Extremely poor customer service. ZERO cancellation policy. This hotel will NOT be flexible in any way to accommodate changing plans, especially when traveling alone across the country with children. I do NOT recommend at all

Amazing hotel, courteous personnel. The room was very luxurious and comfortable. The AC don't cool as much but the weather was cool, so no problem. It includes breakfast. Parking is not free but is a decent price to pay.

The Hotel is absolutely stunning with painstaking details. Rooms beautifully decorated with juxtaposition of modern vs vintage classicism. Most importantly the human kindness and professionalism is practiced daily by its keepers :). I am grateful!

I cannot fault my four night stay, I was on business with a co worker so we had a twin room. Which was lovely, every thing we could need, and very high quality. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. The breakfast buffet and menu to order was first class. We only had one evening meal as we wanted to walk out into the old town and try other places. But I must say the best meal we had was at this Hotel, could not fault any part and presented beautifully. I only found out later the chief is a winner of the Polish version of Master Chief. The Spa facilities are fantastic, I swam every morning and evening, using the sauna and steam room on the evening session. Nice little Hot Tub as well.

I came to Lublin from Scotland for a wedding for two days. I stayed here. This hotel is fantastic. The location is the best because it’s right in the center of Lublin, the hotel is classy looking and the staff were fantastic, so helpful. The breakfasts are healthy and delicious too. Great value for money.

This would never get 5 stars in the UK. I stayed on weds 15th March 2023. The staff were very good ...apart from the chef...who refused to do my ice cream a few minutes past 10pm ..This was after him sending me my steak I had asked for to be cooked ' well done ' RARE..I never send food back that has a issue but normally refuse to pay for it as you never know what might happen to it when out of your sight. The very young waitress was excellent and didn't want to cause her any embarrassment so I just paid for it. Before a chef decides to close a restaurant early he should ask diners if they require anything further. He was obviously in a hurry, hence why he didn't cook my steak. If I owned this hotel I would sack the chef for bringing the hotel into disrepute. I would never eat in it again. Disgraceful experience in what is meant to be a five star establishment. He needs a reality check. Got woken up by drilling downstairs. No mention of building work going on at the time of booking. Room was a odd shape..charging points not where required.

Absolute opulence, comfort and excellent staff. Not our normal style for business accommodations but a memorable stay in the most beautiful of surroundings. Absolutely first class, a true 5 star experience.

Not only is the hotel absolutely exquisite, the rooms are brilliantly appointed, but above all the staff is beyond helpful. I could not have imagined any more cooperative and helpful team at the hotel. They are responsive, polite, and fluent in English. Oftentimes older hotels have small confined rooms. Not here. This hotel has very large and spacious rooms, with modern fixtures and finishes throughout. Special thanks to Tatiana, Philip, Michael, Derek.

The spa and pool are amazing. they accommodated all of my needs. they helped us get translators because we don’t speak Polish and they got a shuttle buses every day we needed.

There aren't enough stars to describe how incredible my stay at the Hotel Alter was. What an absolutely fantastic place with excellent large rooms, Spa, great food and best of all - the service. I have never met a more professional and helpful team of people anywhere, especially Derek who was an absolute star and Margozota as well. The entire team are friendly, helpful and will to assist above and beyond. Best hotel in Lublin, look no further.

I not only enjoyed my stay here I loved it and the team here at Hotel Alter made me feel like I was in a home away from home! Comfortable, friendly, professional and inviting! The gentlemen downstairs ‘Derrick’ was not only helpful , well spoken and professional but comedic as well and just made the stay comfortable. This place is beyond phenomenal. 🧡
