In the middle of the Sunday the main door was open, but then there was a grille locked down. The woman inside just ignored us, all the signs and schedule are in Polish - we understood that they were operating, but got no clue how to get inside. Perhaps you will have more luck with this attraction, but we just had to go away.

We were refused entry during the normal opening hours because of being a group of only 4. The lady explained that individual tourists are let in with larger organised groups only and added that they had no such group booking for another week, saying we should try to come back in about 10 days! Great advice for someone who had travelled from far away and was staying 3 days in Lublin. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Old town, always busy place, full of tourists

very disappointed. they forced you to listen guide and watch low quality diorams of the city of lublin, giving no chance to explore the catacombs itself.

Only English written anywhere says 'only accept cash' I don't think they are interested in encouraging international tourists, as the comments I've read from 2years ago are identical today. All signs only in polish, there is a gate that's locked during tours, so don't expect to find any reception desk. For groups only, even if they are quiet.

Quite interesting short story of Lublin told underground. And they have amazing Guide! Although the tour is in Polish only, He made it funny and easy to understand for everyone. Thanks a lot, we had a great time!

Fun and really interesting excursion to the depths of Lublin. Great activity with kids... they'll be learning without knowing it, while having a fun adventure.

Interesting! But it’s 20zl for a 30min tour, so kind of expensive. You get an overview of the city’s history.
