West Bridgewater Dental exceeds expectations! Professional, yet friendly. The office runs "on time". The Dr. was efficient and knowledgeable. The hygienist was thorough and informative. I'll be back! 😀

Today was my first appointment at West Bridgewater Dental and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in to the welcoming front desk. The hygienist and dentist made me feel so comfortable like I had been coming there for years. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I was greeted by a very welcoming reception team. The hygienist, Kate was on time, asked all the pertinent questions about my health and concerns of my mouth. She was gentle and did a thorough job with my cleaning. The Doctor also was kind and thorough, asked if I had any questions about my appointment and future visits. Loved my experience today.

Dr Barry Tufts was brilliant. Best experience I’ve had by a dentist by far. Incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and also took the patience to answer all of my questions and speak to me about options. Did not make me feel like I was wasting his time, he made me feel very comfortable. Other staff were great and the facility is clean and comfortable. Great experience!

I have been coming here for about 3 years and I can truly say Dr. Snider is great. He is very thorough and really cares about his patients. The other doctors I have seen here and the staff and hygienists are all great as well. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Dr. Heller and his staff are the absolute best. I started coming here a few years ago after avoiding the dentist for years due to bad experiences at my prior dentist. The difference in care is night and day and I have never once felt judged here. From calling to make an appointment, to regular cleanings, fillings and crowns, every experience I have had here has been exceptional. Debbie at the front desk is so kind and so helpful with any scheduling issues or insurance questions. Dr. Heller makes you feel so comfortable while doing procedures and is always checking in on how you are doing. He truly cares for every one of his patients. The facility is beautiful and very well run. I recommend Dr. Heller to all my friends and family and if you are in need of a new dentist, I HIGHLY recommend coming here as well. I wish he had been my dentist from the start.

West Bridgewater Dental are very kind, caring and good listeners. I need a crown. They brook the price down for me and explained it thoroughly. I was able to get part of it done enough to save my tooth and will get the rest at a later date. The team I had working on my tooth was friendly, professional and quick. They are the best!

Amazing staff and wonderful environment. My visit to Heller Dental Associates was such a pleasant experience! Dr. Heller communicates with you during every step of a procedure making sure you are okay and not in too much pain. I would highly recommend Heller Dental Associates to all my friends and family.

This office is amazing. Every single person I’ve dealt with since day one (Including Dr Heller). Forgive me, as this likely sounds crazy, but my observation is that they only hire people with positive personalities and the customer service and scheduling is superb. Olivia is great, as is the attractive woman at the desk who takes payment/ deals with insurance etc. I don’t write reviews... Not my thing. If a place sucks, I just won’t go back.
