I had a horrible stay at this hotel and I regret booking it. The hotel had no air conditioning, which made the rooms unbearably hot and stuffy. They only offered fans, and that too after 3 days of complaining. The rooms were also very small and dirty. The bedding was filthy, the mattress was stained, and the bathroom was moldy. The reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They ignored my complaints and played for time. When I demanded a refund, they threatened me with the police instead of helping me. This hotel is not recommendable at all. You should avoid it at all costs. I have attached some photos of the dirty bedding, the dirty mattress and the small room, to show you how bad this hotel is. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews or the cheap price. This hotel is a nightmare and a scam. Stay away from it.

First the rating of this hotel need to be decrease to a Motel since the service here is extremely awful. While this place offer breakfast and has a bar, I can understand why it may be rated a bit higher than a motel but the conditions are similar. The rooms that I was given were extremely small, there was no Air Condition and it was extremely hot and difficult to sleep in the room. The hotel provide 1 towel despite repeatedly asked for 2 towels daily and the bedsheet and pillowcases were stained which I thought was a coincidence until I witness the cleaner taking the sheet off the bed to realize that I was sleeping on a mould-infested and dirty mattress. Amidst the above, the only place that had ac was in the lobby and the hotel only has 1 iron which does not work well to cover more than 45 rooms which is sad and truly disappointing so if you ever need to use the iron you better hope there is not a queue or you would have to go outdoor and hope it is a windy day to have the wrinkle from your clothes remove. As the rooms were so hot I attempted to open the window but they hardly open and the humidity in the room does not leave. If you are looking for a traumatic experience and want to have something to complain about about from the many things in Lublin you can add this hotel to your list of places to visit if you want to have a horrible trip. In my opinion, this place is not even fit to be a dog shelter given the heat I had to endure during my visit. I will never visit this hotel ever again under no condition.

We ordered two rooms few months before. At the check-in day we came late night and then got some sad situations. Elevator doesnt work, in one of the rooms was no electricity, they changed the rooms but in now one was always-on air conditioning. They turned it off manually... Breakfast is modest but deliciuos.

Really comfortable stay. Although, their Wi-Fi is a trap. You cannot access free Wi-Fi without accepting to be enrolled in promotional emails by the the Wi-Fi provider, or by their affiliates! Therefore, technically, the Wi-Fi is not free because you're paying for it in other ways than money.

Only downside the air con doesn't work properly. In a heat wave that's not good. Otherwise everything else 1st class.

15 min walk from the old town of Lublin, so not too far. Staff, room and breakfast were excellent. All very helpful and Lublin definitely worth the stop over.

Perfectly placed for the route that we were on but a little tired inside. Perfect staff and a really good breakfast before we set off after our 1 night stay.

Stayed about a week for a business trip. Overall it was okay, but it fell short on various accounts. Even if i hung the "make up my room" card on my door, each time, on coming back, I found no one had cleaned the room, although the cleaning staff can be almost always heard chit-chatting outside. It got cleaned only when I went down to the reception and explicitly asked them to notify the cleaning staff. Then on flushing, the water capacity was too low and had no pressure. Next, water would accumulate in the washbasin, and no one seemed to have cleaned the invisible clogging which made water to stagnate. The breakfast menu did not change, and on days, some of the items were unavailable (e.g., chocolate cornflakes jar no longer available after the first 3 days of my stay). Overall, the service needs to be drastically improved upon.

Good hotel. Polite staff. It was essential for us that there is a play room for kids in this hotel... So our kids were happy being there... Tasty food

Old Hotel. Little to expensive! 50€ for a Lublin Polish City. Absurdly expensive parking place at Hotel. Almost 15% of the whole stay!! Nowhere near is a better parking place! Air conditioner doesn’t work!

Parking is crazy expensive, toilet has no brush, water needs to be picked up during check in.... all in all feel like "cheap" management

A nice hotel, clean, comfortable, and well-located. The elevators were quite slow, and the Internet needed restarting - we felt kind of stranded. The main complaint, though, was that the air conditioning had a max temperature, and couldn't get turned off. We got very chilled at night.

Stair not working,rooms very are not insulated ,I don't recommend

Just love it the way I was recieved, the room food ,the cleanliness overall outstanding am still here will be going back to the UK on Monday ,am Definitely coming back here .

It's beautiful chairs and couches in the bar area. The staff kind and attentive. They all seem to be bilingual.. inexpensive
