Best date night experience in the Bentonville Rogers area to date! The host was amazing and thoughtful and found us a nice place to sit away from any passerby's and even checked in to see how we were doing! Our waitress was no slouch either making sure we had what we needed when we needed it without being pushy or visiting in the middle of conversation. We even had a friendly visit from the manager when our food was being served! She helped bring food to our table along side our waitress. Now the food, that was something special. I ordered a NY Strip medium rare and it came back with a nice juicy pink center just the way I pictured it would have. My better half ordered the gnocchi and we shared a side of lobster mac and cheese. Both dishes in texture and flavor exceeded expectations! The only criticism I could give would be my spouses hurricane didn't come out quite as expected but it wasn't on the drink list or menu. The bottom line, if you are looking for a great place to celebrate a promotion, birthday, or just a nice night out I would highly recommend Theo's. They truly go above and beyond. Did I mention they brought us complimentary champagne for our celebration? Try them out, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Update 2/12/2022 The desert drink in the photo is called a Theo's Alexander and is available now upon special request but isn't on the menu. Highly recommended!

Visiting Rogers, we came to understand quickly there are not many options for a nice, high-end restaurant. Theos looked great online and we were excited to enjoy the lounge area, have some food and a cocktail and watch a ball game. We were seated quickly then waited 18 minutes to be greeted and another 10 just to receive water. Honestly our server was pretty friendly but seemed very absent-minded and we paid the price for that with our time. Still, we enjoyed our cocktails, but we were there about 45 minutes longer than we expected.

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here. The food was delicious, and service and atmosphere was great. We had the charcuterie and crab cakes as appetizers, fillet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus for dinner, and the very rich flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE at Theo's in Rogers the other weekend!! My server, Chetlee, was one of the best servers I've had in a long time and I was so pleased with his professionalism and authenticity. We loved the food and already have plans of returning in the near future. What an amazing restaurant with amazing staff! Thank you, Theo's, for such a great time!

Hunter was a great server, we came in late and he was super helpful and made us feel welcome. The food was fantastic everything from the appetizers to the dessert. We loved our experience and will be returning! The halibut special was incredible and I hope it can make its way as a featured dish!

Just came for drinks. Highly recommend you do bartender roulette..you won't be disappointed (not shown...wife got it. That's my martini).

We had our son's wedding rehearsal dinner in one of the private rooms in the back, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was great and the service was even better! We will be back soon. Thank you for a great evening with our family and friends.

They need more bartenders. One bartender doing 3 to 4 bartenders work. And there was no thank you upon exit. All the staff was doing was chatting with this bald guy in orange I’m assuming he’s the manager. Poor experience.
