Once again, it's all about the employees and people you shop next to in these BIG BOX ANCHOR STORES. Otherwise, the layout and inventory are all the same throughout the country. I want nice friendly willingness to help employees who never say no with clean, well dressed, Upidty looking customers walking around next to me while I shop. And no long lines at checkout!! THIS STORE CHECK ALL THE BOXES!!!

Let me start by saying I love Michaels. I'm an artist and I spend a lot of money et there every year. And I'm sure the people that work there do their best. They are always friendly and helpful. On this trip, my experience was problematic. Ultimately I found what I was looking for, but a 5 minute "run in/run out" trip turned to 45 minutes because: 1. Most of the aisles were blocked by boxes that needed to be unpacked. (I'm disabled so this is an issue) 2. I was misdirected twice about the location an item I was looking for sending me across the store three times. (Again, I'm disabled, this is an issue especially when the aisles are blocked) 3. One cashier. One. There ware employees walking past the line several times. (For the third time, I'm disabled.) In conclusion, not the greatest experience this time. I usually order ahead and pick up or ship because of my limited strength. But I had to have eyes on what I was purchasing. This is not a disabled friendly store.

It was awesome to get a sweet end of year deal, I bought a 48x60 canvas and got 2 free along with my purchase! So I got 3 canvases for the price of 1. Very cool thank you Michael's.

Picked up stencils for glass etching... Worked well...1st time so had a few minor bubbles that allowed bleeding of the etching medium. But I really like my mugs!

I love this Michaels. There is always a good selection in stock, which can be really hard to find in other stores. I spend quite a bit on artificial plants to use to create centerpieces with. There engagement/wedding section is bigger than other stores. You need to go get your craft on!

Every time I come here, the back corner of the store (yarn section) is cluttered with boxes, U-boats, and ladders. The aisles are already a tight fit when pushing a stroller, but this makes these aisles completely inaccessible. A person with a wheelchair, walker, service dog, or other mobility aids or medical equipment would likely be unable to access these aisles. I mentioned this issue to three employees, including two who were on the sales floor near the area. Both completely ignored me.

Ordered a specialty item. Got a text on how long I had to pick it up. Had to call store for extension of time to pickup. Store representative was so kind. I have now picked up. Great experience.
