    This place was GROSS. We went in for breakfast and the floors were filthy from the day before bc there were French fries and ketchup packets still on the floor. All the table tops looked unclean. And the bathrooms were disgusting. A dead roach and chewed gum on the floor and hair in the sink. It looked like the bathrooms had not been cleaned in days at least. There was no one taking orders or to even greet you. No one at the customer desk at all. We ordered at the kiosk and got our food about 20 min later. They are obviously either understaffed or poorly managed. I don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s but this terrible even for them.

    The nuggets must have been fresh and that’s possibly why I had to wait a little longer than usual, which i didn’t mind at all. If you’ve ever worked fast food you know you have to shake fryer baskets or the food sticks together and it’s undercooked. That is what happened with these nuggets. Not a huge deal, it happens especially in a dinner rush. But when I almost gave my daughter expired chocolate milk, that’s what was bad. This milk is 6 days expired and I smelled it as soon as it was opened. This is something on their DAILY checklist to ensure this doesn’t happen. The lady at the first window was nice but the one at the second window had an attitude and kept giving me these go to hell looks for no reason. This was one of the worst if not the worst experiences I’ve had at this location.

    I don’t normally review but without a doubt the most unorganized situation I’ve seen. Completely ignored half of the drive thru line so after being skipped over twice, went inside to order and waited another 25 minutes for a happy meal and two coffees. Just wait until the next one down the road, you’ll save loads of time.

    Waited in drive through 10 minutes. No one got on speaker. Pulled up to first window. No one came. So I parked and went inside to find out what was going on. I stood there another 5 minutes watching employees look at me with no service! So I asked the employee who was doing nothing, where’s my mobile order I sent in. Her reply was what do you want me to do about it. Now the manager is standing there listening to this. I replied I want my order. Then the employee became irate and drew her fist back like she was going to hit me! Then she started in with insults screaming at me! I asked the manager to fire her. But instead, he calls me a jerk! Worst freaking employees I’ve ever seen! I hope general management fires them both! I will be in contact with general management to find out their response. Worst ever!

    Went to this location yesterday and this is what they gave my 7 year old daughter in her happy meal and all the manger did was take the nuggets and give me more that we didn’t eat she seemed to busy to deal with me and my problem with the food and the facts they served my daughter very Raw!!!! Chicken

    We stopped for lunch and decided to go inside. The inside was dirty, trash on the floor and tables and not a clean table to be found. There was also mold growing behind the wallpaper that had lifted. The staff didn't greet customers until the lobby was 5 people deep, the started asking what everyone's order number was, there was an older gentleman who had not used the kiosk to order he was waiting for someone to take his order and the staff acted like it was a bother to take his order. We did order through the kiosk and despite the number tent stating our order would be brought to us our number was instead yelled out for us to go pick it up. We were missing an order of nuggets and I had to stand at the counter a few minutes waiting for someone to come help me not because they were super busy but because they were leaning against the prep area and standing around joking and laughing and doing nothing. The food was ok, fries were good, burger was super dry, and nuggets were good once we got them.

    Stopped for breakfast. Can only order at the kiosk. Wanted to pay cash. Couldn't get anyone to come to the counter. Finally someone asked what I needed so I told them I was waiting to pay and on my order. Was told the drink machine was down. Glad I hadn't paid by card. Left and went elsewhere.

    Come on McDonald’s, you gotta do better. This is the poorest excuse of a Big Mac I’ve ever seen. Barely any sauce, about 10 shredded pieces of lettuce, and 1 damn pickle slice. If I wanted a dry burger I wouldn’t have ordered a Big Mac. Do better…….that is all!!

    I had just had outpatient surgery in Foley and I was very hungry and thirsty. My husband stopped and went in we may have been there 5 minutes. Our food was correct it was fresh and hot. He said they were very nice inside. Made a good ending to a long long day.

    I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a long time. I was happly surprised. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

    Ordered a Big Mac - asked to omit the center piece of bun. They did omit the bun as well as ONE HAMBURGER PATTY ALSO. 2nd ORDER- double cheese burger BOTH Pattie’s were burned! How can this happen in such an easy order?

    I live by this McDonald's every time we go you pray it will be better but it's never going to happen we ordered 2 fish filet's 1 no cheese but there it was the cheese the oil needed to be changed. No one greets you when you pay for your food and please tell me why the guy taking the money had a shirt on with the grim reaper on the front and even better when he turned around you got to see his checkered boxers isn't there a dress code I worked fast food a long time does no care anymore

    The phone number on the receipt does not work. It is the same number google lists as well. I tried to call because the Big Mac that was part of my order was not in the bag. It was on the receipt (which I was asked if I wanted the receipt). I'm not one to make a scene; however I did pay for it, and I did attempt to call the store.

    It's very important I feel to greet the customers with a smile. I was very satisfied with not only the presentation that the person who took our order tonight was not only Pleasant, but also asked if we needed anything else even as we approached the window to make sure that we had what we needed and our satisfaction was guaranteed. Now while most of the time you'll get customer service from someone who behaves in a sort of nonchalange way, and as though they do not want to be there, I'm happy to report that even just one person who took my order, gave me the customer service that I was looking for and needed. It leaves me with this feeling of wanting to come back.

    Either a manager or employee was yelling A LOT. There wasn't enough workers so she was even almost yelling at customers to place their own orders on the kiosk. Like, "we cant take your order! Use the machine!" The lobby wasn't cleaned. There was another employee that said quite loudly and with an attitude "It's 230 I'm LEAVING" and bailed out when it was busy and there was people in the lobby and drive thru. You could visibly see another employee was uncomfortable with how the manager was acting and speaking. Definitely won't be coming back here.

    Went through the drive through last night around 8:30, ordered a mcchicken bundle and mcdouble bundle. We get our order,which took forever for being the literal only customer, they forgot a small fry. It then took someone another 10 minutes to acknowledge us at the window to get the other fry. I get home, fries are cold and the mcchicken was hard as a damn rock, couldn't even tear it..never again.
