The absolute worst customer service ever. Had ordered 1 large pizza, wedges and a lava cake at 6:30, still no delivery 2 and a half hours later. It says on the website they are still making my order. To make matters worse I have tried to call them over 10 times and they have been ignoring my calls everytime. This place needs to close if their staff are going to be this useless and I’ve found that it’s not only me who’s had this issue. It’s absolutely appalling! Will be going to Pizza Hutt in the future

Order at your own risk, i wouldnt risk it. 2 hour delivery time. Barely any topping and no cheese on some pieces (see photo). Staff rude and don't care. To scared to face the customer they threw the pizza on the doorstep in the rain and run off.

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant last night and was very disappointed to find that it was burnt. The crust was blackened and hard, and the toppings were dry and tasteless. Really disappointed with staff communication style as well 😒 Also forgotted to add extra toppings which I ordered.

Absolutely foul customer service. I ordered three pizzas, pick up. I walked in and was the only customer in store. The two girls chatting in the kitchen but behind the till decided to ignore me completely despite making eye contact and signalling multiple times. I get they are busy, so waited… and waited.. they started new tasks etc. To get service I literally had to walk behind the till and PICK UP MY OWN PIZZA?! at this point neither of the girls moved from their conversation. When I got to the street a male employee chased me down and started yelling at me in the middle of the street! Never have I EVER had the inclination to swear at someone - but then I never have been humiliated and yelled at in the street by a domino’s worker. So there’s a first time for everything. Ps. By this time the pizza was cold and all I had was a bitter taste. Back to pizza Hutt right next door: much better. AVOID.

Orders are consistently an hour late with no updates. Tried to call in regards to my order, and it's been unanswered. Delivery instructions clear as day and pizza still ends up at the empty house next to mine. Such a disappointing overall experience

On 02/10/23 around 5pm, I placed an order through your platform, eagerly anticipating a seamless delivery experience. However, upon the driver's arrival, I was shocked to hear that he refused to bring the food to my doorstep. Instead, he insisted that I retrieve the order from his car, stating that he was the store manager and that there was nothing I could do about it. This demand was not only inconvenient but also highly unprofessional. As a customer, I rely on your delivery service to bring my order directly to my doorstep for the sake of convenience and safety. It is unacceptable that a delivery driver, let alone someone claiming to be a store manager, would refuse to fulfill this fundamental expectation.

Of the three Dominoes I use (Lower Hutt and Well) this is the slackest. The last 4 pizzas had missing ingredients. Got 2 last night the supreme was like a cheap nasty, lots of sauce and cheese and little topping. Just bad. Ate 2/8 slices and threw it out. About 1 in 5 look or taste like they're supposed to... Supreme just tasted like sauce and olives. Their specials aren't really secials. The discounts just bring the price's down to start matching the offering. Hell from here on in.

Just wanna say whoever was working today 21 Oct 2023 made me the best pizza I’ve ever had. Thanks so much!
