This morning my wife stopped by the Prattville store to purchase donuts for a special occasion at her school. She was in line at the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker. When someone finally did, the person said “can you wait a minute?” After no one ever responded within a couple of minutes, my wife pulled out of line and went inside to place her order. She had to wait 5 more minutes for someone to come to the counter. Then the person could not have been more rude. My wife asked for a mixed box and the person said “I’m going to run out of donuts”. After 10 more minutes she finally got her order filled. We will not return to this location and have been told by several other people they experienced similar poor service. Someone needs to come and make changes as this place is not going to thrive with this kind of poor service. Very disappointed, Krispy Kreme has been a staple for our family for years. We will visit your competitors from now on.

KK in Prattvilille, Al- Sep10th. After waiting 4-5 minutes with no one else waiting before me, the employee gave me two bags with what i thought were the four doughnuts i ordered.Left the place, drove about 300 feet and stopped by the traffic light. i opened the bags, one of them had two doughnuts and the 2nd bag had only one. I turned around to explain what happened and get the piece that they ‘missed’. One employee looked at me not understanding. When he finally understood, he gave me the doughnut; the manager came in and “explained” that the female employee MISCALCULATED” the amount!!!! Who could miscalculate counting up to TWO? Two mini doughnuts per bag. How much calculating do you need to know?!? Then when i suggested they should give me another for my troubles, the manager asked me why he should do that? I responded ‘to keep customers happy after making such mistake”. He never gave me another one. When Publix supermarkets make mistakes in pricing, they give you the item for free. Krispy Kreme. “Follow example” “Value the customer and keep them happy”

Perfection. Hit this about 6 AM on our way back from FL. Place was clean and they were pumping out the donuts. Blueberry, strawberry frosted, and glazed right off the rack, all were fantastic. Friendly service.

Been years since I've been to Krispy Kreme but a craving came out of nowhere so I stopped by with my son! Good service, fast moving drive thru, & the donuts were better than I remembered!

Always a line. Usually runs out of donuts earlier than other locations and definitely before closing. The Hot Now signs are slightly obstructed from view by landscaping and signs. Apparently, the Hot Now sign does not indicate that the mini donuts are hot. Hit or miss and good luck.

Had a simple order, 6 glazed, 6 chocolate iced, medium iced vanilla latte no whip. Had to say the order three times while at speaker, then confirm it at window. Had donuts ready but was asked to pull around to front to await coffee. Waited 8 minutes in front lot for the coffee to come out with whip. During the wait we witnessed another vehicle that had been waiting longer than us which ended with them out of their vehicle and walking in. I can assume to get their money back. You need to get this figured out management.

More than once we have been disappointed at the Prattville location. They are always out of numerous basic donuts but what is worse is the customer service we experienced this morning. Sunday October 8 2023 at 8am. Girl in window did not say a word but was fussing to another employee about someone else. Over the microphone at the drive thru it was "we don't have any of that" and when we finally did order something they actually had, the donuts were cold and stale and clearly from the day (or two) before. Don't waste your time or money here.

The name on the receipt said Donna and I don't know if it was her register but she was extremely rude, almost hostile acting even to my friendly overtures and I'm sure the donuts will be as good as always but I asked for 2 chocolate iced custard filled donuts and got to looking and it's a cream filled. No big deal but I had to tell her like 3 times and still got the wrong thing. I just didn't see any need for such rudeness. Maybe employees need to be trained in general politeness. I was gonna ask how to use my krispy kreme app but decided against it since she was so rude. As I left I said thank you very much to which her response was just a grunt at me.

AMAZING & FRIENDLY STAFF!! We stopped at Krispy Kreme in Prattville, AL on Wednesday, September 20th. We needed an order of 10 dozen glazed donuts for an event, and weren't sure if they would be able to fill that since we had not called ahead. The staff there were AMAZING! They told us they could help us, and got the order together quickly. They were so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this location, and thankful for the help and great customer service we received!

So idk what Krispy Kreme got going on.. but they are definitely not what they used to be. Service literally was so fast & the young lady at the window was so sweet & did great. I just think the quality of the food has declined very much. I will have to go back to be certain. Just my opinion!

Donuts were great but the drive thru staff would not speak up so we could hear her at the window. We had to repeat our order multiple times before we felt comfortable with her getting it correct. Sure enough we paid for more than we received. Some donuts were missing. Food is always great but staff was disappointing this visit

So drive thru only. We ordered 4 custard filled donuts. So the worker said you want dozen of them or 1/2 a dozen. I want 4 he asked again. I just said 1/2 a dozen. He then said ok you want 4 donors. Does he think 4 is in a half. 😂😂😂. Then we get to pay window and this is what we see: See picture below.

On Apr 24, 2023 went through the drive thru and ordered 1/2 dozen chocolate custard doughnuts approached pick up window and was informed it was $12.02. I then questioned the price and I said a dozen is only $16. So just give a dozen. The employee ask the other employee what to do and she said ring up another 1/2 dozen I said I'm not paying $24 dollars for a dozen. The other employee told her to void it out and charge me for a dozen. She told the employee not to ring up anything until they know what they want. I check my bank statement I was charged $12.02 and $16.96 for the doughnuts. I called Krispy Kreme and was told to call after 1:30. I tried 3 times then the next day and no one answered the phone.

The donuts are very good but way too expensive 😫 this is a treat, not a necessity. Lower your prices and you will have so many more customers.

Well, we love Krispy Kreme doughnuts, our latest experience shows the donuts have shrunk in size by at least half their diameter. Is this a result of inflation or poor management decisions? The picture shows one from the freezer and the new one.

Krispy Kreme is outrageous with their prices. I stopped eating krispy kreme all together after i tasted doughnut heaven's doughnuts in prattville. Krispy kreme is garbage to me now. Everyone go try doughnut heaven out and you will make them your go to doughnut shop too. The prices are very different and you can taste the love in doughnut heaven doughnuts. The owner of doughnut heaven think like me, put love in everything you make or do and everything will turn out great!

The prices for one plain donut are unconscionable. The creme used in filled donuts is a different recipe than the one that was original. New filling is noticably inferior and cheap. Almost fake or synthetic. This is not the same as the old KK's. Not good quality and gouged prices.

This is an awesome place.. yes it’s loaded with sugar but who wouldn’t want a good doughnut here and there. Staff is always friendly when we visit, inside is clean & spacious. Love the variety of doughnuts. Definitely will be back!

The donuts were great but the service sucked the girl at the window acted like I was a bothering her.. when I addressed it she inform me that they were short staffed to me that is not a reason to be rude to your customers I've worked in several retail positions and I was never rude to the customers or made them feel like they were bother matter of fact I would put on my smiling face and cheerful attitude no matter how I was feeling I mean I'm the one that filled out the application for the job I won't be going back there the donuts aren't worth it

Don't advertise something that's supposed to be available till a certain date and then don't have it available till that date like the cinnamon milk glaze. I ended up going 20+ miles out of my way because I really wanted to try these and the cinnamon chiller drink. Gave a two for customer service center rep who was very helpful which I will elaborate on the Atlanta hwy review and for actually answering the phone.

The hot light is never on. We haven’t been near KK in 5 years, we were so excited to move and have one right up the street. I check the app 5x a day, I drive by on my way to/from work… it’s never on. The store in Montgomery always has their light on. American Runs on Dunkin.

Stopped for donuts and coffee, my husband and I got 2 large frozen coffees that were about half way full. Definitely not going back to that place for coffee at almost $5 each I will go to Starbucks and get a full one.
