    The employees were very slow but they insisted on bringing the food to the table, seems like they've been ordered to bring the food to the table even if you've already walked up to the front. Strange experience but it was fine otherwise.

    Went to drive-through (Fast..yes) Fries Cold on the spot . Lettuce on sandwich were torn into pieces ! Burger not Tasty. Trashed it All. βœ‹πŸΌ$$$. Friendly Service @ the Window.Better Luck To Others maybe just an Off Day(?)

    So very bad. Went on a Thursday even I ng. Sat in drive thru line 25 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us. When we got the food it was ice cold. Not even warm. Told the girl at the window and she said pull around and they would bring out fresh food. 15 minutes later we got the same cold food with the exception of the french fries which we so old and had clearly been thrown back in the oil to warm up, but still was garbage. Ruined our entire night. Chicken was cold, burger was dry and cold, and then forgot out drinks. Unreal. Gas station fast food, should have known.

    I ordered two banana splits and the cream or milk was bad. We called up there and the Male manager stated he will fix it for us. We went there and true to his word he got our order perfectly right with no hesitation and he had the nicest attitude that would make a guest feel appreciated and wanted back...he was awesome..now on the other hand..there was a female (African American) that had the nastiest attitude ever. While the Male manager was assisting me she came from the back and said in a nasty tone " let me see them" and told the male manager "you're better than me" right in front of me as if I wasn't there and a nobody. She needs to be trained again and taught customer service the right way. She didn't have any care in the world to check to see was everything was ok with HER products in the store before accusing someone of trying to get free product. We didn't want the money back so it wasn't about the money. We took the product back so it's not like we wanted to get free ice cream! I can honestly say that store will never see me again. However, the male manager should run that store by himself his customer service was out of the park superb!! We need more like him. As for Ms. Ma'am she needs a new profession because dairy Queen is high in demand during the summer and going into fall and her attitude is not fit for what's supposed to be a happy place. Time 7-8pm

    This was a very good Dairy Queen and a pleasure to eat at. The dining area was clean. The employees were responsive and pleasant. I can recommend this location highly especially for travelers passing through like we were.

    Ordered three of the chicken strip $7 meals with gravy. The gravy was straight liquid. Had we known we would have opted for something else. Our fries were cold and limp. Didn't even bother throwing them in the grease to warm them up. Very disappointed in this visit.

    This store is just OK at best. Food was dry and tasted old, the service was blah, and the place dirty. I ate there once, and that's about all I can take. The DQ further up East I-10, in Bagdag, is much better place to eat and visit.

    Went in for lunch. Placed my order for the 3 Chicken strip meal with fries, drink and a pineapple Sunday. Got it quickly. However my co-worker ordered his meal, a burger, fries and drink. Customer after Customer ordered and got their food first. When the co-worker mentioned that he didn't get his order, the person finally brought it out,slammed it on the table and didn't offer an apology or say anything about taking so long to get it. Rudest Customer service ever. Will never be back again.

    The restaurant was clean and very busy at the drive thru. We only ordered ice cream cones and it took them 6 minutes to give them to us. They had plenty of staff. I don't understand the problem.

    I Ordered 2 medium turtle pecan clusters with extra pecans. At first it looked perfect, after eating the first layer it was pure vanilla ice cream!

    I grew up LOVING Dairy Queen. I had not been in YEARS. I just decided to stop on a whim and get my favorite. The service was unbelievably slow. They seemed to want to talk or be on their phone more than work. And when I finally got my treat, it was just thrown together and not even half way blended up. I didn't even bother eating it. And I won't bother ever going back again either, there are way to many choices for ice cream to wait almost 10 minutes to get someone to pay attention to the fact you're there, then another 10 for a small blizzard, and then its just thrown in the cup and not even properly blended together. Very poor service.

    The main reason for the rating is the locations practice of having almost everyone drive around for them to bring their food out the front door, instead of handing it out the window, even if there is no one waiting behind you. My mother loves Dairy Queen and we often visit after church. I order her an original cheeseburger and fries and every time, regardless of how busy they are or are not they have me drive around instead of handing it out the window. Please just let me wait at the window and hand it out that way. This last time there was no one in the line but 4 other cars waiting out front. The parking area is not that large and it just would have made more sense to hand everyone’s food out the window rather than having them pull around. This is also a complete waste of time for the employees as instead of walking from back of house to drive-thru window they have to carry the food out front and find the cars, the distance and time is ridiculous.

    The two employees working were doing great. They were however super understaffed and doing the work of 5 people. I'm not sure what managerial decision lead to that moment, but seeing two employees saddled with that much work was not okay.

    Terrible service.. cashier was very rude and had to wait over 20 minutes for my meal and then shorted me one chicken tender and tried to say I was was just wanting an extra tender instead of agreeing they messed up.. 1 Star is actually too much in my opinion.. definitely won't be coming back for this nonsense!!

    The ice cream did not taste like the good Dairy Queen ice cream we all love. You probably need to rinse out machine and put fresh in.
