We
booked
the
Executive
Suite
with
credit
card
miles.
When
I
went
to
check
in
on
Saturday
at
3:50
pm,
the
young
man
at
the
counter
(appeared
to
be
a
manager)
was
very
unprofessionally
dressed
and
said
that
housekeeping
was
running
way
behind.
When
we
returned
a
few
hours
later,
they
didn't
have
any
more
Executive
Suites
available,
so
they
gave
us
a
regular
room.
(Tammy
at
the
desk
was
professional
and
at
least
attempted
to
provide
good
customer
service.)
They
promised
to
send
two
rollaway
beds,
but
we
only
received
one.
Our
room
did
not
look
like
the
photos
online,
and
our
bathroom
door
would
not
completely
close.
The
fountain
in
the
middle
of
the
hotel
had
stagnant
water
that
was
starting
to
turn
anaerobic.
At
the
pool
and
another
location
in
the
hotel,
several
wet
ceiling
tiles
had
fallen
on
the
floor
before
we
arrived,
and
they
had
not
been
cleaned
when
we
checked
out.
The
breakfast
was
good
(eggs,
biscuits
and
gravy,
waffles,
cereal).
Unfortunately,
the
hotel
seems
to
be
substantially
understaffed
and
falling
into
disrepair.
