Explain to me what this is? Is it a hockey puck or hamburger? My poor son couldn’t even eat it, took one bite and said it was hard and hurt his mouth. I am not sure how this Sonic is still open to be honest. Every time we go there, we vow this is the last time. They always appear to be understaffed and overwhelmed with customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if all Sonics pull their locations from Montgomery.

Not good. I thought if you place an online order you would get it correct. Unfortunately I haven't here's the proof. I submitted an order for a chocolate oreo cheese cake shake but this shake has peanut butter in it this is what I received below. Sad bad enough I had deal with T-mobile now this. I had to throw it away. What a way to end my day at work.

I wanted to try sonics and my GPS directed me to the Carter Hill/ Narrow Road location.. I found this location under construction or revamp. I feel the location should have shown closed on the maps app.

My family used to go to this location weekly for a treat. Service had gotten terrible so we stopped going for a while. I stopped to pick up dinner today and received terrible service yet again. I placed a mobile order, checked in, and the screen said someone was coming out with my order. I waited 20 minutes and no one came. I pressed the button to asked where my order was. Someone finally responded to me 10 minutes later. Someone immediately came out with my order.

The only thing I hate about this sonic is that they always have your order wrong plus on top of that they ice cream machine is always down. I ordered a strawberry limeade and it tasted terrible! When I took it back that's when they told me that the sprite was out and they couldn't make it..... but sold it to me anyway? Sonic at this location y'all need to get it together please and make sure to fix the ice cream machine.

Might be the slowest fast food in all of Montgomery! This was my second visit after a 25+ minute visit for one milkshake over 3 months ago. I didn’t have very high hopes, but I don’t like to rate an establishment after only one visit. This time I pulled up at the booth, with only 3 other cars there as well. I pushed the red button and proceeded to wait 10 minutes. No reply, no “be with you in a moment”, nothing. About a minute in my wait I could hear the cashier talking to the car next to me telling them they only accept cash payment, subsequently that car drove away, they obviously intended not to pay in cash. So at this point it was only my car and 2 others. So after about a total of 10 minutes I decided to drive away remembering my previous visit took over 20 minutes for one simple shake. (That frankly was one of the worst shakes I’ve ever had). I drove down the street to Burger King, bought a shake (saved a dollar), was treated kindly and was enjoying the shake after less than 2 minutes. I WILL NEVER Return to this Sonic again.

When we got there, multiple stall where closed, so that was a little inconvenience. Then we found a stall and then tried to order, but then quickly noticed the menu was backwards! Then the system freaked out and then someone else’s order appeared in our stall. Then a whole thing happens where they bring us the wrong order and then yeah. Then they bring the right order and it is wrong. The food wasn’t that good either. It probably would have been a one-star, but the employees were very nice and and the backwards sign was amusing.

Who ever the darkskin carhop girl is Mckaya… she rude as ____!!! She hands you your stuff with a nasty attitude. She comes out the door with an attitude. Im like this if you didnt want to come to work stay at home!

Went here twice. The first time, we waited a half an hour (literally) without acknowledgement after placing our order. We ended up leaving without anytime. The second time, there was a mix up with a Door Dash order before us. We again waited and waited - 37 minutes this time. We did finally get our order. The staff was pretty apathetic and didn't seem to care at all

I ordered the $1.99 sweet mini snicker bar and caramel and it was EXTREMELY smaller than the picture shown. Please stop false advertising and just be honest with people

NEVER COMING AGAIN. I sat at the stall for 45 minutes before an employee come out and asked me if I needed help. Explain to employee that no one has taken my order yet. She said ok. Sat there for another 15-20 minutes and no one still took my order. Had to press the button more than 5 times. Other people got to the location 15 minutes after me, got to order, and left with their food. Mind you i still didn’t order. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. The Sonic on Eastchase took my order the second I go to the location, and had my food ready in less than 10 minutes (food was very hot).

This place is a dump. Waited 45 Minh for anyone to answer and eventually had to walk up to the window to get attention. We were one of three cars there.

Walmart is Walmart. But I don't understand why there are no cashiers. I am not paid to check out and bag my own groceries.

They jipped me on my LARGE popcorn chicken, when I showed it to the associate he said that's how much is supposed to be in that size. Also, it was the bottom of the bag cause the little that I did get was primarily the breading. Many of the chicken pieces didnt even contain chicken. Then my cheese sticks were a large but only had 7 in it, one of which was short and another 2 that didn't have the cheese in them. My tea was supposed to be "easy ice" but was "normal". This was so bad I left a review with sonic, google, Facebook and my own personal FB post. I will NEVER return. Which is so sad because I frequent that area often.

Several of their drive up screens will be down- but you won’t know it until you pull in. A mixed bag when it comes to service and accuracy. But when they nail it- best fast food anywhere, easily.

Been sitting here on Carter Hill Rd Montgomery Alabama for 40 minutes for a cheeseburger and chili cheese wrap I ordered on the app 50 minutes ago. Walk inside and one guy on phone. I asked about my order and he asked me what I had. They said it would be out in a minute. Still not here. No answer on the phone or the kiosk

I've had hit and miss experiences with this Sonic. Many times, they're fast, friendly and I have no problems at all. But about 1/5 times, there's either a really long wait or my order is done wrong. When the order is done incorrectly, they do replace it fuss free, but it is frustrating to have to go back for it. I'd recommend it if you're in the area already, but wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Based on my recent experiences the staff was friendly, we didn't have to wait that long & our food was fresh & hot. The only problem that we had the first time that we had went was that it had seemed like something was going on with their credit card machine that they have outside where they can just swipe it without them needing to go back inside to complete your purchase but the second time that we had went back they had fixed the issue I believe (because it has worked just fine). I would definitely recommend this Sonic.
