    5 stars for all the employees out there protesting on red cup day! Not an employee myself, but stand in solidarity with those who are. ✊🏼 1 star because I have to for the genociding, capitalistic conglomerate that Starbucks is. Also… Free Pal-E-Stine!!

    I was in yesterday morning to purchase some gift cards. I have to tell you, the women that waited on me ( I believe her name was Cindy) was just FANTASTIC!! I stopped in to grab (2) gift cards for a couple of friends and the women asked, "would you like any drinks today?" I joking responded by saying "sure if you want to throw in a free coffee." Without hesitation I was given a free small coffee. WOW that really made my day!! Then, then Cindy directed me over to the sugar and cream area and wished me a good day!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    This Starbucks usually has a very long line but it does go by really fast and when you get your drink it always looks better than ever :) I totally reccomend this Starbucks only if you have the patience for it. I don't mind the wait if their is good service and good drinks/food!! Today we surprised my aunt with a great care package! This pretty coffee! Caramel has never looked this good before :)

    Ordered two drinks and was given very messy cups. Our clothes, car, and hands are a mess and sticky. If you are going to hand a customer a messy cup at the very least give them some napkins.

    Just a normal Starbucks The day of our visit, there was a line of people that didn’t know how to properly order making it take longer than usual, but the employees were fast at making our drinks!

    Unfortunately every time I stop in I am not greeted nor am I told “I’ll be right with you” or receive any kind of acknowledgment from a staff member. Upon saying thank you for my beverage I am rarely ever responded to. Super sad, y’all. I’ve never had such terrible service at any other Starbucks :( I will say the drive thru is a whole different experience. So I appreciate that at least.

    I asked for a Strawberry Cream Frappuccino, 10 minutes later my drink separated. I always purchase this drink at any Starbucks but it only happened at this Starbucks location Perryville rd(Rockford). In my opinion they are putting way to much ice.

    With regular coffee as bad as this was it's no wonder they really only sell mixed drinks. The coffee, black, was horrendous.

    Great service , great food 100% exelent store I allways happy on this location which is 2 mi. Away from my work , but today I wasn’t happy my coffe wasn’t fill completely as normal , every day I stop by before work for my drink and I never had any problem until now :-(

    I placed a large order via the app for myself and a few coworkers. I happen to notice that one of the sizes wasn't correct. I let the barista Diane know, and she very quickly was able to correct the drink and helped us out with a bonus. The staff is always very kind, helpful, and fast! This location is my company's go to for coffee runs, even though another location is slightly closer.

    Love Starbucks.. always. I never have had a bad experience at any Starbucks.. but I sure did on my visit to this location. After I ordered at the drive thru and pulled ahead.. I was informed they run out of cold brew so they substituted iced coffee.. honestly I didn't know there was a difference..there is.. it was nothing like the cold brew. I wasn't offered a price difference.. a different substitute.. I think I should have been informed at the drive thru.. unacceptable. Just won't go to this location again.. I'll drive extra to the next Starbucks. I just don't understand this..at Starbucks non the less.

    Visited at 8:30am last Saturday morning and it was closed, no sign alerting people and the drive thru was backed up with people trying to order. Extremely Poor Management!

    I went through the drive thru and asked Thomas politely if I can add another drink to my order. I apologized, then he gave gave me a dirty look and as he was walking away he was whispering to other employees and rolling his eyes then gave me a death stare. I was racially profiled and never have been at any Starbucks location besides this one. As I was leaving he was still giving me the dirtiest look. Will not come to this location ever again.

    Too pricey. I don't pay for status. Just to say or show I've been to "Starbucks". Look @ the name "Star" "Bucks". (I am not broke or destitute. I refuse to pay Celebrity prices when I can make for myself whatever Starbucks sells).

    Currently been in line since 11:32 still have not received my drink I have never been to a Starbucks that is so slow ever. Probably the worst service I have ever seen at a Starbucks. I am just hoping I will make it out of this drive thru at some point.

    Good customer service and didn't have to wait long for my drink,but I will say if you do not have a mask they will ask you to put 1 on if not they will give you 1 to pit on,so if you do not want to ware a mask then don't go hear

    Some of the worst service I have ever received. It's easy for us to do a mobile order since all customizations are saved. We had put in the order moments before they asked what we would like. We said we just put in a mobile order. The woman said "oh the one that LITERALLY just came in...OK well it 3 drink and food so it will be a while..." um it was a refresher tea and Frappuccino with 2 cake pops. They also were not busy. I've been to this location before and havenever been treated like this. To be treated like we were inconveniencing them was an insult.

    I come to this location weekly and I’d say half the time the staff is rude. When asking the barista in the drive through today to describe one of the new syrup flavors, since I’ve never tried it, she said, “it tastes like coffee creamer.” She said it in a rude way, as well as when I told her my name, she gave me a nickname instead. Not sure why they ask your name if they’re going to call you by something else. Also, I don’t understand why they hand you a hot drink without a sleeve. This happens consistently at this location. I wish this could be corrected but I am sure it won’t since some of the rudeness I’ve encountered has been with at least 2 of the managers at this location.
