Nice townhome and community. Services asleep slow and management is poor. Rent has increased 15% without any notification. Residence portal is pathetic, lease renewal option not showing in portal and no notification on rent increment, following up multiple times but very rude responses and no resolution.

I’ve lived here for 6 months I just resigned a lease and was shortly after approved for a home loan. The rent went up over $170 within 6 months of being here, the pool gets warm in the summer due to them not changing the water. The lawn services are atrocious they will hit your vehicle with mulch, they let the plants and trees all over the property die. And the landlord will not help the tennents in anyway when it comes to changes. I’m 7 days into a 6 month lease and wanted to change to month to month Instead of 6 months and they are refusing to do anything. The buyout of your lease here is over $3,000 plus 2 months rent so over $6,000 to cancel a lease with this place. Do NOT move here you will regret it.

Moved to Buckeye Crossing Apartments about a year ago after having to relocate for my new job. Despite being in another state at the time, Marci was amazing… she made the moving process easy and stress free! I have loved living here and recommend it to anyone looking for a new place.! The townhomes in this community make you feel at home. They’re spacious, up to date, and I’ve never had issues with neighbors/loud noise. Staff is also superb as they were always on top of maintenance when I needed it. I def recommend these townhomes… 10/10 for me!

Moved in a few months ago and it has been a wonderful experience! The townhome itself is really nice and maintenance is prompt! Marci was super friendly and helpful. Overall a top notch community!

My family just moved in yesterday the property is beautiful! the town home is beautiful! Marcy was so helpful and made it so easy to get us in thank you for everything.

rent increased with no explanation. ATTENTION IT IS NOT QUIET HERE, you have LOUD NEIGHBORS. Neighbors will throw 2 AM parties, music so loud it will shake the whole town house and have their dog defecate only on our side of grass and don’t pick up. management doesn’t do anything about it.

i recently toured the property and it was beautiful. Marcilene is the best and truly takes the stress of moving off your shoulders. I recommend to everyone that I know!

Where do I begin… Marci truly is amazing at her job and you can truly tell she takes pride and enjoys what she does. If only I could give her more then 5 stars!
