Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Most of all, I really liked the swimming pool and the breakfast was delicious. If I go to Vang Vieng again, I will stay here again. So nice view. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The foods were so amazing. I'd like to recommend it.

1. Big, clean, nice room with with great water pressure 2. Staff all very professional and spoke excellent English, really tried to go out of their way to make us feel welcomed 3. The location is close to town but far away enough so that it's quiet and peaceful 4. The hotel's location by the river is wonderful 5. Hotel breakfast had a lot of variety and slightly above average Had a good restful stay and no complaints really.

Low qualified service not to satisfy customer's requirement. There is no side bed to make me sleep on floor for my son and wife.

We stayed here for three nights and really loved it. The breakfasts are good with a lot of selection. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are clean. But, really the main advantage to the resort is the swimming pool. It is setup to face the karsts and the sun sets perfectly between karsts and it is really beautiful.

Exceptional hotel! Wonderful staff especially Mr Daryl who’s incredible & such an asset to the hotel, he made our 5 night stay an absolute joy! As he very kindly arranged everything for my wife’s birthday including a birthday cake at breakfast, the room to be decorated & booked tours on our behalf, made restaurant reservations for us & sorted our pickup on our departure! Mr Chan Souk & the hotel manager Mr Francis also deserve a mention as both were very nice, kind & helpful! The room was great & we had a beautiful view of the pool & mountains! Great breakfast! Super pool & very clean! The hotel provided a shuttle everyday until 9pm (Mr Chan Souk dropped us off for dinner at the Riverside Boutique Resort in town where we dined for my wife’s birthday & insisted we called when we finished & kindly picked us up around 10pm, which was very nice, he also recommended a good dentist, massage place & hairdressers & dropped us & picked us up) The one thing we didn’t like was the majority of the clientele are from South Korean & they show little to no consideration for our guests so they were very noisy of a morning, shouting at each other from the balcony & outside whilst doing their morning walks at 6am! There ideally needs to be an area set aside just for the Koreans or simple not accept so many tour groups as coach loads of them arrive everyday! I know it’s a business & money is money but for a luxury resort the other guests experience need to be considered also rather than just huge groups of Koreans! Although clean, housekeeping could be improved as we had to ask for toilet paper everyday & left the sign on the bed to request our bed sheets to be changed, which they weren’t! Asides the toilet paper & the noisy Koreans it’s a beautiful resort, great staff, incredibly good value for money & has stunning views! 5/5

The 5 star resort in Vang Vieng. Newly open in 2021 then pause for Covid-19 crisis. Hotel location and scenery plus facilities are great for relaxation. Spend 1-2 night here is a good idea. Food, Staff, Service very impressive.

Been to many hotels in Vang Vieng, and this is by far the best one. 5 star quality rooms with a full set of in-room amenities, the most hospitable staff, breakfast buffet with lots of choices. It has the best view of mountains and Nam Song river in VV. Being away from riverside restaurants, you don't hear unbearably loud music from these restaurants, unlike most of the riverside hotels in VV. It is very clear to us that the hotel was constructed with careful thinking to present a good view to every single guest room whether they are on the ground floor or third floor or right side or left side or the center of the hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle van service to and from the VV city center, so we could go out for food when we got bored of hotel foods. We booked directly with the hotel, so we got a cheaper price than online booking websites. Unlike a lot of the overpriced hotels in VV, we felt we got what we paid for. There is absolutely nothing to complain about the hotel. But we saw some Korean guests behaving inappropriately in the swimming pool, some went into the pool without taking off their shoes, some were seen washing their shoes in the pool. These kinds of behaviors do not register with any type of hotel, especially a five-star one. We hope the hotel management somehow prevents any such disturbing behaviors in the future.

I tired all other "luxury 5 stars" like Ama*i, sorry but being the first in place (luxury hotel) it's don't mean you steel the best ! 1- This hotel is so clean you could eat on the floor ! Rooms (i tried 3 different rooms), gym, restaurant, pool, garden, corridor... Every single centimeters is polished like a diamond. 2- The staff is very dedicated to giving you the best of vangvieng (special mention for kevin) 24/24 ! Transport reservation, activity reservation, information for good addresses such as restaurants and bars. (Tell the bar the flower Juice cocktail 🍹, excellent ! ) 3- The place AND the View, guys i promise, it's the best in vangvieng, slightly out of the center along the river, 5 minutes by walk from the center, no noise from revelers or traffic, mountain views with THE BEST place for the sunset from all the room. finally, vangvieng is growing more and more since the creation of the train before it was 6 or 7 hours by bus in long dirty and dangerous road, many hotels do not think about the architectural beauty which MUST fit into the environment that surrounds it, some new hotels look like skyscrapers (sky is the limit???) and spoils the view of the entire mountain, and Tmark has managed to respect the environment which surrounds it and it resembles a hotel on a human scale (2 floors). Tmark Resort thank you for the best experience i get in my 4th Time in Vang-Vieng, but with you it was like my first time. ❤️

Stayed here November 27-28. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only problem was the soundproofing of the rooms. The entrance door easily let in a lot of noise and heat into the room. The walls were also very thin where you kept hearing the neighbors shutting their balcony doors every time they came in and out. The banging of the doors kept waking us up in the middle of the night. The breakfast was great and the views were amazing. The location was okay but there was a shuttle service that let you off wherever you wanted and the driver did give us a great recommendation for dinner and dropped us off right in front of the restaurant.

We spent 2 nights in the Tmark suite located on the 2nd floor facing the pool and the scenic karst mountains. The room was large,classy, huge well equipped bathroom, super comfy bed, large terrace,cosy living room, convenient kitchen, well, all that you need for a lovely stay. the service at the front desk and at the restaurant was also top notch. We will be back for sure.

Gorgeous view, and manager and staff were excellent. I had the best Thai massage at the spa. Convenient to/from van shuttle service to town. Breakfast buffet was solid. However, like the previous reviewer said, the large hotel sign and the continuous dance music at pool detracted from the otherwise gorgeous views/design. More greenery, landscaping with some outside sitting areas, and blooming bougainvillea on grounds + balconies would add some warmth to the sterile / concrete feel of the hotel.

Stayed there for over one week last year. The view near the river was beautiful but they should pay more attention to hygiene. There was a big cockroach in my room.

A place where time passes slowly... I stayed here as a being of nature. The swimming pool and indoor environment are clean and pleasant. The staff are also very friendly.

This hotel is absolutely spotless clean and upscale! Breathtaking view and the hotel does a really good job in maintaining and managing the property. We got to meet the owner of the hotel and he has high standards for service. Three years ago when I brought my family here, I was disappointed by all the hotels we stayed in Vang Vieng. Really happy to find a constant I can rely on every time we come to Vang Vieng now! I highly recommended it!

Hard to decide on the rating but settled on 3/5. This just wasn’t the type of hotel we would’ve liked to stay at in Vang Vieng. The hotel we originally booked wasn’t available when we changed dates so we switched to Tmark just based on the views and reviews. Just not our style. Very chain like resort. Staff not as friendly as we’ve had our entire trip so far. The amazing views are spoiled by a huge sign of the resort. Honestly we just wanted to spend time outside of the hotel, which was probably the only positive since we ended up being in town a lot longer. Rooms were fine, clean etc but would not return here. This is a Korean chain resort so lots of Koreans staying here so probably more catered to them. This just wasn’t for us.

Made our stay in Vang Vieng even more amazing! Nice to have a relaxing time here after spending so much energy doing all the adventurous activities in Vang Vieng. The service is great and the food at the restaurant is really nice also. They have the best view of the landscape, river, and sunset. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The toiletries are of great quality too. Definitely worth staying here if you are in Vang Vieng.

We loved staying at the Tmark resort. The staff was welcoming and helpful in getting us acclimated to the city, finding tours and giving us directions to local sites. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms are modern with great water pressure! Great location!
