service, garbage piled up, towels weren't restocked, and it didn't feel like a 3-star hotel at all. We had breakfast at The Forest City Pub one morning. Service was terribly slow, the food was way overpriced for the quality. Waitress apologized at least once at each table for various reasons (wrong food/slow service/forgetting something). We paid over $700 for three nights and felt like we stayed at a Motel 6. For the money, this place is NOT worth it. There are a ton of hotels in this area -- I implore you to find a different one.

The nicest Radisson I've ever seen. Clean, nice rooms. Nice service. Banquet facilites are great, and the food was good.

HORRIBLE! I GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR... then when they finally let me out they didn't even say sorry... NOTHING. But I stayed... tvs don't work... when I called to ask about it, they came up and told us they'd let us check out tomorrow but still charge us... DO NOT STAY! Can I give it 0 stars?

I stay here for work a lot and the rooms look remodeled and the food is really good and the beds are very comfy. Nothing like blasting the AC on a 105 degree day and falling asleep 😴

Customer service wasn't good. I had to ask where everything was like the restaurant and how to order food. I had to ask when checkout time was which is something I think should be discussed during check-in. The restaurant staff in the morning were short and there was a lot of cussing coming out of the kitchen. I had to stand there and ask which menu to use which made me feel awkward. Cleanliness is questionable, my shower also had hair in it and the floor looked unswept. The hotel itself is really nice inside, very modern updates. I kind-of just felt like an unwelcomed guest which made my experience not enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable so that's a plus.

We stayed in the whirpool suite for our wedding night. Check in was easy and quick, and the room was very clean and nicely set up. The shower was awesome - rainfall and jets coming from everywhere! There was even a little gift basket in our room with chocolate/cute newlywed items, which we loved. Would stay here again!!!

Easy, free parking. Quiet. Easy access off 90. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice little bar with great service for a little "wine down" time.

Our softball team stayed there the weekend of April 29th & 30th. Everything was fine that you would expect in a standard hotel. We stayed in room 237 and had just a few issues. We had a broken out dresser drawer, A light lamp on one of the beds that did not work, and most importantly the pull out sofa bed had urine stains on them. I called the front desk and I told them it was not a big deal for us that night because we assume it has been cleaned, but that they might want to address that when we leave. The pool was kind of small There is no sort of breakfast included with your rental of a room for the night

Rooms are big and clean. Ares that Radisson need to work on is quality of breakfast.

Ended up at the pub inside. The facility looked incredibly clean and the staff was very friendly. It looked like it would be a beautiful wedding venue.

This is a great hotel near the Interstate. It is a great spot for events too. They have a nice restaurant in the hotel. They have very friendly custimer service.

We stopped at this Radisson for one evening on our drive to Minnesota. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and the covid precautions were in full force, even though the state had ended most of them already. Overall it was a pleasant night. If there were anything I would change it would be to provide some type of continental breakfast, or at least coffee in the lobby, as the room rates are fairly steep compared to most hotels we’ve stayed at recently.

The staff was awesome. The gym was clean and had updated equipment, the room was very clean and comfortable! I only would give a warning to women close to 50 that the lights and the unforgiving, mean magnified makeup mirror in bathroom will show you the little hairs you never knew you had on your nostrils, wrinkles you were unaware of and all the eyebrow hairs you missed probably for years. The hotel was great but I am now contemplating botox😀
