Super
delicious
Halal
food
in
a
small
corner
shop,
they
also
had
maybe
the
best
mango
lassi
I’ve
ever
had
Order:
2
Chaat
(Chicken
and
Paneer)
and
Mango
Lassi
About:
$30
Review:
My
wife
and
I
were
looking
for
some
quick
delicious
food
and
I’d
read
some
good
things
about
Mood
cafe,
plus
we
both
love
middle
eastern
food.
To
top
it
all
off
I
didn’t
actually
know
what
Chaat
was
and
I
love
trying
new
food
so
we
know
this
was
our
stop.
First
up,
chaat
is
apparently
a
semi-universal
term
for
street
food,
so
not
all
chaat
is
really
going
to
be
the
same.
This
chaat
was
basically
a
combination
of
potatoes,
chickpeas,
a
kind
of
chip,
then
the
main
topping
of
your
choice
(chicken,
paneer,
samosa,
etc),
then
topped
with
a
yogurt
based
sauce.
This
might
sound
a
little
different
but
it
was
absolutely
delicious.
We
did
prefer
the
chicken
because
it
had
a
bit
more
flavor
than
the
paneer
but
we
thoroughly
enjoyed
both
of
them.
We
also
got
the
mango
lassi
and
it
was
AMAZING!
It’s
absolutely
something
you
need
to
go
and
if
you
don’t
like
mango
they
offer
several
flavors.
We
got
to
talk
to
the
owner
a
bit
and
he
was
super
helpful
(explaining
chaat,
how
he
makes
it,
and
just
having
some
cool
conversation).
The
only
challenges
were
that
parking
(like
every
place
in
Philly)
was
not
easy
and
the
cafe
is
VERY
SMALL
(like
8
people
small).
We
watched
a
handful
of
people
walk
in
and
get
their
order
to
go
so
that
seems
to
be
the
thing
to
do
if
you
know
what
you
want.
This
shouldn’t
stop
you
from
going
though,
Mood
was
a
great
stop.
It
had
very
filling,
delicious,
fast
food.
