    I broke down 1 1/2 mile from the store location when my battery died. I was able to park safely thank God. However, I still needed help with my vehicle's battery. I phoned the store and thanks to the manager Mr. Rodney Hall and his employee Mr. Jemal Wiggins I was picked up by Mr.Wiggins and driven back to the store to purchase a new battery. The manager of the store even drove me back to my vehicle and took out the old battery and installed the new one. I was even given a percentage off of the new one on the end. These two men didn't have to help me the way that they did and I am so grateful for knowing that there's still good people in the world like myself. Let's talk about promotions these two men need one as well as a monetary commission on the back end. I will be so forever grateful for their generosity. The date of this act of kindness is November 22,2021 at 7:50 or 8:00 a.m. The weather was chilly and damp. I will never forget about what they did for me.

    There was an employee by the name of Akaysha who went beyond to find a difficult part that I couldn't get the name for. Only the part number. Most people would have stopped helping at a certain point, but she went beyond and found the part and the name of what it was. People like this really make a business! She is the difference as to why I would return for any parts to be bought from this store.

    On Sunday afternoon, 1/26/2020, I went to AutoZone Upper Darby for a brand new battery (after my roadside assistance guy jumped start my car then discovered that the battery was dead). At AutoZone I was helped by Anthony who was young, polite, and very helpful. He changed my battery and did some other minor things which I asked him if he could help me with. I left there feeling happy and very satisfied with the service I received. This AutoZone Upper Darby is one of my favorite places in Delaware County!

    Aug 22, 2022: Purchased a Duralast Platinum battery for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Ltd 4WD 6cyl 3.2 ltr engine. They took the old battery. Great sales lady. Quick transaction. About $220 + tax.

    I bought a battery back in February for my 2005 BMW X5, but the battery didn't work for me for some reasons. When I went back and explained to the store manager, he just went and took one right off the shelve. 1/2022 so I'm very satisfied with the exchange.

    I had a excellent service with a excellent coworker named Rasheed on Friday last week. He was able to come down to my house, with the permission from his manager. To service my car, that had an old battery and died the day before, so my couldn’t start. I was heated, and sad when I didn’t want to pay for a tow truck to assist my car to a car shop, where that is more money. Instead, Rasheed insisted on coming to my house, to change the battery. Which I am very happy with and satisfied with. He notified me of money I could get back, if I trade in my old battery. He is a very good worker, and will be returning to this very autozone, for help or advice on my car.

    Excellent customer service is an understatement! The manager James helped me to understand a very critical function in my new car I had no idea I was damaging my car. I come in often for little things like wiper blades and accessories the staff always greets with a smile and the line is never too long, I understand it’s a lot working in customer service but the staff doe’s genuinely try to help everyone from what I see! Thanks again James for helping me when I couldn’t get my car back on the road when the dealership refused to help!

    employees need to be taught some manners. Start talking bad about customers thinking they won’t understand/hear them. when you confront them they act like they don’t know what your talking about. Worst employees from any auto zone I’ve been too.

    Ordered a part that was supposed to arrive the same day Later that day went to get the part didn't arrive the employee acted as if I did something wrong and I was told come back to tomorrow I arrived later the next day only to be told the same thing by a manager who didn't know if the part arrived or not requested a refund and left

    Had a not so great experience but ended with a great one. I went to this autozone because I was looking for a part and online it said the part I was looking for was in stock. I told an employee what I needed but he came back empty handed saying they didn’t have anymore in stock. So I went to an aisle to get an alternative of the part I needed. I went to checkout but with a different employee named Anthony. I asked him if they had the part in stock and he said they were on his computer so we went to look for it and found it right away. I was so relieved. He was a great help and a nice guy to talk to. Even informed be about the problem I had with my car. Greatest Autozone employee I have met.

    One of the best rpt best places to buy car batteries, semi metallic brake pads, wipers and starter motors. Always have correct and/or improved performance bulbs in stock. Also have halogen and xenon headlamp inserts and headlamp cover cleaners. Have many different sizes of wet/dry sandpaper for other projects, and impact driver metric sockets in 3/8 and 1/2 inch sizes. Check out their leather mechanic grease monkey gloves...driving gloves?!
