I
ordered
two
banana
splits
and
the
cream
or
milk
was
bad.
We
called
up
there
and
the
Male
manager
stated
he
will
fix
it
for
us.
We
went
there
and
true
to
his
word
he
got
our
order
perfectly
right
with
no
hesitation
and
he
had
the
nicest
attitude
that
would
make
a
guest
feel
appreciated
and
wanted
back...he
was
awesome..now
on
the
other
hand..there
was
a
female
(African
American)
that
had
the
nastiest
attitude
ever.
While
the
Male
manager
was
assisting
me
she
came
from
the
back
and
said
in
a
nasty
tone
"
let
me
see
them"
and
told
the
male
manager
"you're
better
than
me"
right
in
front
of
me
as
if
I
wasn't
there
and
a
nobody.
She
needs
to
be
trained
again
and
taught
customer
service
the
right
way.
She
didn't
have
any
care
in
the
world
to
check
to
see
was
everything
was
ok
with
HER
products
in
the
store
before
accusing
someone
of
trying
to
get
free
product.
We
didn't
want
the
money
back
so
it
wasn't
about
the
money.
We
took
the
product
back
so
it's
not
like
we
wanted
to
get
free
ice
cream!
I
can
honestly
say
that
store
will
never
see
me
again.
However,
the
male
manager
should
run
that
store
by
himself
his
customer
service
was
out
of
the
park
superb!!
We
need
more
like
him.
As
for
Ms.
Ma'am
she
needs
a
new
profession
because
dairy
Queen
is
high
in
demand
during
the
summer
and
going
into
fall
and
her
attitude
is
not
fit
for
what's
supposed
to
be
a
happy
place.
