After staying in this hotel for 3 weeks I can honestly say that the staff here are completely anti Semitic. I worked first hand with the chef and he is an open anti Semite. He curses in Polish all day. The entire kitchen staff would laugh when I walked out the room. The management is so weak, it’s scary. They kept the dining room door locked for close to a week and had all our campers walking around on the street to get to the other side of the building. The food was poor, rotten chicken, moldy bread, spoiled milk…. My 2 children had a bad stomach for the 3 weeks that we were there. Rooms were dirty and had a strong smell. AC did not work. Knobs on each faucet we’re loose. I had to beg them to come clean my room! Although they didn’t get the memo, cuz they would just throw out the garbage and leave. I really feel bad that I have to write such a review but it is the honest truth. Such a shame that such a historic Jewish building has open anti semites running this place!! If I was able to, I would leave a -1star review. Something has to change there quick. Oh, and this place is not more than a 2 star hotel - Please don’t be fooled. Shout out to Gregor the security guard who was so helpful and accommodating to our group:) and too all the fantastic waitresses who were nice to us as well!

Unfortunately not a 4 star hotel. Tiny unappealing front desk. Rooms not clean with visible stains on carpeting of various sizes and colors. Dirty walls and visibly dirty desk. We cancelled remaining nights and left early no longer interested in this "unique experience".

Not a good hotel I came to visit the hotel and the museum, i visited in the summer and the hotel had a jewish Ukrainian refugee camp staying here. I was so appalled when i walked in i heard the receptionist cursing out a 8 year old jewish boy and you can her hate on her face. 8 years old, what could he have done to you? But it didnt end there. I went through the restaurant on the way to the synagoga and i heard it again but now from the waitress. I didnt know that when the hotel offers a "jewish experience" this is whar the jewish experience is.... 2. They hate the jews and therefore if you're Jewish you'll get bad service

Rude attitude -1 star hotel Need to beg to clean the room When i arrived there was stains on the carpet when i left they charged me hundreds of dollars extra for those stains that were there before lucky we had taken photos of the room when we entered they had to refund us. If you stay here Take photos of the room as you enter or you'll get rubbed

Beautiful remake of a classic religious site, the former Chachmei Lublin Yeshiva. Large room with high ceilings. Lovely architectural details. Kind, attentive staff.

Not really ideal, is not the typical 4star hotel, bathroom is old and rusty. The bed so uncomfortable, I could feel the strings in my back. I had to put the extra duvet they provide for emergiencies.... Staff is kind but mind their own business they don't comunicate with customers if not for our necessity. The rooms are not soundproofed, I could hear everything happening outside.

We usually stay with family when we come to Lublin but we were in town for a wedding and this hotel was perfect, excellent location, big rooms but most of all, the mattress was AMAZING. Two years after our stay I still remember how comfortable the bed was. Seriously, if you can let us know what kind of mattress you buy, I'll drive from Italy to Poland to buy one!!!

Good value for money, and rooms were neat and clean. There was an empty bottle of water that had been left over from the previous guest when I checked into the room.

This place is quite nice in many aspects. Everyone who works there seems very attentive to the needs of the clientele. The rooms are spacious, well lit and clean as can be. The hotel has a mikvah, a synagogue and a museum with the history of the building on-site. This was an old yeshivah, the greatest one in its time. There's a restaurant too that seems well frequented, but that's where my raving turns to criticism. There's NO proper kosher food in the menu. Though they do serve some kosher options, but these options are nothing more than prepacked flight meals that are thawed and warmed up in a microwave.... and the cost for a single meal is utterly exorbitant!! $20USD for one meal!!! Another thing I disliked was the fact that they don't have a clear price for the use of the mikvah; in one day I was charged 20 sloty, or about $5USD (though they only accept the dollar for 3 sloties), then another guy came and they charged him $14 USD, the third guy paid $7 USD and, well, you get my point. With the high flux of Israelis and other foreigners, I come from Mexico, they should standardize the prices and have them on a chart, so not only the clients feel secure that they're paying a fair price, but the employees won't have to be asking each other how much things cost. One last negative thing is, they also charge for access to the synagogue!! It is my suggestion that just as they should put all their pricing on a chart, they should endeavor in having more choices for the Orthodox communities that passed by them, at least right before Rosh Hashanah. I know for a fact I wasn't a one in a minyan that passed through on my way to the Ukraine; in two days I saw nothing less than 30+ Jewish fellows looking for a meal and a shower/mikvah dunk. I'm not saying don't charge for these things, all I'm saying is, chart up your prices and make them fair. Most of us have dollars, so, please, charge a fair and equitable price.

It says it's a 4 star hotel. I wouldn't give more than three. service is excellent. I was surprised by the brush in the toilet, which lay open without any capacity. (after use, everything falls and drips onto the floor) is not very pleasant and not hygienic. I asked to solve this problem, they said that everything will be fixed, but the next day everything was the same. Attached is a photo of the brush. breakfast and dinner at the hotel is not bad.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was superb! The hotel is located in the center of the city. It supports the cultural and social principles of Jewish people, and at the same time proud to acknowledge the values of Lublin. Highly recommend for your next stay, personal, business or vacation!

This building comprises a Hotel, an Exhibit, Shul, Kosher Restaurant, and Mikva for men. The Exhibit is a beautiful history of Yeshivas Chachmi Lublin and of it's founder that build and used this building.

The exterior of the building is amazing, historical and unique. The interior of the room was dated (which was fine), but not very clean (with only one small towel in the bathroom), and there was no remote control for the AC. There was a Jewish museum on-site, and it was amazing and very educational. The synagogue was also very peaceful and comfortable. The Olive Restaurant was extremely good. The hotel staff and manager were all very helpful and tried their best to resolve any issues. I will visit again.
